No matter how hard I tried to get another employee beside YOU ( Steve ) you always intercepted and laughed and mocked me. I have lived in Tarpon Springs for a few years now and noticed the business as I drove by because its super clean and a professional looking property. I recently had a " Parking Garage Incident" with my F-150 while downtown resulting in some pretty significant body damage to the passenger side of my truck. When I contacted My insurance co (progressive) I asked if West Coast was available through them and they advised that they are actually preferred company. I got a call from Kevin within 24 hours of filing my claim and he took the truck in immediately. He called a few days after to advise that the parts were coming and he should turn the truck around within a couple weeks. To my great surprise and pleasure, He called within a week and updated that the truck was finished with paint and should be ready by the weekend. The next day it was ready to go. The body work was impeccable and the truck was returned to me washed, waxed, interior detailed and looking brand new. The insurance was all handled by them and I simply paid my deductible and was on my way. I will certainly recommend them to all of my friends and colleagues who may find themselves in need of a premium experience. Communication and the process was " Top Shelf". I called and they were quick to answer, answered my questions and allowed me to bring it there right away. Kevin took great care of me and my vehicle and called me with updates peridically. This was the best experience I've ever had dealing with a body shop. They worked with me through my insurance company to coordinate with car rental, replaced parts instead of just "fixing" them, the work was impeccable. I have a black vehicle and have previously worked in auto industry so when I say I couldn't even tell where they blended the paint it is a real compliment. Very polite, honest, and quality work. I had an amazing experience today at West Coast Collision, in Tarpon Spring. I had a minor accident and was referred to them by State Farm. I had called there to get an estimate. I was told to drop by and ask for Bill. The site was spotless, a modern nice looking building with attached work spaces. My front left bumper was punched in. I was hoping it could easily be punched out. I was also concerned about getting parts and a timely repair. Bill is a very friendly and the manager (I think) with snow white hair. He heard my concerns and was skeptical about punching out the bumper. He came out to the car and to my surprise went back inside and came out with a screwdriver and power wrench. There in the parking lot he gained access to the back of the bumper, was able to push it out to its original shape and re-attach it to the left quarter panel. It looks fine. And then the biggest surprise. NO CHARGE! West Coast Collision has surly won my allegiance if I ever need such service in the future. read more

I was in a car accident, Geico sent me to West Coast Collision Center for my Repairs. The location was clean and the people there were friendly. Every one that I encountered was professional, willing to answer questions and very approachable. When I brought my car in, it was after closing time, so I called the number on the door and the owner came over, opened the gate and drove my car though, so that it was protected. I was originally quoted a 10 day turn around for my car, and that would have been great if the world was perfect. Sadly it was 30 days before my car was ready. I have a lifetime warranty on the repairs they've done. I've had the car back for a few days now, and I'm OK with what they've done. We'll see how my car fares over time. read more

Hi I have a Camaro and I had done work there like 3 years ago and they told me that they honor their work so I took it back my car because they told me that I had a lifetime warranty and when I went there I spoke to one gentleman and I explained to him that my hood was rusting and he told me he can't do nothing about it because my hood is Metal and they don't warranty that they only warranty aftermarket parts which I don't understand because they did the work so I think that thay are shady people and they don't do what they say I would never take another vehicle to them again now I had to pay another body shop to fix their fuck up but it's okay you live and you learn and I can't believe how much rust another body shop found they suck read more

They did a fabulous "non-detectable" repair on my car. It was ready when promised and the entire staff was helpful and polite.

I took my Toyota Camry in for repairs to my front bumper from hitting an errant road cone at 45mph. The receptionist was very helpful, and I only waited a few minutes for Bill, the owner, to wait on me. He showed me all of the affected areas that were to be repaired. He then detailed them for me, and made the estimate, which was fine with me. He offered several dates to select from, and said that he would arrange a rental car for me on that day. When I arrived on the work start day, he was waiting for me, and the rental car was ordered. In a few minutes, before I even finished my complimentary coffee, the rental company picked me up. Two days later, Bill called and I went back to pick up my car. It was a phenomal job! You couldn't even tell that any work was done - it matched so well. The bumper fit was perfect. The whole car was washed, waxed and detailed, inside and out. Then Bill offered to have me leave off the rental there, rather than my returning the car to the rental center. That was really convenient. All in all, it was a top notch experience. Highly recommended. read more

