After 15 minutes we left as we had a shoet time. When I complained to the person working on the coffee bar. She had the attitude as she could care less about any issues. Emailed and got a standard reply sorry we were swamped with the film festival. But that does not explain the deliberate brush off and being ignored for other mostly female patrons. Or a family ordering coffee only. Just totally changed my opinion.
