Specifically a twist cone or cup. In case you don't know, a twist means half vanilla and half chocolate. Because why should a girl have to pick one flavor;) Most of the visits included picking up an ice cream cake for my birthday as it is my cake of choice. I know what you're thinking, she buys her own birthday cake. YES, my parents are older so I pick it up and they pay me back lol! Dairy Queen's ice cream cakes are delicious! My favorite is chocolate crunch. But the last time, believe it or not, my dad picked up the cake and it was a Reese's. I thought he really messed up until I took the first bite. It was very good and not overly peanut buttery. It was a hit with the whole family! Stop in for soft serve, a sundae, an ice cream cake or now they sell ice cream cupcakes. That will be the next menu item I try!

Opened our tacos and all 4 were broken. I had my husband take me back there and we walked in and explained to the manager and he repeated to us that they fell on the floor then handed to us. Do not order from Subway in Wheelersburg!…read more So we just had the worst experience at Subway in Wheelersburg. I ordered 2 subs online and they were supposed to be ready at 4:45. Mom went to pick them up at the drive thru and they didn't have our order. 2 workers both came to the window stating they hadn't received an order but they did finally find it. No big deal and they were supposed to be making it. 15 more minutes go by before a different employee comes to the window. Mom was on the phone with me and this lady had an attitude problem. She says she was the manager however she had on pajama pants and a shirt so not very manager like. She told mom that they were printing off the order and would be making it. Keep in mind we were told that 15 minutes earlier and by this point it had been 55 minutes since I had ordered online. Mom told her this. She informed my mother that online orders were not a priority and that customers in the store came first. I was on speakerphone and told her again how long it had been in total. She said she wasnt going to argue and would just walk away and again stated that customers in the store were the priority not online or drive thru orders. I told her we no longer wanted the food and mom started ti ask her something. In the middle of our sentence she shut the window and walked away. We never raised our voices or had an attitude about the situation. If you know me you know what a miracle that was! So just be warned if you order from this restaurant online that they do not care about your business or want it apparently. We order from here regularly but that won't happen anymore. And if the owner keeps the purple haired pajama bottom wearing rude female as her manager she can expect to lose business from others as well.

I went through the drive through and the staff was rude and I could hear them in the background complaining. Anyways, the staff continued to be rude throughout the whole 5 minutes I was there they not only did they not get the order correct after reading it back to me as I ordered it. They had the audacity to look me dead in the face with a sarcastic expression and told me that "they were out" of the sauce I requested. If you're out of that product just say that, no need to be rude. However this was my first time at this location or any KFC for that matter and the food wasn't even for me and that's the only reason I will not be returning and the person that I was getting food for will not be wanting it again. 0/5 don't recommend.

Next, when we would show up, they would sometimes not have the dining area open and would be turned away after entering, directed to the drive through (sorry, not going to sit through that, will go to Burger King). The last straw is that they killed off their car show, blaming it on insurance and COVID. The car show is now about 20 miles away, the restaurant is not personal inside, and the service sucks.
