My boyfriend and I were looking for a fun way to spend a Sunday afternoon for our 6-year…read moreanniversary. We rented one of French Valley Flying Circus's Polaris Slingshots - and boy! What a day we had! This little machine is like a grown-up go-cart meets the Batmobile. It's open air - no doors, no roof and the front windshield is low, so we opted to wear the protective headwear and glasses/goggles. We took the back country roads out the 371 and took the Mountain Road out to Indian Wells to visit my parents. You definitely want a windy road to enjoy driving this little speed demon. It's got amazing pick up and is a fun 5-speed standard transmission. It has a GPS and we were even able to sync up our soundtrack for the ride thanks to the Bluetooth connection. My parents really got a kick out of having a ride and the half-day was the perfect rental for us and to spend the day speeding (to the speed limit of course!) along with the wind in our hair on a beautiful Spring day. The whole experience was amazing from beginning to end. We booked it quickly and easily online. We purchased the required additional insurance (under $20) and were locked and loaded with our reservation within 10 minutes. When we arrived for our pick up time, the vehicle was clean and parked ready for take off into the wild blue yonder. The owner is super friendly and full of great tips to make your experience a great one - a true pleasure to do business with. I'm sure i'll be back with my nephews who will really enjoy this! Thanks Don and French Valley Flying Circus for providing such a unique experience in the Temecula Valley.

Hi All, I am the very PROUD owner of a NEW Cushman II Step…read moreThru MotorScooter! It replaces the 1947 Cushman I owned and drove for 60 years. My NEW ONE looks virtually IDENTICAL. Both are "Huntsman Red," as was the original and BOTH are made of steel, NOT plastic. Major differences on the new Cushman II are the SAFETY features and engine power! My NEW one meets all safety & emission standards mandated by the DMV and EPA. I now have front/rear DISK brakes! On my old one the rear drum brake was so 'limp' you had to drag your feet and use engine decompression with throttle off to slow to a stop. Now I have REAL brakes! The service and support offered by K-Jack Motors has been 110% BEYOND the very BEST you could ever imagine or want. K-Jack is a SPECIAL place. It is the home of QUALITY and REAL support and of a great AMERICAN product. Also, and, to me, most important, the new Cushman II is AMERICAN made, unlike the plastic imports from Japan, Taiwan, Italy, etc. Jim Lev San Clemente, CA

Living close to the manufacturer is a great fringe benefit! Mr. Jack Chalabian, President and founder of K-Jack has taken personal interest in making sure my new Cushman II Deluxe Highlander is in good working order. Almost every time I have brought my bike into the dealership for service, Mr. Chalabian has hand delivered parts himself, just like he did this Saturday. How's that for service? I'd say pretty darn good! So it seems the company,, the dealerships and owners are going through a learning curve together. I've learned to overcome the inconvenience of having no fuel gage. It only took one time running out of gas to learn fast. Word to the wise. Treat the rear tail light assembly like a carton of eegs. The ends of the turn indicators snap easily if they are bumped in the slightest way and they loosen and slip out if position easily too. They may want to consider a sturdier re-design in the future. Also, the owner's manual is for induatrial use, not vehicular use. On the whole, it is an awesome ride. I'm turning heads and getting compliments almost everywhere I go. Cushman II is made in America! That makes it the coolest motor scooter out there, hands down, I say!
