Me and my friends went to wendys late at night around 11pm, and of course the restaurant area was closes so we went to the drive thru and the experience was great. they took our order with no complaints unlike other stores who would've declined us since we didnt use a car! We had only got flurries and they made them no problem at the window. Great management and employee and the flurries was amazing. Shout out to Mr Brian and his daughter Alicia (sorry if i spelled that wrong) !! Again amazing work read more

Imagine this: I get off work after a long day, already having an awful day. I think, "Hmm, it's getting late--maybe I'll stop by Wendy's on the way home and grab something to eat so I don't have to cook or clean the kitchen." Only to get home and realize the entire order is wrong. You've got to be kidding me. I ordered a spicy chicken Asiago sandwich, and it had no cheese, no bacon, and it wasn't even spicy. Instead, it was basically a soggy mess with an absurd amount of mayo and the only other thing on it was a single pickle. This is honestly a disgrace. I will never go to another Wendy's again. I hope this location gets shut down because this completely ruined my day. read more

13 minutes and 4 employees telling me someone would take my order. No one in the drive thru and no one in the service area. absolutely the only customer on property. i'm guessing the heavier set baldheaded White manager was too busy laughing with the three younger employees take care about taking my order. Then as the three individuals went to the bathroom and told me someone would take my order that would've left it to the manager. After 13 minutes of listening to their nasty talk and giggling, I didn't care to eat here ! read more

Sad to see so many bad reviews. The service there was great! They were so nice and happy to be there. Line went fast and food was good.

Took forever to take my order and made my family sick. Clearly they aren't taking care of things in their kitchen.. I pulled up and saw the cashier dancing behind the register like a dork and the women in the kitchen was going off about someone to her coworker. Just a bad experience over all, even for fast food. read more

Got the frosty cream cold brew, what a waste looks sewage and tastes like watered down coffee flavored creamer. DISGUSTING! Save your money and don't go here! read more

Some blonde chick gave me extra chicken nuggets with me and my starving homeless friend. It was truly a vibe and such a warm cozy experience 10 out of 10 would recommend please check out this Wendy's. read more

Order is wrong nearly every time we go to this location. Food is ok but accuracy of the orders is always lacking something. Update - hungry and not wanting to venture too far stopped in today to grab lunch. Inside of restaurant was clean but smelled like dirty mop water. Overlooking this I placed a to go order. Order was correct and I drove home to enjoy my lunch. Second bite from the sandwich had a big long dark hair sticking out of the sandwich. So done with this place. read more

every time I give this place another shot they fail. I dont know if they're hard of hearing or can't count or both but I always order a Dave's double and every single time they only give me one patty after charging me for two... might as well go to McDonald's down the road read more

Terrible. Their employees were extremely rude and very impatient during the drive-thru. The food was cold and tasted like it has been sitting out for a while. I ordered the 4for4 and they only gave me 1 nugget and gave me extra fries to make up for the lack of nuggets... they couldn't just make more nuggets? Completely messed up my burger which they put mustard on and I'm highly allergic to it. I'm currently in the hospital due to an allergic reaction.. expect my medical bill in the mail which you will be paying. No wonder nobody was in line for this terrible food. They gave us our food in a timely manner but that's probably due to it already being cooked an hour ago. read more

wow worst customer service ever. went there at 7pm doors locked no problem went to drive thru. No answer on speaker at all for 10 Minutes so I pulled to window thinking speaker was broke and by this time there were 4 cars behind me. Got to window waited another 3 minutes watching manager worrying about ice scoop and employee pushing a deck brus. When she final acknowledged me she said I had to go back to the speaker to order. I told her no one answered for over 10 minute at which point she got a condencending bitch tone and miving her hands saying there was only 2 people working. And she is not able to always answer the speaker that I have to go around to speaker. Which would be fine without the totally bitchy attitud. I managed fast food here for 15 years it sucks when your short staffed but not customers fault read more