You will receive a lifetime repair warranty and they have rental cars available with an appointment. this place is horrible! First off the guy didn't believe that I had wrecked my car. He called my insurance company (who sent me there in the first place) and told them that he believed I had bought the car that way and was just trying to get them to fix it! So I had to send pictures in to my insurance to show them that I hadnt! Then after all that was cleared up he wanted to charge me $500 for something that was EASILY maybe $150 and 2 hrs worth of work. Which at the beginning he said he charged $47/hr and it would only take 2 hrs! I called my insurance company and told them I would not do any business with him and to try and find a different shop. Dont get me wrong there may be other people that work there that might be wonderful but this Roman(I'm pretty sure that was his name)guy was a prick! I should've listened to the lady that was coming out the very first day I went there when she said he charged her way too much! read more

Roman, an employee, is a terrific person. A couple of weeks ago I took my '04 Camry in for an estimate for the rear bumper. Bill, the owner, was unavailable, so Marie, the office receptionist, asked me to wait by my car and someone will come bye to look at it. Within a minute or two, Roman came bye to give me an estimate. My daughter had accidently driven her car into mine and put a dent about 7 inches around and maybe 2 or 3 inches deep into my rear bumper. Roman told me that if I didn't want a replacement bumper, he could fix mine in 10 minutes or so at no cost. I couldn't believe my ears, and I couldn't refuse. He had me drive the car to an empty stall, got an electric heater, warmed up the bumper and popped the dent out. Except for a small crack in the fiber glass, the bumper looks as good as before the accident. And, true to his word, Roman wouldn't give me a bill, nor would he accept a tip for his service. A really great employee and an asset to West Coast Collision. If necessary, I will go there again anytime. read more

Getting into an auto accident is a stressful experience but surrounding yourself with excellent people can make all the difference in the world. Starting with my wonderful auto insurance who first made sure that I was okay then directing me to the right people and places. They fortunately sent me to West Coast Collision who went above and beyond to help me. Being that this was my first accident in more then 24 years of driving, I didn't know what to do or expect but they took care of me. First they took pictures of my vehicle, then explained the extent of the damage, arranged a rental car and even drove me to the rental location. All the while having my best interest in mind. They finished the repair and did an excellent job. I hope that I never need them again but I am glad to have had the privilege of working with them. Not only are they professionals, they are friends too. If you are one of unfortunate souls that travel US19 regularly then you might want to keep West Coast Collision in mind, you will not be sorry. After a major collision, I had my vehicle towed to West Coast Collision repairs based on my Geico policy. They repeatedly failed to complete repairs by the estimated repair completion date. The original estimated repair time was 4-6 weeks, but it took nearly 6 months for the repairs to be completed. After I picked up my vehicle, I had my authorized dealer for the manufacturer test drive the vehicle and they found $2,000 in additional defects that needed to be repaired. Basically they are incompetent when it comes to repairing German imports. You CANNOT rely on any representations they make as to when the car will be completed and they do not keep you updated on the progress of work unless you continuously call them. On top of which the workmanship was defective. Be forewarned. read more

i am posting this on behalf of my fiancee who had work done on his 2017 ford f150, 3 month old truck, at karl flammer ford of tarpon who could not fix his tailgate or do a professional paint job amongst other things. his Progressive rep talked to jim masterson, who is a complete idiot, into letting west coast collision fix their problem. i am obviously posting this because west coast could not fix the problem either and they actually damaged his rear drivers side door somehow. not only damaged it but repaired it by putting paint in the chipped spot, clearing coating it and buffing it so much that now the orange peel is gone. now we have 2 reputable companies who cannot fix a simple tailgate or do a professional paint job on his truck. the owner, bill laliberte, after he could not buff the problems out of the paint he asked him if he could put the logo over the runs in the paint and you would not see them. basically trying to hide the messed up paint job. he told him he wanted it repainted as he handed him his f150 emblem and he would get back with him in a couple of days. after not hearing from the reputable owner, who is a fraud and a sham, he called him back and to my fiancees surprise, he was told that he had to live with the runs in the paint. west coast is nothing but a scam. i would NEVER bring another vehicle there again or recommend anyone to. they are very shiesty. P.S. He said that he was a stand-up guy and that he stood by his truck the entire time that it was there. he told him that if he did damage the truck that he would not see it. just so happened that my fiancee washed his truck and went over his truck with his progressive rep before bringing the truck there. so it looks like he is not a stand-up guy after all. it looks like the owner is a liar.
