Even worse than my last review. Went to pickup a party pack of nuggets and a combo meal in the drive-thru. Understandable had to wait a bit for this . But after I get my order I get told certain items MUST be ordered through the app then I will go somewhere else for now on. You have the food there AND it is on the MENU so do not throw a fit when a customer orders it. This is exactly why fast food is in a death spiral. Only ordered a kids 4pc & they had me park in the mobile waiting for over 15 minutes. Ridiculous for "fast food".

Terrible communication, they closed earlier than they were supposed to. I arrived 10-15 minutes before closing and the workers said they were closed. The two star rating is mostly due to the fact that there was a note on the door that the dining room is closed due to staffing issues! Which is sad... I get it... However, being on vacation and walking from your hotel to grab Wendy's,, your son's favorite, and not being able to get it was a bit disappointing. January 6th 2025 I went into the Wendy's to get a well deserved baconator, my favorite sandwich at Wendy's. I ordered at the front counter. The young man at the front wearing a camo jacket was very nice and welcoming taking my order. "I would like one baconator" I say to him. All of the sudden three men with masks and shotguns rush into the store. "Everyone on the ground!" One man yells. Terrified I get on the ground. I look up at the boy who took my order. One of the masked men is holding a gun to his forehead. "Open the cash drawer!" He says. The boy says nothing. "Are you deaf, I said open the drawer!" The masked man said. Heroically the worker disarms the robber and throws his gun to the floor. The other masked men turn around and start shooting at the brave worker. The employee the dodges all the bullets fired it him and roundhouse kicks the shotguns out of there hands. "We gotta get out of here!" The men say. As they leave one robber throws a grenade that lands right next to me. The brave worker jumps on top of the grenade without hesitation. "Run!" He says. And then the grenade explodes. "Nooooooo" I yell. What a brave young man if only he lived longer. The smoke clears and me and all the other people in the building see him rise from the ground. He gives me his hand to help me up. "Are you ok?" He says with a smile on his face. "Y-yeah I'm ok" I say shocked "who are you?" I ask the boy. "I am Jonhenry" he says heroically. Then he goes to the kitchen and makes me my baconator "have a great day" he says handing me the sandwich. He frogot to but ketchup on it but that's ok beacase he saved my life and provided excellent service. Thank you Jonhenry! read more

I could see them chatting and laughing in the office next to the drive through, but no one even cared to look at me. Have been going to this location for some time, and the service over the last 2 months has gotten worse and worse. Tonight took the cake, where 2 of the 3 sandwiches were wrong, and the bun of one of them was hard as a rock. It's Wendy's so you know what you are in for food wise. The only thing that makes these places stand out is the people and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Was there for a quick lunch yesterday. Ordered my sandwich without bacon. Bacon is a big no no for me. Sandwich came and it had bacon on it. Went back to counter to tell them and request a new sandwich. Guy making the food confirmed one with no bacon. Luckily I stood there as he remade it. And bam he added bacon to it. Another person noticed and told him to take the bacon off. I had to tell them I could not have the sandwiched touched by the bacon. Manager made a third sandwich. I didn't throw a hissy fit and the people working the store were very apologetic. At the end I got the fast food I wanted. Only thing you can do is be understanding and appreciative. Job is already hard enough. read more

I am giving 1 star because I can't give any less. Today me and my son stopped by this Wendys, we went inside and stepped in line. I needed to use the restroom so I told my son to wait in line. I was in the restroom and I noticed a lady in the stall next to me. I finished up and the lady did as well. I noticed that the lady left the stall without washing her hands!!! I washed my hands and left the restroom. I asked my son who the lady that came out of the restroom was. He then told me it was an EMPLOYEE. AN EMPLOYEE LEFT THE RESTROOM WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS. THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS AND DISGUSTING. To make matters worse, there was an old lady taking our order. Nothing wrong with being old but that lady had a completely disgusting attitude. I visited this Wendys this evening. We were in a hurry. The wait was incredibly long going thru the drive thru. I ordered my granddaughter a children's meal. It was a turkey slider meal. The sandwich was all dried up. I ordered a plain turkey sandwich. I received a bbq brisket sandwich. I couldn't eat it due to a sugar issue. I Ordered 3 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers and received 2. I shouldn't have to check to see if my food order is correct at the receiving window slowing down the patrons behind me. 3 means 3 not 2. When I got my food it was lukewarm and when we asked for the new pub fries I went home to find out they didn't give us much.
