Slowest Wendy's I have ever been to. Plan on waiting at least 20mins for food if ever going to this location.

Terrible service and food. We ordered two tropical hibiscus refreshers and when it came out it tasted just like water and was basically a clear color. We asked the girl to remake them because we didn't want to pay for water. The young lady rolled her eyes and walked away and didn't help us. She had long brown hair and freckles and I am unsure of her name. There was 5 staff members there and the only one helping us out was Chris- who was amazing by the way. We also ordered a caramel cold foam drink and it was just purely coffee. Chris said he ran out of cold foam which was why it was so strong, which he should've mentioned to us but he was able to offer us something else. The other workers were not helpful at all especially the brown ponytail hair lady that made the drinks. I cannot get over how she completely ignored us and didn't help Chris fix our food quality situation. This was really frustrating and I will never be coming to Wendys again. The girl that was really rude might want to consider getting a new job, as she has no customer service support. This easily 5 minute trip got turned into 30 minutes. read more

I am really upset about the new cashier that they have. He had me waiting 15 minutes in the drive through. Once I got to the window, he wouldn't open it, and made me wait some more. Then, he didn't know what to do when I presented the Wendy's QR code for him to scan for the coupon. He screwed up again the second time I was there. I tell him exactly what I want at the intercom, but he messes up the order when I get up there. Also, he looked perplexed again when encountering the Wendy's app code he's supposed to scan. Why do you have 15 minute wait times in the drive thru? Why do you hire cashiers that don't know what they are doing? You need to speed up at this location. People don't have that much time to spend. I never have time to eat my meals during my lunch break because of this slow cashier. read more

I only stop in to the West Bend Wendy's less than once / month, often after I go to the bank near by. Only use the drive-thru. Anyway, this Wendy's is absolutely the worst. Always slow. Tue, I was there about 1:15. Was in the line for about 20 minutes. So much for "fast" food. 2 out of 3 times, the cashier tried to give me change when I had given them the exact amount. read more

We went because the Wendy website indicated they have a bean burger. We waited beyond reasonable just to order and was told no veggie burger here. The soda machine didn't work and the music was loud. The whole reason for going there was for the veggie burger. What a disappointment! Dave would be so disappointed and I will not return! read more

Awesome place to go if you have nothing better to do for 30 minutes. I understand that extra measures have to be taken by staff due to corporate policy being passed down during Covid. But wow I didn't expect to Sit in the drive-through for just shy of 30 minutes, once I finally started getting my food, which was just a burger and fries and a medium drink, the girl at the window I just started handing me things without confirming my order so I looked in the bag and it was the wrong order. After I got my correct order everything was cold, and when I asked for a receipt so I could check the order number to leave a review privately on Wendy's Website she said they threw it away on accident. All in all if you have nothing better to do for 30 minutes, and you enjoy cold fries and cold food without being able to privately leave a comment as to not embarrass anyone then this is your place to be. read more

I was eating my fries and found a face hair in them so I called asking to speak to a manager and they said I was I started explaining I found a hair and how it was nasty his answer was that I was nasty. I will be calling above that manager he needs a new job maybe one he likes cuz obviously he doesn't like the job he has read more

Would give 0 if possible. On several occasions have come later (10pm-ish) when they should be open. (Hours are listed as till 1AM) and there have been employees inside who just ignored me. It really cant get worse than that. read more

Stopped here for a late lunch. There was 1 vehicle in front of us. We ordered 2 single burger combos and 1 bourbon burger combo. Woman taking our order was very rude, cut my husband off when he wasn't done ordering and was talking to someone else and ignoring us. Then they gave us 3 single burger combos when we paid for the bourbon combo, which was more expensive. Very disappointed. read more

Hi, Approximately 1 week to 10 days ago I was in West Bend. I had an interaction with a Christine who was working the register. I was in Wisconsin for vacation with my family. My autistic son and I were in the store trying buy lunch. When my debit card wouldn't work, I asked her to try it again, as sometimes when I am out of state, there can be issues. In front of my son she began giving me attitude and asked me if I was "Retarded". I cannot make a scene in front of my son as his autism is serious, and I would not have been able to calm him down for hours. Her behavior is deplorable and I really think as a company you need to know who is representing your brand to the consumer. This will not affect me going to Wendy's close to home, but I cannot begin to tell you how offended I am. read more

This specific Wendy's is extremely poorly run. Dirty tables most of the time. The drive-through took so long today that customers were leaving to find food elsewhere, including me. Love the food, but this franchise needs much better management than they have now. read more

Wendy's is a burger place that I would recommend to go to. Their beef is 100% pure, juicy and delicious. Their fries are better than McDonald's. Way better. Their Chocolate Frosty's are also really good. I also like their garden salads. Their teas are good enough to come back for seconds or thirds. Honestly, I wish my previous address was next door to Wendy's than McDonald's. Wendy's fast food is more trustworthy than McDonald's. read more

The people working here have messed up our order EVERY SINGLE TIME WE GO. Chicken tenders missing 2 tenders, double patty burgers with just a single patty, the tea that charge $5 for tastes like water more often than not. Get your sh*t together. Went to this place while visiting a friend. Worst place ever. This person named Christine waited on my family and was completely rude. She made comments to My children that was highly disturbing. She even asked if one of my children was the R word. I was so disgusted by her and the rodents running around the store that I left immediately.
