Dr. Heaton is an excellent vet. He explains everything very thoroughly and is ok with any questions I ask him! I highly recommend him.

I work from home so as I was wrapping up for the night I heard in the next room breathing o open up yelp and saw this vet was less that a mile from my new home, I saw they were still open so I call and was able to get her in for that Saturday!!! Score!! I had read some of the reviews so I was like oh no after I made the appointment but I went anyways. My baby was so scared and the vet tech was so sweet and loving to they dr came in and spent a good 30 min talking to me about things to look for and I said let test her at her next appointment in 4 months this way we have a marker of her now and in 4 months to make sure she doesn't have any of the markers that would a genetic defect or anything we need to worry about. I was last appointment so they were ready to go and I didn't feel rush or not welcome. I mean the lady that checked me out reminded me of my mom just no nonsense straight to point type of person but not unpleasant. I am glad I kept my appointment and I feel better know she is just a heavy breathing kitty I think most people who had negative comments either had no life experiences or they are the problem idk I definitely will go back and recommend

Not even gonna rate this hospital as very disappointed after using them for almost most people…read morethink of it in this case years with my Havapoo! Apparently, my dog was having bladder issues and the doctor wanted to do a test for cushions disease because that's what she believed it was after making an appointment online. She said I made the wrong one and she charged me $135 more because I checked the wrong box which I think is not Good business practice being a long-term customer first of all. Needless to say, I got a second opinion, and I did have to put my dog to sleep because the other doctor asked why x-rays were never taken. Apparently he had bladder stones and one lodged in his urethra , his liver was enlarged and something was going on with his kidneys and I felt at that age it wasn't appropriate to put him through all the pain and suffering of surgery!!!. I don't recommend this animal hospital as maybe if they would've caught it sooner I wouldn't have had to make this decision. It breaks my heart to think that waiting and wrong diagnosis was a problem that caused my dogs short life. The staff in Front was quite rude and they took me as a walk in so I had to wait several hours to have my dog seen who was not feeling well. Do your due diligence get a second opinion if you are not happy with the first one. I am not saying this because I am angry or in pain with the grief of losing my best friend. I just think it's important to get second opinions if you are not sure that you are happy with your doctors diagnose thank you.

I was panicked and started frantically Googling nearby veterinarians. This hospital had amazing reviews, so I decided to take a chance and call. From the moment I explained the situation, they didn't hesitate, they told me to bring her in right away. When we arrived, the entire staff was warm, compassionate, and incredibly welcoming. You could feel that they genuinely care about both pets and their owners. In the middle of a stressful situation, that kind of kindness makes all the difference. Dr. Gill was absolutely wonderful. He was patient, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain everything that was happening and what our options were. His bedside manner is exceptional, calm, reassuring, and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed, and he made sure all of my questions were answered. I truly love my current vet, which says a lot, but after this experience, I will be switching to VRVH. I don't mind the 40 minute drive one bit for this level of care. It is worth every single mile. If you're ever in a stressful situation with your pet and need a team you can trust, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Dr. Gill is very capable and takes the time to explain things. His business partner is the one who performs surgeries. We take our two pups here for all their vet needs. Micha girl is quite picky about who she allows to handle her, so the staff knows to depend on her dad to keep her under control and managed. They work with us on this. We are getting ready to have our MiCha girl's teeth cleaned where she will be put under for the procedure. It's a little stressful to think of her going under. Dr. Gill took the time (without us asking) to explain the procedure, what to expect and risks. Thank you Dr. Gill for taking good care of our pups!
