The crazy thing is I didn't even buy the car at Murrieta. I had an issue with the appraisal portion of the sale at the Duarte location but she was empathetic and genuinely had concern for my situation. The phone call ended up being transferred to Murrieta since I live there probably. Angie & I spoke for a while as I had questions about the process at CarMax and she took the time to explain from both the company's perspective as well as the customer's. I can tell she really cared for her customers and she treated me like a customer that did business at Murrieta. Another words she didn't just pass me to the Duarte location. She offered at the end but I told her that her explanation was enough even though it won't change the situation. What the conversation did was that I told her that the Murrieta CarMax will be my only CarMax I will deal with in the future! There are only a few "Angie's" in customer service and CarMax and their customers are fortunate to have her on staff. Thank you and keep up the great work Angie!

The staff here were welcoming and friendly. I felt comfortable while i waited to be helped which wasn't very long. When I arrived I was greeted, offered a drink and asked to have a seat. The place was clean with comfortable chairs. Abraham was very kind, explaining the process all along the way and ended up giving me a very fair price for my vehicle. A few signatures later and I had a check in hand a was out the door. In my opinion this was 100% better than trying to list on public sites like Marketplace or Autotrader because i didn't have to deal with ridiculous offers or strangers coming to the house. Over all I was really satisfied with the whole experience which took less than 45 minutes. I would recommend this for the first place to at least start if you have a car to sell and you want it sold fast at a good price. They also have a lot of really nice cars for sale.

Desperate for the sale, he said, "you can buy the car and if you find it cheaper elsewhere I'll reimburse you the difference." I HIGHLY DOUBT THAT. I still took the car for a test drive, because why not? While out on the road (pulled over) I called another dealership with the same vehicle make, upgraded model, and was offered it out the door at a comparable price with not hidden fees + an extended factory warranty. Mind you it already has had an oil change when you get it. Everything worked on the car we bought, except the 3rd tail light. Because it's a safety issue, Wayne took care of that for us.
