I would give a 0 star if I could. Planned a party in their party room. Called 3 weeks in advance to book the party room. They took my info over the phone and told me they had put name down for the room on the day of my kids party. Party day we show up and they do not have my name on their book. I have people coming and can't use their party room. A party was going on and about to finish at 3 pm and another party starting at 5 pm. They would not allow us to use the party room in that 3pm to 5 pm time frame. We had my kid's party there in the dining room, ONLY because we had people coming. Manager was no help at all. Just said "Sorry"! Food was ok. Server was friendly. We will NEVER be back. We pass to many other Giovanni's on the way there. Definitely would NOT recommend to have a birthday party there. read more

Gone downhill. I used to really enjoy giovannis pizza, but anymore id rather eat elsewhere. Food is not that great and service is poor. I ordered from them the other night took 1 1/2 hours to drive less than 2 miles on top of that no apology just heres your pizza and left. I thought well if its at least hot and fresh it will ok..nope ice cold. I think everyone in this area is so used to sub-par food that we have said well this isnt that bad, but it is. If you go outside of this area you find pizza places with delicious food and cooked in a timely manner im gonna do my best to eat elsewhere from now on. read more

Diederich Blvd. location foo has gone downhill. Ordered Steak Sandwich and the bread wasn't done. Tasted gummy! Yuck!

I love the pizza and my goodness the cheesy bread sticks are wonderful. There are a couple of things I don't like personally. They say "mayo" in description of sandwiches, but it has to be "salad dressing" ie Miracle Whip type condiment. I couldn't eat it. I know a lot of people love their salads, the ones I have had was mostly iceberg with pizza meats and cheeses on it. I like a real veggie salads (romaine or mixed greens) with cucumbers, carrots, sliced onions etc. The staff at this location is very friendly and helpful. I will order again, but it will be pizza or maybe try one of their spaghetti or lasagna dishes. read more

It's a good place for take out but I will never eat inside again the girl working there just stared at us the whole time we were eating and she gave us the check before we were done eating and the smell was awful but the guy giving the food to the people that got buffets was really nice but wasnt very clean the rest of the crew looked like they were on something read more

I typically like giovannis but I'm extremely disappointed right now. Called in an order and they said the pizza would be ready in 30 minutes, which was great! My boyfriend gets there to pick it up(after 30 minutes) and they let him know that they haven't even put it in the oven yet. He waited about 15 minutes and eventually it was ready. 15 minute is no big deal but a 45 minute wait on a carry-out pizza is a bit ridiculous. We get home and looks like the pizza was cut with a fork. It happens but it was annoying. The pizza was also blackened and over cooked. Then I go to finally get a bite of this $25 meal and there's 3 black curly hairs baked into the pizza? Cmon man. This is our second bad experience at this location. Will not be returning. read more

Normally a great place to eat. I will definitely still go back again. Today, however, not only was the girl who answered the phone rude but our order was incorrect. I ordered a family sized spaghetti and received baked spaghetti; most of the household is lactose intolerant. The spaghetti was dry enough that there were spots with no sauce in it. read more

I dont leave reviews usually... And I have seen a lot of great reviews for this venue. We decided to order .... And wish we hadnt. Maybe its something that takes getting used to. The Philly was ok. Nothing terrible or very good at the same time. The Lasagna was highly salty. The sauce aside from the salt was mediocre. Onion rings were mush. Garlic bread was good. Driver was friendly. We did get the wrong drinks. And to be honest we had tums instead of an after dinner mint. We have traveled and tasted along our journey. This particular menu is on the top 5 of our never again list. read more

Classic Giovanni's experience. I have been here a million times, and it's nice to come back home and get a hometown staple. I really do like that they are trying some new stuff. Today they had a Mac and Cheese with Bacon pizza that was quite good. I was disappointed in the spaghetti sauce though. read more

Very good! My only complaint would be that they sometimes mess up orders, but who doesn't? The breadsticks are perfect, the pizza is always hot and fresh, and the pastas and garlic bread go perfectly together. This Giovanni's has been one of my favorite places since I was little. I would definitely recommend! read more
