He had the audacity to tell my husband that "9 times out of 10 the customer is wrong." Do you fucking know what customer service is? He doesn't know what CMOS and BIOS are, so when my husband (who's been a Senior System Engineer for over 30 years) was explaining it to him, Mike cut him off mid sentence and was like "I don't even know what those are".
