5 stars I am very pleased with the service done on my 2002 Z3 Roadster. The instrument cluster needed to be replaced due to EEP_2 Error Code. Andrew and Victor were very professional in assisting me with my car. Everything went well, quality, value, and customer satisfaction. I definitely recommend Werkstatte on any BMW repairs.

I really wanted to like this place. They got me in quick when I had a check engine light come on a few days before a roadtrip. I had seen a few reviews that said they refused to take responsibility when they clearly made mistakes on vehicles and I had so hoped I wouldn't run into this issue, but I did. They told me it was the def pump - didn't tell me it wasn't something that I didn't have to replace right away - my bad though I should've done the research. They kept my car overnight without even letting me know! Again, I took the blame because I should've noticed the time and called to check the status, however I do believe I should've been informed if my car was going to be kept overnight. Went to pick it up the next morning running late to work and thought I heard a funny sound so I pulled over to check the engine. When the car was in park, the engine sounded fine when I pressed on the gas pedal it still sounded fine so I rushed to work thinking it must be nothing. A few hours later, I had to leave for the road trip and at the end of the 4 hour drive we realized the plastic piece underneath the car had been dragging the whole entire drive. We took pictures and video of the issue and informed the Mechanic as soon as they were open. I told them we needed to take it into a spot here and I would try to find a place that would do it for free but asked that they reimburse me if there were any charges. The guy on the phone sounded agreeable to this and said as soon as we got back back into town to bring it in and they would take a look. While on this trip out of town, I had to take it to a mechanic two separate times because it kept falling and right away they told me that it would have to be replaced and not stay on because of the damage done. I called Werkstatte to let them know what this Mechanic said and sent pictures from this Mechanic, who did that all for free. Again, they said they were sorry and to bring it in as soon as I was back in town. I brought it in as soon as I was back in town and they blamed me for the issue saying I should have brought it right back. One, I didn't know that piece was hanging down or I would've tried to and two because they kept my car overnight I had no time between work and needing to leave for this road trip to another job to take it back in. The general manager was incredibly rude on the phone blaming me repeatedly for the problem. I wasn't aware that after I took my car to a mechanic I still needed to check it out to make sure all the pieces were put back together. Now they want to charge to replace this part they didn't put on correctly and are saying there's a leak that's causing part of the problem - which I asked twice if there were any other issues the first time I had my car in and they said nothing else was wrong. I'd suggest going elsewhere if you want a place that will stand behind their work and try to fix an issue if a mistake is made. I still cannot believe how I was treated here.

Came back today to get some general maintenance done. And just wanted to say this experience was 100x better than my first visit. I even had the same service advisor and everything, a complete 180. Probably just caught him on a bad day the last time but this visit was definitely much better. And I would gladly recommend their shop. They Got me in and out and was very thorough about the process. Not sure if they remembered me because I didn't mention who I was or my previous experience at the shop but they for sure turned it around and I will most likely be back in a few weeks to get my front brakes done. Awesome work and thank you!! Only thing I'd like to suggest is maybe having a greeter at the front. A few people walked in and weren't sure where to go or who to talk to upon entering. Both service advisors were with people in the offices at the time. But outside of that they were very helpful.

These guys have been servicing BMWs in Las Vegas for over a decade. I usually don't leave reviews but they truly care about your vehicle. You should see how busy they get during the summer time. Plus people trust them with their Rolls Royce vehicles. I would never look for another shop to work on BMWs.

