The clerk at Register #3 at the 1 PM hour was very friendly and referred to my LA GUNS shirts and talked about how much he likes the band and wanting to see them live. My friend who was driving on this long road trip had the Mushroom and Swiss Melt which is her favorite and she mentioned how rare it was to have very friendly and pleasant service something that is very unfamiliar at a particular Chicago location. I once got in line for the drive thru just to get a single stacker and a cup of water, and waited nearly 15 minutes. There were only two cars in front of me. The only plus is that the people who work here are really cool. When my boyfriend worked third shift, I would drop him off at BK where he would chill and just drink iced coffee for 3 hours before his shift started. They were fine with him waiting around, and actually gave him free food on occasion when they made something incorrectly. Can't complain there. That's what bumped this up from 2 to 3. I would recommend just waiting in the lobby where you can at least enjoy the A/C and a couple of free refills before your food comes up.
