Food was cold and the fries were not fresh at all but the lady at the register was very nice though!

The employees were trying to keep up, I'll give them that. There was a long line both inside and at the drive through during lunch. The employees were doing their best to get the orders out and correctly. It just took awhile. They were out of apple bites for the kids meals but were quick to offer substitutes, albeit fried options. They did get our 3 orders correct which I am very happy about. They have taco salads which is fabulous. read more

Yeah, so idk why I still mess w/ this restaurant. It's really just a lazy and convenient option. The food here is usually cold. Service is madd slow. The restaurant is in the hood, so you already know what kind of attitudes you're gonna deal with. I am not sure why so many Wendy's franchises are getting bad, but this one is coming close to the bottom of the list. I went through the drive-through this past weekend and ordered a 4 for 4. With that, the sign at the drive through CLEARLY STATES drink - any Coca Cola product. So, I proceeded to order a Double Stack no cheese, the spicy sriracha sauce (for nuggets) and fries. For my drink, I order the minute maid lemonade. when i get to the teller, i ask them why there was a difference of $1.08 on my bill, and she said that's the price. (this is the same meal i always get near my house, in Durham, NC and is the same price) she goes on to get flustered and a manager comes to the window to explain to me the charge. Her reason is that they don't offer any soft drink at the drive through except for the main stream items (coke, sprite, etc.) and lemonade has an upcharge. In addition, the sauces do not come with the 4 nugget meals, so that is an additional upcharge...PLUS TAX. In addition to the food pricing being different without any real legitimate reason (as no other Wendy's i've been to has this upcharge).; the service was extremely slow, especially for having 3 people standing at the window talking and futzing around. I even nodded off while waiting in the drive through line, and the guy in front of me just took off. (total time waiting was 13 minutes after placing the order to getting to pay, then another 8 minutes waiting to get the food out to the window). read more

Literally the worst Wendy's I have ever been too. First off they were extremely slow. We waited for our food in the drive thru for over 30 minutes when they told it would be 6 minutes. Just to then receive the food and only receive 1 correct item from our 20 dollar order. The sad part was that we didn't order anything specially everything we ordered was straight from the menu. And it wasn't like the sandwiches were made wrong but that they were the completely wrong sandwiches. It looked as if they had a bunch of sandwiches wrapped and randomly grabbed from a pile and threw them in our bag. If 0 was possible, this location wouldn't even deserve that. My fiancé and I went to this location last night and have never experience the kind of hatred or unprofessionalism anywhere. The drive thru was a little long so we went in. We were first in line and waited about 10 minutes for one employee (out of at least 6-8) come up to us and tell us they'd be right with us. 10 minutes go by and we're still just standing there watching them talk in the corner - ignoring us. The manager came up and without even looking at us said someone will be with us soon...took the cash register and walked away. Two more minutes go by and we began to walk away and the teenagers behind us were approached instantly. Would absolutely never go back. read more

Hands down the worst Wendys I've ever been to!! Pulling up it looks deserted. There's not even signs up on the windows or a single car in the parking lot. I almost turned around because I thought it was closed and if it wasnt closed it looked like the food wouldnt be good, but I was already late for my hair appt and this was the last restaurant id pass and i was hungry and needed protein and my mind was set on Nuggets. Ordering process was typical. All I got was a 10 piece nugget. When I got to the window my order was ready immediately and given to me without a smile or a single word spoken. Good thing I didn't want any extra napkins or anything because by the time my bag was in my hand, the window was closed and she was gone. The nuggets were horrible. They tasted old and dry just like I was afraid of and just like the place looked. I ended up throwing them out. Will never stop here again. read more

This place is horrible and needs new management. First, we arrived at 10:45am and found one of the doors still locked... no big deal. The dining room was still dirty all over even though they would have just opened. Then we ordered our food, which went fine, though I wasn't offered a receipt... again not a big deal. Then we basically had to reorder our food to the line person explaining what we ordered so we would get the right food. We were the only people there and it took us 15 minutes to get four 4 for 4 meals. We witnessed the cashier keep the same gloves on after working the register and then serving food. There were no paper cups for the ketchup and there were gnats flying around there. The all natural lemonade was undrinkable - I'm not sure what it tasted like but it made me think of kitchen cleaner. The bathrooms were filthy and the women's room was out of toilet paper. The men's room had toilet paper and paper towels on top of the dispensers because they apparently don't know how to open them to fill them properly. Our food tasted ok, but combined with the rest of our experience we just hoped we wouldn't get sick. read more
