I ordered Wendy's on DoorDash today for my kids. Got them four biggie bags. One burger was completely missing, one was missing the actual burger patty (how do you forget that??), and everything was cold and hard and inedible. I've never had a fast food experience this bad before, and I've had some pretty bad ones. I know this is Wendy's fault and not DoorDash, and after reading the reviews on this store I would definitely recommend you save your time and money and go somewhere else, stay away from here. read more

I ordered thru the mobile app and put the pick up as drive thru method, once I got to the speaker they said I can't pick up my mobile order through the window I have to come inside. I went in and complained and told them that it doesn't make sense, I understand if it's a door dash but it was a mobile order. The manager said that's just the rules. After getting my food I got to my car and checked it at the bottom of the bag hidden under the perfectly packaged other food was my smashed burger, they purposely smashed my burger and hid it at the bottom. I brought it in and they gave me a refund. But I know that they purposely did that. Just FYI if you come here complaining they will mess with your food!! I'm so surprised by the negative reviews, this Wendy's was good to my man & I. Obviously it's your basic drive-thru fast food lol at some of these comments. What you expect Wolfgang Puck? lol For a basic fast food joint I must say I really liked my jr. bacon cheeseburger & my man liked his homestyle chicken sandwich. This was a genuinely good decent meal. The ingredients tasted fresh & looked fresh. The chocolate frosty was definitely yummy as always. My only issue was that the fries didn't have salt, but other than that this was a good fast food experience. read more

Saturday July 1, 2023 I ordered the ghost pepper chicken sandwich. It is supposed to come with tomato cheese, fried onions and ghost pepper ranch sauce. The kid on the grill he had dark kinky hair and he was wearing a ball cap. He prepared my sandwich he didn't put any cheese or onions or sauce on my sandwich I talk to the manager but she had a pretty bad attitude as if to say she is not going to do anything to the kid that was on the grill that made the sandwich even though she took my sandwich and corrected all of his mistakes. I do not recommend anybody goes to Wendy's in Tulare California on Tulare Street across from blackbear restaurant. I give this Wendy's one star and they're lucky to even get out because the customer service is lousy and so is the food. read more

My visit was a quick one as fast food typically is. We got here about midnight and we were helped by Isabelle. She was very nice and all smiles. I live in Tulare. And decide to visit this Wendy's. Since the one on Tulare Ave stop on door dining again. And the shift manager was so rude when I called her. Anyway enough about the bad wendy's. Now for this store. Staff very polite.I had the chilli and potato. It was very good. The place is very clean. I like that even though it's a truck stop. The still treat everyone like your ghe only one in the store. Bravo Flying J I will be returning for sure. read more

Another disappointing visit! this is the second time they made the excuse that they couldn't sell frosted because they were cleaning their machine and she said it would take an hour..they're turning into another mcdonalds making up lies because they're too lazy to do their job. Worst service ever. We were the only car in line at this location at 9:40pm and the girl taking our ordered rushed us and had an attitude. When we got the the window we weren't greeted at all. No smile, no hi, no nothing. The girl literally just handed us the bag and closed the window. We were checking our order when she came back to the window and asked if we needed something we said no and she rudely told us to pull out the drive way because she had a timer going what kind of service is that?
