Room was beautiful like the first time & while I love the bathroom, as another yelper said there's no fan in the bathroom to any noises when you go to the bathroom. This is the craziest policy I've ever heard and It made me wonder how many people have been ripped off with this ridiculous fee lol. I was literally dumbfounded. Our TV didn't work in our room, I call front desk and spoke to the same "ball of fire" at the front desk to let her know this and she said, "I'll send maintenance up." Maintenance came up just to tell us he doesn't know how to fix these smart tv's and its supposed to be another company that fixes them, he said he would let the front desk know it's not working lol I never received a call back from the front desk.
