Went through the drive thru and the girl taking the order sounded like she could care less about her job. My son ordered nuggets and After what seemed like 10 min of waiting finally get the food. We didnt think to check before we left (about a 20 min ride home) because he got the BBQ sauce he requested. Get home and no nuggets. This Wendy's is the best example of a god damn joke. The employees are flat out rude, they clearly have no idea what they are doing and if they do, they clearly don't give two damns about their job. Our orders have been wrong literally every time we have gone there within the past year which has been a handful because I always get my hopes up that it will be better but that's very and I mean very far from the truth. The facility overall is nice on the outside but inside is a complete 180 as its dirty with wrappers and other food everywhere and no clean tables to sit at. I ordered three sets of 6 piece crispy chicken nuggets and all three were spicy, the guy at the drive through was unpleasant and very short with no personality whatsoever then when I came back he was rude and was laughing about the situation and made a joke about it with the window open, they definitely need to train their employees better in customer service read more

This is 100% the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Every single time I come usually around 7-9 the doors are locked. Okay fine, so I use the drive through. EVERY TIME, I'll sit there waiting like an idiot the only car there just for them to say "our system is down, we can't take your order". It happened last night and I looped around the building once and got back in line and heard people ordering!! The employees suck, I've never had an instance of any of them having manners. I took my children here today. Do NOT recommend, disgusting environment. The food was good but overall the place was absolutely disgusting, There was food , wrappers, drinks everywhere. No clean tables to sit at, and the people are disgustingly rude and terrible to be around. Started off by ordering drinks and the lady had a huge attitude. Thought I would give this location one more shot. BIG MISTAKE. They are severely understaffed, the employees that were there were extremely rude and couldn't decipher their own receipts. NO ONE should have to sit in the drive-thru being ignored for over 40 minutes to pick up a mobile order, only to have the idiot running the show shove your receipt at you and ask what their menu items are. We ordered using Wendy's mobile app sat in line for 25 minutes told the order person that we had a Mobil app and we were told all good and to pull up to the window. When we got up to the window we were asked if we were the chili order we said no we are the Mobil order. To Whom it May Concern I ordered via the Wendys App my meal for this Whitehall Pennsylvanialocation . When i walked over to the store the door was locked. There was a employee outside smoking a cigarette and sweeping I called ove to him asking him about the locked door. After the 3rd time he finally responded aggressively that there were only 2 people working (and im thinking in my mind, then why is he outside. Sweeping is not important) So i said a 4th time, so if the door is locked how do i get my Mobile order He gets real surly and barks "I'll have to ask my manager " . He then starts walking towards the back of the building and i call after him "should i follow you" He then shouts st me "You better stop yelling at me" I then said "Im not yelling at you, if i was yelling ID SOUND LIKE THIS" and i then yelled that Then he starts arguing with me and storms inside I walk to the other side of the building and I stand in front of the glass pick up window, and through the window i hear the guy yelling to the Manager calling me a FUCKING ASSHOLE harassing him What kind of employees is Wendys hiring that treat customers this way So im standing there and this manager completely ignores me. So i tap on the window. Still ignores me. A car pulls up to get its food and when she Open the window I tell her about her employee and my food. She still ignores me. I repeat it again. Today 8/29/2022 I stopped by to grab a meal for me and my bf before we got back on the road . I get to the drive through I beep the horn no one says one minute hold on .
