My wife & I, in drive through, about 4PM on 9-5-26, got one of the worst hamburgers she has ever had. French fries and hamburger were cold. No ketchup in bag with 2 orders of French fries. My grilled chicken wrap was partly refrigerator temperature. The chicken pieces looked like they had been cooked hours earlier- brown on the edges. I did not finish my French fries. We won't be going back to Wendy's. read more

If I could do 0 stars I absolutely would. Establishment needs to be shutdown. Never anybody at handling drive through orders. Impossibly slow service (IF ANY AT ALL) workers just don't care at all. Absolutely horrible, Would not waste your gas nor time driving out of your way to come here. Chances are you won't even be able to order. read more

If I could give no stars I would. Good help is hard to find these days but you should just close your doors if you cannot provide any customer service ! I came to this Wendy's at 9:15pm last night. The lobby doors were not locked so we walked into an empty counter with no employees. After calling out "is anybody here" an employee walked to the counter from the drive thru window and said "we are open only for drive thru service" How was I supposed to know this? We decided that because there were supposedly only two employees we would go to Inn N Out instead which was very busy even at this time of night. I came back to Wendy's today to speak to the manager and there were four people waiting at the counter for their food and I never got waited on. All of the customers were angry with the lack of service! read more

Slowest service and couldn't get it right. 30 minutes waiting for our food!! How they stay in business is beyond me read more

I go to this Wendy's all the time, it's consistently been good. Food has been fresh and hot. Its my go to fast food place

Absolutely terrible , general manager T needs a different field of work. She is a ya I've to her staff, does not provide quality food and has a total lack or managerial skills. We went to the store today to get lunch, went through the drive through, order 2 meals they pulled me forward out of the line and asked me to wait. I had to wait 20 min for food . I tried to go inside to see where the food was but the maintenance man guarding the door said the inside was closed . When I finally went back to my car the sprinklers are not pointed correctly and sprayed me. Needless to say my pants were wet. The food that was given to me was cold and under cooked, the burger was pink, the fry's were cold and the frosty melted. Also the order for both burgers were wrong. I had to make another trip back to the location and was able to get inside this time. However T said we are closed. I explained my situation and she presented me with new food. However as I was waiting other customers came in and the other young lady working let the manager know. She said " I'm not running back and forth" as I continued to wait the lobby was filling up with people. The other young lady agin told T " Hey the lobby is filling up" T then screamed at her " I already told you I'm not running back and forth" needless to say the guests inside left This place needs help read more

I ordered from drive-through and while checking my food there was a piece of hair when I mentioned it to the guy at the drive-through he said "oh I know that "and so I handed it back and then I ordered two things, and they only gave me one and never made the second order so I had to wait even longer There was no line so there was shouldn't be any struggle getting food right without messing it up. I will not be eating here again. read more

Well now I know why there was no one in the drive thru line during 5 o clock rush hour at the intersection of two super busy roads. I placed a mobile order and it still took a full 15 minutes of sitting at the window. I was also told there was no cheese for the specialty sandwich I ordered. Sigh. Should've looked up the Yelp reviews before I came to this location. There were 4 people working and every single one seemed discombobulated like it was their first day. No one was rude at least and order was accurate and they did remember to give me my free Frosty for a year key tag which was my whole reason for coming so two stars instead of one. Wonder what the wait is like when there's actually a line!! read more

Based on 3 visits over the last several months, Wendy's has gone to hell in a handbasket and has moved onto my "Never go there" list. Meat patties that have obviously been sitting under heat lamps for a long time is the major problem, but a general lack of quality in things like lettuce and tomatoes is also evident. This place was recently remodeled. I assume that quality across all Wendy's location is about like this place, so I just will never visit any Wendy's again. AMF read more

Nastiest Wendy's ever! Mold in HVAC. The vents drip condensation on you. Ceiling covered in leaks and mold. Tables were dirty. Windows were nasty. Never going back. read more

