He put that in and it did not fix the problem. It is December 18--still no dryer. He came 3rd of December, said we needed a timer, collected another $154--I had already paid $135 to put in the other part that we did not need. For almost two weeks he has promised to install the timer, many excuses, i.e., car problems, medical problems, the part didn't come in, etc., etc. Finally on the 15th of Dec. he said he would be out late on the 17th, after 4:30. He neither came nor called. Today, I tried to call him only to be informed that his telephone number is "temporarily disconnected". Unfortunately, I have been shafted and plan to file a small claims case and wait until I can find another repairman. I have had to make two trips to the washateria in the meantime, and am going again today. This has cost another $30+. This has been my worst and most costly experience with appliance repair.

They picked up from 2 stops, one in Fred and then San Antonio and then drove everything to Corpus Christi where they unloaded in less than an hour in the heat and humidity and everything had to go up 3 flights of stairs! I did not hear one complaint, they disassembled and reassembled furniture, rearranged furniture, hooked up the washer and dryer, and then even helped my son unload his car as well. I have moved a lot in my time and this move was the best organized and easiest ever. I highly recommend Affordable Movers, could not have done it without them.
