Taco Bell (pizza craving). I'd forgotten my card, "forgot I couldn't pay with cash" when I'd gotten there, got an attitude. The staff there promptly noticed, and informed me I could still pay with cash. Just get to the payment-end of the process. Really unwound me quick! Halfway thru my snack, in saunters this big/mid-life-crisis guy. Dude-in-training at the front table. Big sad guy, looming at the front counter. Looks halfway over his shoulder, 'can't anyone take my order', voice echoing off the large touchscreen in front of him. The drive-thru staff hustled over, headset flashing, and guided the "gentleman" to the touchscreen. He didn't care for that, and said 'why can't you take my order?'. She just briefly had answered that she would run it thru the drive-thru terminal, but then actually got a drive-thru customer and trotted back. Silver ogre, looking something between perturbed and stupefied, MANAGED TO TAP IN HIS ORDER. Without heavy breathing, even. Quickly enough, he was waiting before the "I'm going to defuse this man 'cause we care and compassionate" drive-thru got back with his food. 'Todd'? Checked thru his bag, rolled it back up, and headed out. Honestly, first negative review I've ever posted, coming from someone who works in the service industry. I ordered through door dash at 11:32pm, Taco Bell confirmed my order and my dasher was trying to pick up around midnight. Website states they close at 4am. My dasher called me and notified me that they were closed when he arrived. I called at 12:15 and they said they were closed, I would have appreciated a phone call to let me know you were closing early. This wasted my time and my dashers time. This Taco Bell is awful. I went to get some food after a couple drinks as one usually does and 3 workers are standing inside. Keep in mind it's not even midnight and it's supposed to be open till 2. I don't usually leave reviews, but this phone customer service experience was so unbelievably bad that I feel morally obligated to warn others. From the moment I called, I was trapped in an endless maze of automated menus that somehow never had an option for the problem I was actually calling about. I went to this taco bell today. I used the drive thru. My experience was pleasant and the employee at drive thru was very courteous and helpful. None of the employees I saw were dirty or unkept.They all looked completely fine. Nothing that I could see was dirty by the drive thru either. All looked clean. My order was correct and freshly made. Nothing was just tossed together. Everything was hot and wrapped fully. I was asked if I wanted sauce and was given quite a few. Most places only give 2 or 3. My experience today was tons better than my prior experiences. I will definitely return. read more

Honestly, if there was an option to give no stars, I would have chosen that as my review. My visit began at 10:20pm on 2/20/19. I waited at the cash registers for someone to take my order. Absolutely NOONE, approached me, stated that someone would be with me, NO communication or acknowledgement of me standing there whatsoever, & the gentleman working the drive-thru saw me standing there. After waiting for about 5 minutes, I finally asked if someone was going to take my order. I was then told to go through the drive-thru & my order would be processed there. I went through the drive-thru, waited 5 minutes to even get up to the intercom to place my order, after placing my order, I was asked to hold & a woman came on the intercom & said that they were closed & I had to leave. I told her that I placed my order already, the hours of the store's operation are until 3am, & I've been waiting for 10 minutes with my car running, wasting my gas. I had wasted waiting for their horrendous service, only to be told that they were going to close & not fulfill the order I placed. I was then told by this incredibly rude woman, that if I did not leave, she would call the police. As far as I'm aware, I committed no crime & simply wanted the products I ordered. read more