Nuggets were WAY over cooked, never received my sauces I ordered , burger was on the pretty dry side and didn't get my extra pickles . No silverware for my baked potato and the door dash person delivered it to the wrong building so by the time I got my frosty , it was a melty ‍‍. read more

thanks for the cold food after my 12 hour shift next door. This place is a joke. When will they go out of business or be replaced by Arbys or something. Please. It's not even Wendy's it's the staff. ive been there waited 25 minutes for my food so the staff can smoke weed in their car. You walked past my truck in the drive through going inside, And I was at fault? Who ever manages this place should look for another career. I'm a chef I've worked fast food and worked my way up from literally the bottom. And I'll tell you what, you lot put a new meaning to bottom. Thank you for another cold dinner. I work 2 doors down if you lot want to see how a kitchen is ran. if Wendy's ot their GM actually sees this like. Suggest selling your business. You guys are doing it wrong. all wrong. read more

The young lady at the register was nice but her manager was very rude note i took my break at 3 didnt get back to work till 4 they were not busy at all maybe 1 or 2 cars in the drive thru so digusted and disappointed read more

So when are you opening up the dining room? Arby's,KFC some Taco Bell's are fully open, you must be losing a ton of business? Most people are tired of eating in the car! read more

I have been to this Wendy's a couple of times and I have never had an issues. Every time I order it's exactly what I ordered and it doesn't take long to get my food. The staff is friendly. They do have cheese sauce for maybe 30 or 40 cents. I always get a side of cheese sauce to dip in my fries and it's good! read more

Has to be the worst fast food restaurant in Wilmington. I've lived here for 12 years and this place is never gets any better, only worse. Only come back because kids beg. Painfully slow service, especially if you walk in and place an order. Recently, had to repeat my order multiple this times, and they still got it wrong. I have to believe Chic-fil-a, will either put them out of business or make them get better, when the open later this year. Being the only fast food on this end of town let them get away with poor service and inconsistent quality for so long. read more

My husband and I stopped here last night about 11PM and ordered 2 $5 bags and one of the new chicken mozzarella sandwiches. The jr. bacon cheeseburgers were good although almost non existent, like eating a veggie sandwich the burger was so thin. The chicken nuggets and the chicken sandwich were the worst I have ever tasted in my life. Took two bites of sandwich and ate 1 nugget, then asked my husband to try his and we literally almost threw up. The fries were just as bad. Threw what was left in the garbage. I think they need to clean the fryer out and change that nasty rancid oil! This used to be an awesome place to eat and we have stopped by several times over the years but the quality of Wendy's food has gone down hill the last couple of times we went and now this! Time to take our business elsewhere. read more

Fast food served extremely slow. What's the point? Best part of drive-thru is you can get out of line after you've sat in it for 15 minutes and going nowhere. read more

You don't want to eat here. I've been to the drive through where no one answered, people were leaving, and I drive to the window where I was regaled with a bathroom story as the explanation for no one working the window. Food is so bad it seems like they cook a single batch once a week and dish it out all week long. Some will get lucky enough to purchase food as soon as it's cooked, yay for them, but mostly, that food is so old that you have to throw it out for fear of food poisoning. Seriously, it's that bad. read more

Would be nice if the employees would actually answer on the drive thru at night. I guess they're too busy having fun in the back not working. read more

Been sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes and still 3 cars ahead of me in 2 minutes I plan on driving away this is insane!!!

So I get there at 12:07 PM that's 7 minutes past prime lunch time. I take one bite of my burger and it is cold and I can tell by the taste that it had been pre--cooked hours in advance. I took my whole tray drink & fries to the counter and got a refund for all of it. I don't understand why the public puts up with these chains making pre-cooked burgers. read more

One star is to high a rating for this store. The manager and staff actually harassed and disrespected me at the drive through window. When I got concerned about what they would do to my food I requested a refund on my credit card. They refused to and insisted I pull away from the window. I had to call the sheriffs department and get them to come and get a credit on my card. I called Wendy's complaint line. They told me I would hear from the franchise in 48 hour. This never happen. I will never go back to any Wendy's again and recommend that people boycott this company. read more

This is one of the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The service is slow, the staff is rude, and very rarely is my order correct. I don't normally post reviews but I have yet to have a good experience at this particular Wendy's. I live fairly close and, if it wasn't for that reason, I would never come here. read more
