Late Halloween night, we were starving and just happy to find something quick open. We were pleasantly surprised by a very affable lady drive thru employee and freshly made food. My salad was HUGE and filled with ample goodies. My husband's burger was hot & juicy :) read more

Went to the drive-through to get my wife some food and extremely rude told me to hold on a second and it made me wait. Five minutes so horrible customer service and on top of all that I ordered a biggie bag with a large fry and a medium fry the only thing in the bag was nuggets I mean, fries and a sandwich when's back through to ask for the other fry? I asked if someone misread or didn't read it right I was told to be nicer and deal with it. Unacceptable shit hole of a location will not be returning. read more

My god you goats are terrible. I spent $50 on uber eats for the worst most expensive fast food experience of my life. What a joke. Ordered a plain cheeseburger and it came messed it up. Gave me the wrong frosty and the nuggets were so cold my girl lost her appetite. I don't care that it's an hour before you close go do your job right, you're not the only one who has worked fast food or food service jeez. Bunch of negative zeros at this location. Don't even deserve one star. Some sir get fired for this nonsense. read more

Ordered a Cinnabon pull apart and it was so hard and dry it was bending my fork. It's literally in the name pull a part. #disappointed #justwantedasweettreat read more

Even worse than my last review. Went to pickup a party pack of nuggets and a combo meal in the drive-thru. Understandable had to wait a bit for this . But after I get my order I get told certain items MUST be ordered through the app then I will go somewhere else for now on. You have the food there AND it is on the MENU so do not throw a fit when a customer orders it. This is exactly why fast food is in a death spiral. Places offer product X but now REQUIRE you to order in a very specific way because some minimum wage worker throws a tantrum they actually have to work. read more

Only ordered a kids 4pc & they had me park in the mobile waiting for over 15 minutes. Ridiculous for "fast food".

Fries are definitely a a day old and cold. Our sandwich's were completely wrong and the nuggets were hard and overcooked. Please do better(:

Terrible communication, they closed earlier than they were supposed to. I arrived 10-15 minutes before closing and the workers said they were closed. I waited at the drive thru for someone to answer and they just ignored me. I drove up to the window to see the worker still have her headset adjusting the volume. Really disappointing. read more

Do not eat here. Feathers were in my chicken. This place by itself embarrasses all Wendys. Worst staff I have ever experienced. They would not refund me and the manager and staff laughed in my face when i brought in my chicken for a refund. I have never experienced such horrible and honestly ghetto behavior at a fast food place. Not even mcdonald's would go this low ... She also yelled and laughed on the way out when I mentioned I was calling corperate. So i hope she laughs when she is fired read more

Wendy's - feather in my nugget. manager did not refund. acted like i was being dramatic. - Fast Food Near Me - Thornton, Colorado

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Never coming to this Wendy's again ! This is the second time I've ordered from the drive through and they can't seem to get shit right . I ordered a #5 fro the breakfast menu and got a chicken sandwich ?!? Do better you dumb fucks. read more

Literally I was using the restroom, where an employee had walked in and had not washed his hands when he came out. Also, the manager has such an attitude towards customers. Would not recommend. read more

The two star rating is mostly due to the fact that there was a note on the door that the dining room is closed due to staffing issues! Which is sad... I get it... However, being on vacation and walking from your hotel to grab Wendy's,, your son's favorite, and not being able to get it was a bit disappointing. Of course we can't walk through the drive-thru so our search for food continues. Hopefully everyone is well and they can open the dining room soon. read more

Paid for a coke, got to second window, said they had no coke, asked for a refund, said she didn't know how to. So I guess I'm out of luck... Enjoy the free $3.50. read more

If I could give negative stars I would!!!!!!! I placed an online order, and waited 15 minutes up front alone. I could see them chatting and laughing in the office next to the drive through, but no one even cared to look at me. Thank god I decided to call the restaurant, and then 8 workers FINALLY came out and proceeded to glare at me. The worker was then rude and my meal hadn't even been started. Frustrating. Save yourself time and go somewhere else. read more