Taco Bell is usually not my number one spot to go for a quick lunch. But today was different. The West Bend Taco Bell has gone under major reconstruction a couple years ago. Plenty of parking and the drive thru is very pleasant to be in line. The menu board is big and has lots of choices. My choice is always the hardshell Taco. Meal deal #8 3 hard shell tacos with a drink. They do have Diet Mountain Dew on tap. That is a + My tacos were very warm with a great portion of meat and lettuce and cheese. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a taco bell. First my baja blast was not flavored, like the syrup bag was empty in back. My soft taco shell was hard, as well as my chalupa shell. Girl at drive thru window said we are out of regular mountain dew too. I asked the girl when I got to the window why they are always out of Baja blast. Her response,its the order rotation. I don't know if it was due to the time of the year (early June) and the time of the day, but there were about a dozen 17-20 yr old BRATS here, one them proclaiming to be drunk at 2 in the afternoon. They were slapping each other and yelling..one of them ran around like a two yr old and slipped and fell. Management did nothing but take their money. Tonight we went to this Taco Bell to grab a quick meal on the way home. Per the website it shows that it is open. However...the street sign was out & some inside lights were off, but there were cars in the drive thru. This happens a lot at this place. I was in the lot already so I drove to the drivethru ordering thing as another car just pulled away. All the lights on the ordering board were out, but gala voice came over the speaker. I asked if they were closed and said if they are no big deal. The girl came over and said "Well...if we weren't open I wouldn't have answered." My son made a comment about how she was sassy. (He's 11) I decided that if they were open and willing to take my order I'd just get food there. BIG MISTAKE!! I won't lie, without being able to see the board, I took longer to order than normal. The girl made it very clear that she was annoyed by my ordering speed. When I was done ordering, she repeated back my order. While she was doing that, someone else inside was screaming "all sorts of obscenities. I told the gal "I'm assuming it's right but, honestly, I couldn't hear you over whomever was screaming in there." She sighed and tried to repeat my order back to me again. Again, more screaming and swearing. I told her that I was unable to hear her again and that I'm going to assume that the order is correct by what I saw on the screen. As I drove up to the window, I saw a young man walked towards the register. He was screaming All sorts of obscenities at someone I was unable to see and was waving his arms and gesturing wildly. He then opened up the drive through window, looked at me and rolled his eyes and gave me my total. If I'm going to be honest, I was debating driving away. There was no way I trusted this guy and whomever else was in the store to make my food. My son said "mom can we leave". However, I was afraid of what would happen if I said something or did that. Anyone screaming at people like that in front of others is unstable. I handed over my card. He swiped and then returned it promptly. However, he then closed the door and proceeded to scream at whomever was in there. Another young man with dark curly hair handed me our bag of food then quietly said "have a nice day". I could hear the other guy screaming in the restaurant as we drove away. My son was in tears and made me promise to never ever go back to that Taco Bell again. When we got home, we took a look at the food. There were mistakes with the food, an item was missing, and there was no sauce or a receipt. We decided that we were not going to eat any of the food because with the way that guy was acting...we could not trust that our food was safe to eat. I have had less than great experiences at many fast food places before and I know that at this time many places are majorly understaffed. However, this was 100% completely unacceptable. The young man was behaving in an erratic and vulgar manner and scared both myself and my son. At this point in time, I don't know if I will ever go to another Taco Bell again. I can tell you that my son is telling me that he never ever wants to go back. I recommend avoiding this place like the plague!! read more

By far the worst experience I have had with any restaurant. My original order was $49 and I realized it was incorrect after driving the 20 min home. I then drove the 20 min back to the store in order for them to correct their mistake. Upon returning to the store the manager proceded to tell me it was my fault that the order was wrong. This is the worst fast food place i have ever been to. I don't even know where to start but I'll try. This place is a public service HAZARD! To start, the workers are incredibly disrespectful and dirty. They all look like they haven't showered in days(and smell like it too) and tonight was the last straw. Stopped at Taco Bell West Bend Wisconsin 12 year old grandchild wanted a bean burrito no onions and water no ice. Our turn in line at drive through speaker. I waited for person inside to ask How can I help you? I gave my order, and was asked if I could repeat order. I did and spoke up a bit and paid close attention to speaking clearly. Person on speaker responded with, YOU HAVE AN ATTITUDE AND YOU CAN GO SOME WHERE ELSE TO PLACE YOUR FOOD ORDER. Looked over at grandchild and asked if I had attitude? No grandma but the person on the speaker did, and we should never come back to this Taco Bell ever. I told my grandchild that I was sorry this happened. Grandchild said We can go to another Taco Bell on the way home. We did and no one was offended by my speaking voice or order. On August 19th, I was going through drive throu around 8:30-9:00 post meridian (p.m.). While I happen to enjoy my first bite upon my cheese chicken quesadilla expecting everything to be in there. Well... to my discovery there was NO cheese NOR chicken!!! I'm very displeased to only have the tortilla of the quesadilla.
