I went to Wendy's today 10/26/2022 around 12:30pm to buy just a Large Chili. They could not give my receipt because Problems in the system. I just ordered a Large Chili and what was my surprise went I opened the bag in my home. Exactly 26 Napkins, 4 Chili Hot Sauce & 9 packages of Saltines Crackers. That is too much but too much just for a Chili. This Store have not a good profit with this kind of workers that they don't care about the quantities of items to put in the bag. Wendy's should not allow this. Bad service. Bad food. Staff makes you feel like you are messing up their day just by arriving. I can't believe how long it took to get my food considering a) I ordered online but they forgot to make it and b) how slapped together it looked. Some items were cold. All items were somehow dried out. The person working the front ignored customers that walked in them walked over to the register saying nothing. Just.. okay.. so we order now? I asked for a straw. The man said nothing. I was not a human. I didn't know if he was going to get one or not. He came back but I'm not sure it was for me because he hesitated when I reached out for it. I don't even know where to start with this wendys on Palm Bay road and Milton. the employees are under the influence of something. the food is not fresh, over cooked and they completely mess up simple orders. as I'm eating most of the employees,especially one that works drive through normally seems to be with a stick up his ass as he watch staring at me eating and making me feel uncomfortable while I'm trying to eat my food. their kitchen area is so disgustingly dirty and the staff has a horrible attitude! this place really needs a surprise heath inspection and should be shut down. overall very bad enviofment for any customer that comes to this POS Wendys read more

Why do I bother.... This Wendy's is close to my home, and it's the biggest disappointment. I'm talking about the Wendy's at Palm Crossing (Palm Bay Rd and Minton) in West Melbourne. If you make a special order, prepare to be disappointed. If you ask for bacon on your sandwich, be prepared to get bacon bits. If you want fresh food or ask for fresh food, be prepared to be disappointed. No other Wendy's has this problem. They either don't listen or don't care. Everyone has a horror story about this place, I have 20. I have a soft spot for Wendy's, I was an assistant manager for Wendy's for 5 years, plus I was a top grill and multiple employee of the month awards and once an employee of the year recipient. Yes I'm critical of this place, and I just want them to get better. If the bacon is old and in crumbles, don't serve it. People are willing to wait for their food if it is good quality. If I could give this place negative starts I would! After being evacuated from our home, we decided to drive to Orlando and visit some of our family. On our way up we got hungry and Wendy's was open. We decided to park and order some food and take it to go. Walking in to Wendy's a petite white girl was cheating with coworkers and didn't even greet us or knowledges us, we waited in front of the register for few minutes, she finally came to get our order, she didn't say hi and didn't even say anything at all, we order our food and payed. The store was dirty, I'm so thankful I never have to stop at here again. I highly recommend managers to have meeting how to keep customers happy. Worst experience ever. Out of coke, out of pickles no air conditioning. Drove home instead of getting a full size taco salad I had 2 smalls and no tortilla chips. I am steaming Mad. I drove back she said they were out of fulls and they forgot to give me chips. I felt so bad for the nice young lady manager as this is not her fault. I asked who the franchise owner or main manager was. Like who runs out of Coke?? She informed me this happens all the time. I live very near this Wendy's so I've been there on more than one occasion. They regularly run out of everything. Out of fries, out of all soft drinks but Sprite(Sierra Mist? I forget which)out of lettuce, out of cups... They have a terrible time getting an order right and if you go back in and show them your bag(with the wrong order still inside) they act like you are an inconvenience. They run out of something and substitute without asking you OR even reflecting it in your bill (give you a small instead of large but charge for large because they are out of large cups). This Wendy's is horrible, we still try it once a year or so... in hope. read more

Perhaps they are a very busy fast food restaurant , since the tables and chairs show obvious signs of wearing and age . The girl at the cashier today was more on the friendlier side as well . However , the food quality was subpar compared to usual Wendy's . It would be great if they gave at least two dipping sauces so that customers wouldn't have to ask for more . Also , for a large chili that costs $2.99 , they do not not give your moneys worth . I also ordered the 4 for $4 , which included a crispy chicken BLT sandwich , a soft drink , small fries , and a 4-piece chicken nuggets. Once you touch and taste them , it was obvious that the fries were not fresh at all . They also do not give much . The chicken nuggets were freshly made and hot, which is not really a surprise considering how it is a popular menu item . The crispy chicken BLT sandwich was another whole story . The burger buns were cold , a large dollop of mayo , one thin slice of tomato , a flimsy piece of pale lettuce , one slice of cheddar cheese , and a somewhat warm chicken patty that was far from crispy . Oh , and not to mention that the two short slices of bacon were hard and cold . At least they didn't ruin the vanilla frosty ! Honestly , if you are in a bind and desperate for some food to satiate your hunger for a few minutes , then by all means go for it . But if you don't believe that you should waste a few dollars for some fast food that wouldn't even be able to beat frozen store food , then I'd suggest that you skip this place and imagine that it never existed in the first place .
