He also connected us with a team of contractors who helped us renovate and get the house ready to sell, which made a huge difference. The market wasn't exactly easy, but our home was on the market for less than two weeks before we got an offer. We first connected with Ramon in 2025 when we were considering selling our home. After several conversations, we realized we were not yet financially ready to move forward. Even though Ramon had already invested time and effort into helping us evaluate our options, he never made us feel pressured or guilty about our decision. He remained supportive and checked in periodically throughout the year without ever being pushy. A year later, when we were finally ready to sell, choosing Ramon and his team was an easy decision. From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly communicative and professional. They created a group chat with my husband and me, which made it easy to stay informed, ask questions, and receive updates throughout the process. Ramon and his team also did an excellent job coordinating showings. They ensured we had the ability to approve or decline requests based on our schedule and convenience, which gave us time to prepare and made the process much less stressful. When we eventually received an offer, due to our personal financial circumstances we were facing the possibility of bringing money to closing. (This situation was entirely unrelated to Ramon or his team and was simply the result of not having paid down enough of our mortgage) Ramon was generous enough to voluntarily reduce his commission, which helped us walk away from the sale with money in our pockets. That act alone speaks volumes about his character, integrity, and commitment to his clients. Ramon genuinely cares about the people he represents and consistently puts their best interests first. Despite a slower condo market in our area, he successfully got our property sold and guided us through every challenge with professionalism and compassion. We are incredibly grateful for all of the hard work, dedication, and support that Ramon and his team provided!

Working with India Mynatt of Keller Williams Downey, was a costly mistake. While she presents as…read morepolite, her approach is entirely transactional and lacks professional empathy. I needed to get my parents into a home by Dec 24th due to a medical crisis, yet India treated my $505k purchase as an 'experiment.' Instead of using a vetted in-house lender at Keller Williams Downey, she referred me to an unvetted broker, Quincy Freeman (Loan Factory), whom she admitted she 'met at a conference' and just 'wanted to try out.' This lack of vetting was catastrophic. She failed to monitor the VA spot-approval and stood by while her referral executed a predatory bait-and-switch--moving us from a 5.9% VA loan to a 6.5% Conventional loan just 72 hours before closing. She clearly believed my family crisis made me desperate enough to fall for anything. Upon first meeting her, the priority was locking me into a 3-month contract and pressuring me in front of seller agents to eliminate my room for negotiation. When we finally found my dream condo, her 'experiment' created a $15,000 funding gap at the final hour and cost us the home during my family's most difficult time. As a professional psychologist, I recognized her warm persona was a mask for a complete lack of competence and a failure to act as a fiduciary. She played with half a million dollar home purchase like it was Monopoly game. If you need an agent who is relational and protects your interests, do not hire her.

We didn't choose this company, but the sellers already had them picked out so we went with it. I heard horror stories about other homebuyers having problems with escrow, so I was concerned about the process and I just had so many questions. We were fortunate to be working with Ana Chacon.