Ordered a chicken sandwich got a chicken breast no bun really fries cold ridiculous get your act together

January 6th 2025 I went into the Wendy's to get a well deserved baconator, my favorite sandwich at Wendy's. I ordered at the front counter. The young man at the front wearing a camo jacket was very nice and welcoming taking my order. "I would like one baconator" I say to him. All of the sudden three men with masks and shotguns rush into the store. "Everyone on the ground!" One man yells. Terrified I get on the ground. I look up at the boy who took my order. One of the masked men is holding a gun to his forehead. "Open the cash drawer!" He says. The boy says nothing. "Are you deaf, I said open the drawer!" The masked man said. Heroically the worker disarms the robber and throws his gun to the floor. The other masked men turn around and start shooting at the brave worker. The employee the dodges all the bullets fired it him and roundhouse kicks the shotguns out of there hands. "We gotta get out of here!" The men say. As they leave one robber throws a grenade that lands right next to me. The brave worker jumps on top of the grenade without hesitation. "Run!" He says. And then the grenade explodes. "Nooooooo" I yell. What a brave young man if only he lived longer. The smoke clears and me and all the other people in the building see him rise from the ground. He gives me his hand to help me up. "Are you ok?" He says with a smile on his face. "Y-yeah I'm ok" I say shocked "who are you?" I ask the boy. "I am Jonhenry" he says heroically. Then he goes to the kitchen and makes me my baconator "have a great day" he says handing me the sandwich. He frogot to but ketchup on it but that's ok beacase he saved my life and provided excellent service. Thank you Jonhenry! read more

Have been going to this location for some time, and the service over the last 2 months has gotten worse and worse. Tonight took the cake, where 2 of the 3 sandwiches were wrong, and the bun of one of them was hard as a rock. They were out of frosties (this isn't mcdonalds is it?) and it still took them a significant chunk of time to get out the completely wrong order. read more

So rude and worst service ever. Took 4 people to swipe my card and they were so rude about it. This happened to us last time we stopped here - never again! read more

-1 I waited in line for 20 min to order and another 30 min to GET JUST A ICE TEA! People cutting in line. Staff is rude. Just don't go.

This place always has the inside closed unless the owner is there. I got there at 10:15 and they said they were no longer serving breakfast and the workers spend all there time walking out to some crappy old Buick talking to some dumb guy. read more

It's Wendy's so you know what you are in for food wise. The only thing that makes these places stand out is the people and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Was there for a quick lunch yesterday. Ordered my sandwich without bacon. Bacon is a big no no for me. Sandwich came and it had bacon on it. Went back to counter to tell them and request a new sandwich. Guy making the food confirmed one with no bacon. Luckily I stood there as he remade it. And bam he added bacon to it. Another person noticed and told him to take the bacon off. I had to tell them I could not have the sandwiched touched by the bacon. Manager made a third sandwich. I didn't throw a hissy fit and the people working the store were very apologetic. At the end I got the fast food I wanted. Only thing you can do is be understanding and appreciative. Job is already hard enough. read more

THEY CLOSE EARLY when they've ran out of a few things (ie not the whole damn menu) yet, they post there hours for midnight each day they close yet on the app still allows you to order. tonight i waited well over 20 minutes ordered food online at 11:30 for my lunch for work, and arrived at 11:35 they were really slow at serving those in drivethru. due to the time I left, without food! I THINK MANAGMENT NEEDS TO BE CHANGED, better treated to customers as half the time very rude employees. read more

We had lunch here today and the food was good and the service was fast. The place was kept clean. The guy who took our order was great and we enjoyed talking to him. We will definitely swing through if we are in town. read more

Won't be going to this Wendy's again. Went in there around lunch time so it was a little busy but not completely slammed. Stood there probably for a good 20 minutes waiting for someone to take my order and no one ever waited on me.Got tired of waiting so left to go somewhere where I could get better service. If I could give no stars I would read more

This places sucks!!!!!! The manager would not let us order food because it's closed at 2pm but it was 1:40pm and are work truck would not fit Thru the drive thru and we tried expecting to them and they still said no and kicked us out . I will never eat Wendy's again read more

Fries cold chicken sandwich had the tiniest piece of lettuce. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

The slowest Wendy's I have ever been in, waited atleast 20 min to order and 10 min to get my food, I will never come back, DO NOT COME!

