I won't rate the service we got there because there isn't 0 stars! We were 03/13/26 @ 345pm and our tacos was in a bag and thrown on the floor then picked up and handed to us. I asked the guy to check and see if they were broken. This guy looks in the bag and tells they look fine to him. Did he have x-ray vision? Hands the bag to us. We left. Opened our tacos and all 4 were broken. I had my husband take me back there and we walked in and explained to the manager and he repeated to us that they fell on the floor then handed to us. I said yes! He made us 4 new ones. He told us to throw away the old ones. I left them on the counter for them to see we weren't lying! If you're not cut out to work with the public find a different job. Please. We trust these people to make food we put in our bodies! Makes me wonder what they actually do behind the scenes! I'll not go back there. Ever! Rude people throwing food on the floor then handing our to customers. I should've held the line up and checked before we left. But I didn't want to make the people behind us have to wait longer than they already had. And I asked for sauce. For 4 tacos, I kid you not, he handed me 3 packets of sauce!! read more

I am absolutely disgusted by the way the manager treated this elderly couple this evening over where they were parked. (Which was not even on the Taco Bell lot.) Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food chains. While visiting my parents in Ohio I stopped here to pick up dinner for me and my Dad. I've never seen such a slow drive thru. There were a couple of cars ahead of me when I arrived and it took nearly 20 minutes to get out of this drive-thru. The food quality was average compared to the Taco Bell near my house in Jacksonville. I'll probably eat here again because there's not many choices in this small town. But I think next time I'll go inside. Maybe the wait will be shorter. read more

Can never get anyone to help me at the register. I was standing at register for a while, had online order and they had no orders in the kitchen, and I had to shout to the kitchen if they had my order. This location seems to only care about customers in the drive thru. I have left once before because even though we were seen we were never acknowledged. Today it took forever to get out order taken. The restaurant is decently clean. Food is ok once you get it. The service is very slow read more

I'm so not a Karen I downloaded yelp just to leave this one review. 06-15-23, my wife went at lunch and they absolutely butchered her order, then I go back in the evening and they cannot even get a CHEESE QUESADILLA correct on a slow day, and this happens all the time! I went to this Taco Bell and order a couple meals. The person at the drive through did not know what they were doing. They tried to tell us we only order 1 meal when we ordered two. We almost had to start arguing with the lady to get our other meal. They did not even give us the right drinks. I walked in and ordered my food on the self checkout screens. I asked for 2 cantina crispy chicken tacos with the creamy chipotle sauce. They gave me 3 cantina crispy chicken tacos with advocado ranch. I asked if they could fix it and they said they will see what they can do. They didnt give me new tacos or ask to see my food. This is probably the worst fast food In southern ohio. Every time I Order food it either takes 20-30 minutes or the food is cold or near uncooked. The service is some of the worst around and they desperately need new staff. I usually keep low standards for places like this but I just can't get over how bad this place is. This has to be one of the worst ran franchises in the country. Ive lived nearby over a decade and I'll swing through the drive thru out of necessity every few months, but its consistently a regrettable experience. Be prepared to wait 20+ minutes if there is even a single car ahead, prices are 10-20% higher than the Portsmouth location just 3 miles away, incompetent cashiers will shortchange you more often than not, the list goes on. No security cameras outside if you happen to get hit by a drunk driver, as I have now on two occasions, just sitting in the drive thru. It's quicker, easier, and cheaper to just drive to the Portsmouth location, trust me. read more