My car had a service engine indicator on and naturally I needed to pass smog soon to renew my vehicle registration. After running a diagnostic myself I found out there was some sort of EVAP leak and it could be a number of different problems. I took my car to several different auto shops before determining BMW Only had the best price and outstanding service. Victor seems incredibly knowledgeable and honest. Sam who was working the reception was also very pleasant and straight forward. It only took a couple of hours and I headed over to the DMV and renewed my registration. Sam, Victor, and team are awesome! I have taken my car here twice and they always go above and beyond to take care of your car and answer any and all questions you have. I was extremely impressed with how quickly they completed the work we just approved in about 24 hours. If you've ever been here then you know they're usually very busy and their knowledge is worth every penny or well worth the wait if need be. DONT GO TO BMW ONLY .. THEY ARE LIARS .. And THEY EVEN ADMITTED TO ME THAT THEY MADE A MISTAKE WHEN THEY WERE WORKING ON THE SMOKE COMING FROM THE EXHAUST.. I PAID $2800 FOR THAT WORK.. IN LESS THAN A YEAR .. MY CHECK engine light was on and they said it was the fuel pump .. told me to replace it for $1800 .. so I took it to sun auto.. they told me the valve cover was leaking.. so that work was still under warranty with bmw only when the smoke was coming from the exhaust .. so I went back to bmw only .. they admitted the leak coming from the valve cover.. so they replaced it again... that's fine.. after a week .. the check engine light came back on . I went back to bmw only .. they again said I needed the fuel pump replaced for $1800.. so went home.. thought about it . I went to bmw the dealership on w sahara .. they told me the thermostat was what was starting the check engine light and there was nothing wrong with the fuel pump ... please do not trust bmw only .. they are liars and cheats.. they are very lackadaisical.. they don't care about doing a good job.. they will give you incorrect info just so they can charge you for something that doesn't need fixing... read more

I drove in from out of town with a drivetrain error that came up on my BMW.......and knew I had to drive out within 3-4 days so was in a time frame.....John was the best to work with and honest to let me know the good and bad. But, the best about all the service was that they had it done by the time I needed to leave. The location is solid and professional with people that know their trade. Thanks again for the great service and would definitely recommend them to anyone for BMW service!!! read more

My AC leaked out so I brought the old boy to get it checked out. I've been coming here for 2 years and I have no complaints. Everyone has their favorite mechanic or thinks theirs is better. I seldom give 5 stars but I give my guys 5 stars. They don't up sell you and their assessment is usually what I would think is the best option too. Prices are reasonable and they always have repaired my car the way I want it to be so far. As much as I like them I hope I see them rarely except for oil changes. The guys know what they do and Victor does a great job running his shop. Met a new guy at the desk, Sam, friendly guy. Yes, the location may be a little hard to find. Basically, I15, exit Tropicana, head South (opposite of In N Out), if you pass the bridge you went too far. And usually there's a girl walking the streets off Trop and Dean Martin that waves to me when I drive by. Such friendly people. But they are always looking for some guy named John. I tell them I am Andrew, sorry. read more

Finally they got a yelp! Anyways. I've been coming to these guys for over a year now. I was referred here by a friend(thank Jesus). I initially was taking my car to RG Motorsports(in Henderson) but he wanted $1200 to replace my control arm bushings on my BMW!!!! I get it, I drive a Bimmer. And my dumb ass WAS actually gonna pay that but my friend suggested I go to her mechanic (Victor) and you know how much they charged me? 190 and some change. I just saved 1000 dollars! Couple months later, my car overheated. Got EVERYTHING replaced and my car runs good as new and no problems yet.. But these guys are honest guys. They tell you all the things that need to be done on your car. Things that legit needs to be done. Not some BS catalytic converter or whatever I don't know. They also show you what was wrong on the car so that's pretty dope too. I appreciate their honesty and loyalty to their customers. And their craftsmanship as well. The price is super right and they'll have your car in tip top shape. Don't go anywhere else! Believe me! read more

This place is awesome. I had an engine malfunction in my 335i and I needed to drive back for CA. I pulled up to this place explaining to them my situation and the symptoms and needed to make sure that the engine malfunction light would not strand me on the road somewhere on I-15 in 100 degrees heat. A guy came out, I'm not sure his name, who was the nicest dude. He pulled out his special scanner which can read shadow codes and I had a low boost condition. We determined that it was safe to drive the car back albeit possibly in limp mode (turbos disabled/bypassed) and car would drive like a 328i with no turbos. The guy didn't even charge me but I tip him anyway. If I ever have any car issues when I come to Vegas, this is the place I'll go. Plus they are so close to the strip. read more

