The employee came to me house, figured out the problem, and offered several solutions. He helped me figure out which fix would be best. He even had a monitor easily available to replace my old one. I was impressed with his knowledge, service, and ability to discuss things on a level I could understand (when he obviously knew much more than I did). When my…read morehusband took my computer in because I needed it to boot Mike was extremely rude and condescending. He had the audacity to tell my husband that "9 times out of 10 the customer is wrong." Then, when my husband is explaining the issues with the laptop and how they happened he said "what's the point of this story?" He also said "if it won't boot you're just SOL." Like, excuse me?! Do you fucking know what customer service is? He doesn't know what CMOS and BIOS are, so when my husband (who's been a Senior System Engineer for over 30 years) was explaining it to him, Mike cut him off mid sentence and was like "I don't even know what those are". Absolutely ridiculous. There is ZERO reason to treat a customer with such disrespect. Would NOT recommend to anyone! Don't waste your time or your money there!
