Mr. Jack Chalabian, President and founder of K-Jack has taken personal interest in making sure my new Cushman II Deluxe Highlander is in good working order. Almost every time I have brought my bike into the dealership for service, Mr. Chalabian has hand delivered parts himself, just like he did this Saturday. How's that for service? I'd say pretty darn good! So it seems the company,, the dealerships and owners are going through a learning curve together. I've learned to overcome the inconvenience of having no fuel gage. It only took one time running out of gas to learn fast. Word to the wise. Treat the rear tail light assembly like a carton of eegs. The ends of the turn indicators snap easily if they are bumped in the slightest way and they loosen and slip out if position easily too. They may want to consider a sturdier re-design in the future. Also, the owner's manual is for induatrial use, not vehicular use. On the whole, it is an awesome ride. I'm turning heads and getting compliments almost everywhere I go. Cushman II is made in America! That makes it the coolest motor scooter out there, hands down, I say!

They had yet to deliver any of the parts when they said they would be delivered. Upon receipt of the order, the parts were wrong despite having had the correct bike application information provided. This occured several times along with missing parts. Their customer service is non-existent. Their old web site has contact phone number, but they never answer the phone and never return calls. The few times we have spoken, excuses or promises that dont get fulfilled are made. Phone calls, Cell phone calls, Facebook messages, Emails are not addressed or returned. I give them one star only because they have some interesting products, but in hind sight, I would never do business with them or recommend anyone doing business with them. Then, one of those trucks is now reporting on my credit negatively and I have to wait til next month to see what update it'll show before I have to dispute it. Then my deposit, was issued in person at the office, I deposited same day and two days later it bounced. And the money was taken out of my account. I go to their location in person to find out what the heck happened and they say because it wasn't signed properly despite the bank having said it was signed properly based on how the check was written. Then they say they're going to call me to update me on reissuing me a check and no one calls me. I had to call today to find out what is happening. They say they got an email response from their home office that they reissued the check yet again the same way and sent it out today, but now I gotta wait another 4 days just to receive the check!!! This is ridiculous!!!! I paid cash in person and shouldn't have to wait! And worst part is the people from the business office and their attitude as if you're bothering them. No apology no nothing. Just attitude.