I can't say enough how impressed and grateful I am to have found this place. Having a 2003 BMW M3 with 147,000 miles the potential for repairs is getting bigger and bigger. Victor and his team allow me to sleep easy at night knowing I will get excellent service, great prices, and proactive support. Victor has a huge passion for the greatest cars in the world and it's evident from other reviews on here he has left the same impression on the Las Vegas BMW community. He replaced my air bag module in a timely manner and gave me great advice on how to focus on enjoying my M3 without obsessing over the next costly repair. I'm new to Vegas area and needed someone to work on my bmw M3, after reading many reviews I settled on BMW Only. It was worth the research, they are really well versed on BMW's and more importantly will only give you what you need. Make recommendations based on priorities and that's something I've not seen. Quite frankly, I'm pleased with Victor, the owner and the other Victor (mechanic). The owner is very accommodating and straight out honest and professional. Victor, the mechanic, is also awesome. I can't complain. He's good and confident at what he does. If you're looking for no cheating quality auto service and decent pricing like me, stop your search and call Victor for this is the shop to go to. Spoke to Victor about getting my entire rear suspension redone on my 7 series. It was a complicated job and required a lot of shop time but he kept me informed and did the job right. This is what separates this place from other shops that may quote you a cheaper price initially but then the costs continue to rise as they get into the work. They take the time to do the job right and if there is any issue with the work, they will accommodate you without a big hassle. This place is the only non-dealer option for quality work on BMWs. read more

What ever I'm gonna say, it can never be enough! Victor and Victor (and the rest of staff of course) I'd everything you ever wanted from your mechanics. their meticulously professionals, highly skilled and very honest. They will never let you down. You will get dealership knowledge for way less money out the door. They always charge me fairly and I can't count the times when they did small jobs for me and didn't charge me at all. They prove to me that going with a BMW to the shop doesn't always have to be so expensive. I would recommend them for any bmw owner. read more

My first time going to BMW only today 11/28/15. Partially my fault why my check engine went on due to loose fit on my gas cap. I needed to make sure everything is ok on my 2012 BMW X5. My factory warranty already have expired due to high mileages. I didn't want to take it to the dealership due to outrageous prices to do a quick diagnostic. I looked around YELP and ran across BMW ONLY page and saw nothing but good review from other bmw owners. I called BMW only in the morning and spoke to Victor the owner of the place. He sounded very nice dude and asked if I can get my X5 for a quick check up. He said go ahead and bring it in and he be more than happy to help out. When I arrived to his shop he greeted me outside and did a quick diagnostic. Sure enough it was my gas cap, and didn't even charge me like the dealership. While we are talking I asked him if I can get an oil change since I was already there, without any appointment and he said sure thing. Got my engine light reset / oil changed and undercarriage checked for any leaks. Also recommended me to change my oil every 5000 miles instead of 10000. I am very pleased with BMW only customer services from Victor and his crew that I will be bringing my X5 there from now on. I will also refer my friends that's own BMW products to this place. Instead of ordering a bmw battery they sold me a weak ass battery with a fucked up charge to the vehicle everytime I turn it off everything resets. They didn't bother to mention they did not do an inspection nor offer it to me to make sure it wouldn't be a problem replacing the battery. Now they want to charge me an inspection fee instead of fixing their fuck up. read more

Hands down the best place to take your BMW to! The service was exceptional from the beginning to end. Victor and the entire staff were all extremely helpful and kind. They thoroughly explained everything that was going on with my car. They answered any questions I had in detail and responded quickly. I appreciate that they didn't make me feel as if I had to get anything serviced if it wasn't immediately necessary. Taking my car to a shop is never a fun experience. However, taking my car into this shop was by far the smoothest, most convenient, financially affordable, and overall amazing experience. My favorite part of it all was that they sent me a link via text message while my car was being serviced; regarding my vehicle's health condition. There were photos of parts that they recommended be replaced immediately or in the future. I found this to be extremely helpful. It allowed me to know more about my car. Here are a few photos of what was on my file. I trust this shop with my vehicle and will definitely bring my car back in the future for any other services! My family has been using BMW ONLY since I was 11 "). I didnt know what the big deal with cars back then,now 7 years later I'm 18 and realize why my family loves bmws so much. I got a e46 that has many issues and BMW ONLY does not treat me like I dont have money to fix it. I took my e46 to dealership for a airbag recall and I felt very uncomfortable, I'm only 18 and one day I'll get a nice BMW and for sure I would not take it to the dealership even if I have money to pay them extra for their expensive repairs, I'll be life time customer of BMW ONLY just like the rest of my family with their bmws and now I see why! read more