Weirdest customer service experience I've ever had. The people who helped us barely spoke a word. Super unfriendly and just an uncomfortable experience overall. Also, fries were cold. read more

I am giving 1 star because I can't give any less. Today me and my son stopped by this Wendys, we went inside and stepped in line. I needed to use the restroom so I told my son to wait in line. I was in the restroom and I noticed a lady in the stall next to me. I finished up and the lady did as well. I noticed that the lady left the stall without washing her hands!!! I washed my hands and left the restroom. I asked my son who the lady that came out of the restroom was. He then told me it was an EMPLOYEE. AN EMPLOYEE LEFT THE RESTROOM WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS. THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS AND DISGUSTING. To make matters worse, there was an old lady taking our order. Nothing wrong with being old but that lady had a completely disgusting attitude. She took our order and when she gave us our cups, she threw them across the counter to us. This is ridiculous. Luckily the bathroom lady wasn't the one making our food. read more

Bro even the manager can't do they're job thanks for handing out a 4 for 4 with out the Fries or nuggets

Horrible customer service. Waited 15+ minutes for one burger and 10 nuggets... food was cold and the kid at the front had his friends hanging out with him. They were being loud and disrespectful. read more

This place posts open until midnight, we were there 20 minutes before, we waited in line 10 minutes, when we got to the order screen, 10 minutes before midnight, the shut lights off with us in line. We will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN read more

I visited this Wendys this evening. We were in a hurry. The wait was incredibly long going thru the drive thru. I ordered my granddaughter a children's meal. It was a turkey slider meal. The sandwich was all dried up. I ordered a plain turkey sandwich. I received a bbq brisket sandwich. I couldn't eat it due to a sugar issue. I spent almost $10 on a meal that we couldn't eat. read more

I Ordered 3 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers and received 2. I shouldn't have to check to see if my food order is correct at the receiving window slowing down the patrons behind me. 3 means 3 not 2. I'll come back to this Wendy's in 1 year and see if any improvement in employee training has occurred. The quality of the aforementioned previously existing prior to consumption burgers however were terrific. read more

Guy named Daniel works here and he's one of the hardest working nicest employees I've ever encountered at a wendys. Props to this guy for the incredible service! read more

The location is great. Service is always super slow. Also, one of your managers (Joanne) calls everyone 'honey' 'babe' 'sweetie' which feels really demeaning and unprofessional. Please address this, if it's enough for me to almost stop coming here I'm sure it is for other people as well. read more

I went to get some fast food here after a long day of not eating. When I went to go pay there were two ladies just talking. When I got my food it was lukewarm and when we asked for the new pub fries I went home to find out they didn't give us much. I'd assume for an "upgrade" you'd get the same amount of fries you usually do. read more

Ya can't give them 0 or -5 , Are you kidding they have 2 lines for drive thru and the only one moving was the outside lane . The lady said we will be right with you and continued to only help the outside lane 4 cars later , we just went up in the line of cars heading for the windows . We were trapped in the inside lane and could not leave anyway . Figured they would just take the order there but instead Said we told you to wait , but we told you to wait . Shitty service , 14 min. Trapped in the drive thru ....no where near Chic Fil a service . read more

Ordered 4 meals but only got 3 fries, I need to start checking to see if anything is missing before leaving the drive thru window because line is too long to go back and wait again. Fast food workers can't seem to get orders right, but demand to make $15+ bucks an hour! read more
