They will take advantage of that. The general manager, Sergio acted like a predator in disguise, laying in wait for over a year. Here's my story: I brought 2 cars to this place and worked w mostly Sergio for about a year and a half to get the repairs done. One car was paid in cash, the other insurance.The time frame was never the issue. What was an issue was: building trust w me as a customer over this long period of time, saying things like "we treat people how we'd like to be treated", "we got you", pretending to be kind and supportive, playing Christian hip hop and an office proclaiming jesus is lord...all is a deceitful, manipulative way to build trust. Never got to interact w Johnny, only Sergio, but I now believe I have little ability to trust this entire family business. If one person is dishonest, how am I supposed to trust the rest? They made some big mistakes on the body work- specifically they wrote notes w some sort of permanent marker to "remove glue" or something to that effect, and that writing was permanently sealed under the clearcoat, was visible, and required them to either buff it out or possibly replace an entire side panel that went from the back to the front of the car. They couldn't get the passenger side mirror right after multiple times ordering it and replacing it. Their mistakes cost me alot in time, gas, and inconvenienced my family just to have the repairs repaired . Never any apologies for the inconvenience except for a gift card they gave me after I complained. I can't help but think this was done so I wouldn't write a review. But here we are! The kicker is really Sergio. At the very end of the repairs he hit on me and then proceeds to talk very inappropriately to me, saying I should come visit him "more often". To build trust and to think someone actually has your back, to this last experience as the cherry on top! I can't tell you how much relief I felt being done with these guys. I felt so uncomfortable as a woman by the end of it. I just wonder how many others this has happened to. I will never return and do not recommend, not even if your beloved Subaru dealer sends you there. Nah, not even.