Prompt response and service. Although I only needed some light bulb change, they were quick and efficient in getting me in and out. It looks like they will be moving their shop at the end of the year to a much better facility. I highly not recommend them,they false diagnose cars as an excuse for messing up the car, lying and trying to find things that are not broken, owner is very unprofessional and not caring, reviews are not everything ;) BTW, stop lying here to people trying to save face and your rating, it's embarrassing. read more

This is the only shop where they quote you a price and actually charge you less after they've completed the work (even though you already agreed to the quoted price). That tells you about their integrity. Taras is the guy you usually talk when you walk in. He's young but extremely knowledgeable about BMW and will actually show how the part works on similar parts they have in the back. I'm speechless. read more

Victor and his team were simply amazing. Prior to taking in my vehicle, he answered all my emails almost instantly. Even notified me as soon as the part they had ordered for me had arrived. Friendly, honest and transparent. When I arrived at the shop, one of the mechanics stopped what he was doing and assisted me. They rotated my tires and replaced my front window cowl in less than an hour. Talk about amazing and professional service. Thank you! read more

Absolute best and fair BMW shop in Vegas. I needed a new battery ASAP and messaged after hours. I had a response in twenty minutes saying they carried batteries in stock and that I could come in the morning and be done in 30 minutes. True to their word they fit me in, complete with computer sync. They even did a free quick look over since they knew I had just bought the car. $250 out the door. Awesome! read more

I made an appoinment , but there is no such thing as appoiment they just put me in because they had a worker available to change my engine oil after they changed it i was driving home at 50 miles per hour and my car showed up drivetrain and chek engine light went on the car started shaking and the transmission didint change gears i went back, after two hours they figured out it was the spark plug that they took out to chek it they mis placed it or something so the car was misfiring and i talked with victor the owner he didint seem worried and he said he is going to come and chek on the car but he never came i told them when i brought you the car was fine now its not , they tried telling me when did you change this , when did you change that the usual cover ups. I highly don't reccomend them, victor never came and never explained anything, and it took 2 hours or more to find out that the problem was the spark plugs it was not immediatly , some other guy came and said the sparkplug is going to be free why are you mad, because i spend all this time went on the highway put my self in a dangerous position, and all he was talking about is well give you free sparkplug, they dont take any Responsibility for anything, bussiness like that will never be a good bussines. Stop trying to cover your self here and reply on a review, i was there you said two words. read more

We are bmw only repair shop servicing Las Vegas since 2012. In 2020 we open our brand new shop with over 11.000 sqft and moved our services to a new level, servicing our customers and their vehicles with exceptional care. Used my credit card, and was told AFTER being charged that there is a $5.00 processing fee. If I would've been advised, again prior to finalizing the transaction, I would've paid cash. Additionally smogged another car - I have a 2023 truck. They smogged my truck and again, AFTER THE SERVICE, was told that the first 3 years vehicles don't need smog. I would've appreciated that context before the service (that I have to pay) - or just don't say anything at all. Lastly, as I am waiting in the waiting room, a polite man asked what type of oil they use, employee responded rudely, as the customer leaves - employee comments (in front of other customers) "these people want cheap prices and expensive product". A huge assumption on a simple question that was kindly asked. Customer service lacks, I'm sure mechanical services are good but I can't comment on that part of the business.

