We got our sandwiches and 1/4 of them were correctly made. I get that mistakes happen but completely messed up toppings that were suppose on a different sandwich. I received a 6inch sub with Tuna on it and literally nothing else. We called and a nice young man said he could remake them but heard a lady in the background telling him something. We waited an hour for new sandwiches that never were remade. Called back and then a lady lets us know that they don't do that and we would have to bring our sandwiches back into the store to get them remade. She then told us that someone would call us back tomorrow because she can't refund us. The lady called back while we were in a meeting. Called her back in less than an hour and left a voicemail, its been 2 days and still haven't heard back. I was just hoping that Subway would make this right. Pretty disappointed in Subway. Mistakes happen but make it right!
