Seriously, if there were a Hall of Fame for incompetence, these guys would be first ballot inductees. From the moment I walked in, it was clear customer service isn't just bad here--it doesn't exist. The staff looked at me like I had just ruined their day by daring to bring them business. I asked questions, they rolled their eyes. I called for updates, they dodged my calls like I was a debt collector. Professionalism? Nope. Accountability? Not a chance. They told me my car would be ready "in a day." Apparently, in their world, a "day" actually means "over a week of excuses, lies, and waiting." And when I finally got my car back, guess what? The original problem was STILL there--plus a couple of new issues they generously "added" for free. And then the cherry on top? A bloated, mystery bill with no explanation. Like, wow--thanks for nothing! This shop is basically a black hole where time, money, and vehicles go to die. If you enjoy being scammed, ignored, and disrespected, by all means--come here.