Travelling enroute to California, our RV was having power issues just outside Vegas, and after…read morechecking all the so-called "great" reviews, we decided to get towed to the Auto Medic location in Henderson. First off, they're not 24 hours. We had to wait overnight at their shop to be seen. They performed a diagnostic, which took several hours, as the tech had to keep asking "Siri" about the engine, and how to perform certain tests. HUH?! They finally determined that our fuel injectors were toast, and as they couldn't just get parts for it, they would all need to be rebuilt. A couple of weeks and about $10,000 they said! They suggested we stay at an RV Park and they would come out the next day to start the process of removing the fuel injectors. Well, they didn't call, didn't show. But it was a damn good thing. We got the name of a recommended RV Service Centre in Vegas and took it there for their diagnostic. Nothing wrong with our engine or the fuel injectors. Just a sensor miscommunication. An absolute nightmare was averted because they didn't bother to show up. Thank God. They were ready to outright scam us on this "problem". If they took those injectors out, we'd still be there. After getting the all-clear from a reputable company, we continued on.. eventually driving over 6,000 miles without a fuel injector problem. They do not know what they are doing .. stay away!!! Especially if you're RVers passing through. They will take you $$$$.

After picking it up, we immediately noticed a clunking noise that had not been present before the repair. When we brought the vehicle back, we were told an additional part needed to be ordered. From there, communication became a major issue. Days passed without any updates, and our attempts to reach the shop went unanswered. However, after my wife posted a negative review, we received an immediate response and were told to bring the car back in. The new part was installed, but the problem persisted. At that point, we were told a "brand-name" replacement part would need to be ordered instead (why is he not using brand name products?). While we understand that repairs don't always go as planned, we were left without confidence in the reliability of our vehicle and received very little proactive communication throughout the process. By July 8, we still had not heard anything, so I called to check on the status. During that call, the owner informed me that the part had actually arrived the day before and that he was planning to call us to bring it in "within the next few days." After already waiting more than a week, this was frustrating. What bothered us most was the way our concerns were handled. When I explained that we were unhappy with how the situation had been managed, the owner immediately became defensive. At one point, he told me that he "isn't responsible for my emotions." When I expressed concern that we had been left without reliable transportation, he responded that the car was "completely fine to drive." Given the ongoing noise and unresolved repair issue, this was not reassuring. A quick google search proved that the statement was not only incorrect but negligible and could have caused major damage to the car. When I asked whether we could receive a refund and take the vehicle elsewhere, he said that refunds were not available. The conversation became increasingly unproductive and hostile, and he eventually refused to discuss the matter further because my wife had signed the paperwork rather than me, despite the fact that I was present when the vehicle was dropped off. Shortly after the call, he texted my wife and stated that after installing the new part, he no longer wanted to service her vehicle because I had been "rude" to him on the phone. To be clear, I never raised my voice, used profanity, or became disrespectful. I simply expressed that we were unhappy with how the situation had been handled and wanted to explore our options. Our frustration comes from the lack of communication, the delays, and the dismissive and defensive responses we received when trying to resolve the problem. Additionally, we were completely turned off by the fact that the parts he uses is not of good enough quality that would prevent this issue from the first place. It took three total installations to resolve the matter, the first two was with his own parts that failed, the third was with a brand name that worked. In the end, we were left feeling unheard, unsafe, and without confidence in either the repair, the customer service or the shop. Based on our experience, we would not return and cannot recommend this shop. EDIT: I had a feeling that the owner would reply. But as you can see, there's nothing that addresses the way he treated us just that he repaired the car. Yes, he repaired the car after failing to do so the first 2 times he worked on it. He let us drive off twice with an impaired car that was caused by him. Guess all that he cares about is doing the work EVENTUALLY, not doing it right or doing it well the first time. AVOID.

I needed…read morea brake job, and a dealer would charge retail prices, and the corporate bosses at a chain shop would pressure the shop manager to nickel and dime the customer into purchasing additional repairs that they probably didn't need to boost sales. Independent shops are usually reliable as they live and die by their reputation, but often times they can be hit and miss. I can only speak from my experience but I can report to you that Dave's Auto Repair is the real deal. The shop is owned and run by Armando and his family (Armando bought it from Tim, the former owner, and Dave used to run the shop). Armando knows cars, and more importantly, he knows how to treat people right. His prices were competitive or better than other quotes I got, and he didn't try to upsell me on unneccesary repairs. He did give me a heads up on a few things to keep an eye on, which I appreciated, and he even threw in a few freebies which was unexpected and much appreciated. What's also nice is that most independent shops are only open M-F but Dave's is also open on Saturdays, which makes it convenient for those with work/school during the week. I'm very happy with my experience at Dave's and it gives me piece of mind knowing that I have a great mechanic I can take my car(s) to from now on.

