The dispatch fee is baloney. When someone calls and says what they need, we don't need your dude to diagnose it haha. I'd definitely use them again but I'm not paying a scummy dispatch fee. Charger what it costs and pay your people. Don't be dishonest with bs fees (bc that's what you're doing). Your work is solid. Charge higher prices and be honest! Me and others will be back and respect you more!

I read another review about someone with a boiler that after they came just left the leak go. This happened to us too. Hired them, they were here for 8 + hrs, left with water aggressively dripping from the boiler . Came out the next day same thing. The soldering job looked like a homeowner did it not a plumber. Still leaking after he spent another 4+ hrs on it. Then I complained to the owner and he came out, apparently he knows what he is doing. So after 3 days of water leaking all over the floor the owner was able to fix it. All I can say is if the fat guy and 20yr old boy wonder show up to fix your boiler, my advice is slam the door in their faces and call someone else. We hired them to clean a drain out and they sent 2 guys and charged me $78 to say they can't do the job and suggested we hire Roto rooter and we did. Roto rooter was able to do the job. So regular plumbing and gas leaks they are worth hiring, those guys know what they are doing. We had a leaking toilet and they did a good job. New sink great job too.

CV Wenger employees have multiple skills which was useful for us in addressing several issues identified from a home inspection report. The only issue I have is their employees are in such high demand, so it took us awhile to schedule work at our house. But that is a good problem to have. The cost to perform various work at our house was reasonable.

Monday afternoon, I called again because I didn't receive a call back. I spoke to a woman and scheduled an Estimater to come out on the following Tuesday at 2:45. At 3:07, I called and said that the Estimater hadn't arrived yet. They sent him out right away. He finally arrived at 3:25 and left at 3:29. He said he was going to get the pricing figured out and then call. On Friday at 10:20, I called because we hadn't heard anything. The woman who answered said she found the pricing sheet but she was going to need to email it to me. I gave my email address and as of 9:38 on Saturday, we still haven't received anything. This has been a very frustrating process. It's like pulling teeth with these people. Regardless of the pricing at this point, we will not and never use them.
