The store was extremely busy and I almost left before placing my name on the waiting list. Especially since I had worked for hours with the A T & T store in Conroe Texas trying to move my company phones from T Mobile to A T & T. But so glad that I did!!! In a very short time a friendly gentleman asked if he could help. I told him that I had my doubts. After all a "company store" was unable to have my lines transferred. HE assured me and guaranteed that they could in fact accomplish that even on this busy day. This led to a tremendous show of patience, perseverance and tenacity to fulfill their commitment to me an out of town customer. Six hours later Jack and Shelby working as a great team had not only ported my lines but arranged all new equipment under "Black Friday Deals". I was no longer tied to T Mobile but had been Blessed to a move to A T & T with all new equipment for me and my Team. Additionally blessed all of this came with a $180 dollar reduction in my monthly bill. IN 30 years dealing with Nextel, Cingular, Sprint, T Mobile and A T & T I have never experienced such a commitment to customer service. We paid 150$ for one month of service along with sim cards, and activation fees. After paying and inserting the sim cards, it was apparent that one of the phones was unable to make calls. We spent 2 hours at the store until the manager informed us that infact the phone was not compatible with their service. There was a list of compatible phones and my phone was not on this list. However I was not made aware of this list until after I was charged. On top of that, they claimed that what I paid was completely non-refundable. They claimed all features were not guaranteed, when mine was missing the most basic feature, MAKING A PHONE CALL!! I have filed claims with FCC, Better Business Bureau, and Cricket wireless corporate offices. I feel scammed, and cheated... Total bait and switch. Not to mention the "5g" service is extremely slow.. even a simple scroll on Instagram was very slow... They also tried to feed us some line of crap that they were near a courthouse with a cell tower blocker... However the speeds were just as slow all over Kerrville.