The manager reached back out to me He tell me my car was sent back to another shop so they sent my car somewhere else without my permission Wow then he says there was some clothes inside the car which there talking about my towels I use to wipe my car down which has nothing to do with my tools missing inside my trunk which he never mentioned how there going to replace them so that's a loss on my end then he says he can check my sunroof but doesn't promise any fixes on there what's the point then just want me to waste my gas this place is very in professional at the end of the day I took the loss I just want people to know they take your car to other shops without you permission you don't know who's working on your car at that point then they take tools cause he why not have back ups and they disconnect wires and don't connect them back when expecting who knows could've been the shop they sent it to with out my permission Nd I have his response here this is from victor . Hands-down the best automotive repair experience I've ever had. I had an issue with my BMW and Victor's shop was recommended. Immediately he explained to me the options we had for repairs with all the trade-offs (mechanical, long-term/short-term, and financial) and a timeline for repairs. They only used OEM BMW parts in their repair and despite it being a large job, they completed it within a week (estimate was longer). Additionally, they identified another issue that they fixed free of charge (fuel injector). Throughout the entire repair process Victor and his team were helpful and communicative. They made sure I understood everything they did and even went so far as to physically show me in the shop. Victor joined me for my test drive after picking up the vehicle and I asked him about a longstanding strange sound which NO OTHER MECHANIC every acknowledged was an issue and he immediately knew what was wrong and offered to fix it. I intend on trading this vehicle in for a newer BMW and he lastly offered a free checkup on my new vehicle. He has also since the repair (2 weeks ago) done a couple of check-ins to see how everything is going. Excellent customer service and top notch expertise! read more

Being from Europe I was shocked how many mechanics are just trying to rip you off here,BMW ONLY impresses me every time, I bring vehicle for oil change and they do complimentary inspection, write down on my invoice every issue my BMW has and pricing for each item,besides that they dont make you feel uncomfortable to try to get a sale,they just simple explain this item is very important or critical to keep your vehicle running and these items you can wait on. This way I know what am I going to expect in the next year or repairs and at some point you might think to get a new BMW if this one causing to many problems. They'll advice you if you should not spend any money on this one and consider upgrade. Being a woman I don't know much about cars. These guys are very patient and take the time to explain what need to be done and how things work. They also always keep your old parts and show u exactly what needs to be replaced! They are always honest and have gave me a MUCH better price then other repair shops. They will not tell you to replace things you don't need to, but will warn you to pay close attention to things that will need work soon, also will explain how critical it will be if not replaced on time! I took my I3 to BMW Only to try and save some money on a drivers side mirror replacement. Months later I noticed the door handle was loose. I didn't like how BMW Only took care of my car so I went to the dealer and hoped for the best. The repair was not done correctly, and there clips missing from inside the door and it needs a new door track. The quote from the dealer to fix. $1359. Stay way from BMW Only, dealers are pricey but it will be done right. ###***UPDATE***### They took a look at the door and the issue is "ONE" screw that holds the whole handle on can't be tightened. So BMW dealer wanted $1,356 when its one screw?? BMW Only is taking care of the issue and handled it great! read more

Recently purchased a 2008 328i. On day 31 of ownership I noticed a problem with the battery and the main top coolant hose burst. I limped the vehicle to BMW Only at nearly 4:55 PM on a Thursday. They showed me the damaged hose and had it replaced in 45 minutes. Their battery test came up 'bad', but recommended I bring the car back only if the warranty expired for the battery. No charge for the battery test and reasonable for the repair work for a BMW. Will bring my other car in for repairs here as well. Thanks guy!!! read more
