My fiancé and I tried, at first, to find a home with a different real estate agent. We saw our first 20 homes or so with an agent who was perfectly lovely but didn't ever quite understand the perfect home for us. We took a break from looking, and decided to go in a different direction the second time around. Enter Amanda and team. We found them here on Yelp, the day we decided to give it another go I put my feelers out for a new agent to try to better understand our vision for our future. Immediately I received a response. Amanda was quick to respond and when it came to our first conversation she was present with a plan. I recognized her professionalism and confidence right away. At the beginning of our second run into real estate I knew enough not to trust a decision this big to just anyone, and Amanda passed with flying colors. As first time home buyers, we may be professionals in our own industries, but our industries are not real estate. As a couple we were looking for someone who espoused the same values & work ethic that we try to bring to the table in our own professions. Amanda brought exactly this- in spades. We immediately felt that she was working towards understanding what *we* wanted and the home that contained *our* future. Going from place to place with someone who was calmly trying to understand what we wanted our future to look like made the entire process much easier this time around. In the end, when we closed escrow on the house we worked with Amanda to find, we reflected on the fact that the deal we made, brokered by her and her awesome team, was one that had our identity stamped on it. Not only did they find us a house in an insane market, they found us our house, they found us our future. Our wholehearted endorsement behind this team. If you were at all on the fence, consider Amanda and co., a group worthy of your business, time, and visions of the rest of your lives.

They were always there with unbiased guidance, helping Boyfriend and I find and buy the home of our dreams. Was it fate that we found our forever home on our first day house hunting with Amanda? We couldn't be happier with our choice of Amanda and Chris as our realtors - they always came through! I would highly recommend Amanda, Chris, and their whole team if you are looking for a representation that is caring, responsive, knowledgeable, and affordable.

The businessman that are in charge Bryan and Marc Ezalow are people you DO NOT want to get in business with. IN MY OPINION, THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS !CHECK THEIR REVIEWS !! You will suffer as a tenant and be disappointed as a business partner. Currently, I am residing at Breckenridge Village. And I am being forced to live in a condition due to an overflow from a neighboring unit. I'm being forced to breathe in garbage smelling air and live with what seems to be thousands of drain gnats. (3 months) I am forced to brush my teeth and even prepare sandwiches in my walk-in closet. I have not been able to properly prepare a meal in my kitchen and at least three weeks now due to not only the smell but the drain gnats. Who would feel comfortable cooking a meal in air that smells like garbage as* and gnats flying and landing on everything. Just disgusting. The video that you will see is from today, Sunday, August 9th. Too bad I can't capture the smell. please keep in mind that the pictures that I'm about to show are the pictures from the apartment that I thought was abandoned, but according to staff tenants are allowed to live in such conditions. SO BE AWARE.

We were moving in with our friend who had to travel home for a funeral over the weekend. Our friend had to sign the lease, so the landlord could sign the lease, and then we could send the deposit & 1/2 month's rent for July. Instead of waiting for us in good faith WELL BEFORE OUR JULY 15th MOVE IN DATE, David and Benji (Benjamin on here) decided to stripe our agreement from us and give the lease to another party without warning or discussion. Looking for a house is stressful enough -- if you want disrespectful monsters representing you, then go ahead. Otherwise, RENTERS/LANDLORD & BUYERS/SELLERS beware. 1. No compassion for my friend who's father passed away and had to attend a funeral before signing the lease with my boyfriend and I. 2. Couldn't wait 3 days for money to transfer to my account so I could get a cashiers check that they were insisting on EVEN THOUGH the lease stated electronic transfer was acceptable and I was happy to do that. Breach of contract let alone non-ethical due to requesting money before the landlord signed the agreement. 3. Revoked our signed lease agreement without warning or discussion. I'm reporting them to the BBB, DRE and positing reviews in hopes they will be stopped from hurting people because we're not the only ones as there have been several reviews deleted.
