So i had woken up with a flat tire ... the Fred's Pizza manager Jenny sent me home for arriving on the dot ON TIME and said i was LATE, what a hypocrite statement telling me to arrive at 10am and i mentioned i woke up to a flat because i didn't arrive late not by a MINUTE! so she said it wasn't going to work out. No Mercy, maybe i should have food inspectors stop by sometime. I know there is roaches in most restaurants because i worked in one. when it was literally an emergency, i don't recommend even trying out for a job here, complete waste of time. Good Luck lol. We ordered two spaghetti's, chicken nugget meal and a personal pizza meal. The pizza came to the table burnt all around the edges and they remade it and did a good job. The two spaghetti's came to the table and the sauce; was like, they had just taken it out of the refrigerator & put in on top of the spaghetti noodles, it was so cold and they must've went and put it in the microwave.., the plates, were so hot, you couldn't touch them. My next statement will show how rude the employees are there at Fred's Express. My granddaughter showed her the chicken nuggets; to the server, they were so extremely hard and so crispy & the fries, were full of grease. My granddaughter couldn't even eat; the chicken nugget meal and she looked at her and told her that there was nothing at all they could do with them, that, that is the way that they make them & she refused to even try & have the chicken nuggets made to where they were edible, so they got thrown away. Love the sauce on the pizza and the meat sauce used for the spaghetti. The onion rings were to die for, worth the visit just for these. The fried zucchini were very tasty as well. Not a fan of the pastry style crust but clearly someone likes it given the years in business. I also like the topping on my pizza to be more cooked and these were crunchy. It was odd that all of our meals were brought out 5-10 minutes apart. One of us didn't get our meal ordered but it also wasn't accounted for on our bill so no loss. We would likely return and have more of what we enjoyed rather than the pizza. read more

The visit today with 6 family members was the worst experience ever. Waited 45 minutes for a crispy chicken salad to be brought to the table after everyone else had eaten. Then when we complained the manager decided to come to the table with a bad attitude blaming us for complaining cause the kitchen was "slammed with only 3 ppl back there!" I've been going to Fred's for years and usually don't have any issues, but have ran into a few recently. I ordered a $40 26" pizza and it came with an overwhelming amount of sauce. Well I had hungry guests so we dung into it anyway but when I called, they argued with me about it and all they were willing to do was give me a few dollar discount on the next pizza and told me I should have asked for light sauce. Any pizza should automatically have light sauce so that made no sense. That's not exceptional since I payed that much and wasn't satisfied. They definitely aren't reasonable when it come to mistakes in their cooking. I definitely won't be ordering from there again. read more
