Something about it is off putting and I can't explain it. It's clean, those inside are nice, but I tend to avoid it. This gas station does tend to get very busy, due to its location, so certain times such as before and after work are probably the worst times to get gas here. However, if you're not in a rush you won't mind. This review has to be short, because the only reason you'll come here is for the convenience of cheap gas and that to me is reason enough to keep coming back and letting others know why it's worth the trip.

He threw my card in the bin & I asked him not to do that because it was rude & he said that that's just how he does it. I put my phone in the bin to proceed with Apple Pay & when he finishes this man tosses my phone into the bin! Mind you my phone had no case on it. I then confronted him again asking him what was wrong with him??? Worst experience I've had at a gas station (& I've had a few).

So it's located on Southwest Freeway, and this complex comes complete with a Subway and a convenience store and a chicken shop that seems to be closed down now, but was open not that long ago because I used to go there, and of course the gas pumps were pretty much a lifesaver during the awful winter storm, because they were open when a lot of other places weren't. So well done to them for that and for making sandwiches in the storm, although they did stop doing so at about 12, and of course then when they ran out of water. But I'm very grateful to them and that's why I give them a good rating.

They have some upkeep to do. 1) The card reader does not work on several pumps. I had to try multiple pumps before I can find one that works. I even drove off a few times because I was frustrated with the pumps. 2) The restroom is not located in the best area. It's next to the car wash and has no ac inside. If nature calls, there isn't much option available. 3) Pumps never have receipt paper. 4). A plus to them for clearing out the panhandler. There used to always have panhandler offering to clear your windshield for some change. I always felt like, leave me along. I don't know you, why are you asking me for $$. Occasionally there are drive by in the parking lot asking $ for gas. They always have the same reason...I left my wallet at home and have no $$ for gas. Can you help me? A lady pulled up to me asking for gas once and she drives one of those Chevrolet pickup truck. Sorry lady, maybe it's time to downsize and save on some gas. For Cheap gas this place is recommended but I haven't gone to here for several weeks because of their pumps issue. This site is owned by timewise, which owns like 50% of the gas station in Houston.