Thought I'd give Wendy's another chance ... well that was a bust. Slow service, 10 min. with only 2 cars. Greeted by an uninspiring attendant who seemed like it was a problems waiting on me. Order the breakfast special, a bacon egg and cheese bisq. and seasoned potatoes. Got home to see that the sandwich had no bacon (just cheese and egg) and no napkins. I won't be back there again! You have serious problems there. read more

Check your order, every time I get food from this location it is wrong, it's honestly like they just toss whatever they want in the bag. Tonight I ordered small fries, chicken sandwich and a small chili. Got home, no chili and a hamburger. Good job. read more

Ordered a baconator, then got a plain cheeseburger which is almost half the cost and didn't even notice until I got home. Also they forgot that I had even ordered a frosty even when I had just ordered it with no cars in the drive through, I had to make sure to remind them that I had one and it took a few minutes to get it. read more

Went yesterday, and the tables were NOT wiped off, nor was there anybody wiping them off. The ketchup dispenser was broke. They didn't get our order correctly. and they couldn't provide some items from the menu. they only had Chocolate and Strawberry for frosty's. No Vanilla ( a very popular flavor) read more

I cannot even speak on the quality of the food because of the 3 times I've been in the area and decided to give them a try they have never even taken my order. Twice I have tried around lunch time, the doors were locked and the drive thru had one car in it and they weren't responding at the speaker. Just tried again now for breakfast, pulled up to the speaker, no reply for about 5 minutes. I could still see the last customers order so I said "excuse me" and the employee said "yeah I'll be with you in a few minutes" Would not recommend going here. read more

I rarely leave reviews, and rarely get fast food, but when out running errands and starving, I decided to give this place a chance,. I got a spicy chicken sandwich and oh my gosh, I was actually shocked by how good it was. Lettuce and tomato were fresh, bun was fresh and buttery, and the chicken was juicy and spicy and flavorful! It took all of two minutes of waiting in the drive through, and the employees were very kind. Next time I'm in a rush and need a quick bite, we'll be paying this place a visit. I'm glad I found a fast food place that is actually tasty and fresh. Good job Wendy's! read more

Is it possible to get negative stars? In this case it should be they earned it. Poor service, food quality and attitude. How is this place even in business today? I could sell wet socks as a replacement and get better reviews. Don't hate yourself, avoid this place unless your into smelling spoiled milk or viewing train wrecks read more

Wendy's Houston general manager needs to visit this location. It's out dated, two of the windows are smoked. Service is a joke. When I arrived 5 people were waiting for their food and 10 people were behind me. I know I waited 10 minutes for my order I do have to say my burger was prepared correctly. read more

Very disappointed. This Wendy's is fairly close to my house and twice in the past few years I decided to stop in and grab a burger. I love Wendy's but since I'm on Keto, I rarely have fast food. I had a double cheeseburger that was dry, crisp and stale tasting. I only finished eatinit out of pure hunger. Last time I came here, it was almost just as bad. I sure hope all Wendy's aren't like this. And what's up with the fries? I miss the old style fries. read more

First and foremost, when is vaping in the kitchen allowed? We seen 2 of the workers behind the counter in the food prep area vaping. Mind blowing! The wait was long, our orders kept getting messed up, so was everyone else's. They weren't packed, either. I would be able to understand that. The table was dirty, so was the chairs. I definitely don't think I'll be back again. read more

This location is not the worst, but it needs to improve.. Do better!!! I came in and ordered as usual, but the employees are in a bad mood all the time. Y'all are clueless as to what is what and how the cashier works. They need a manager to train them and work as a team. read more

The nuggets were okay but the cheeseburgers were awful and the fries were over salted. We actually threw away the cheeseburgers. The bun and burger were so dry and the cheese was hard around the edges. Will not be returning to this location. read more

Waited in the drive-thru for literally 30 minutes! We were stuck second in line for the longest part of it or we would have just left. We debated pulling away but decided to pull up to the window to see if we could get our 2 items that should have been ready already, we waited 3 minutes while the guy was looking at a computer but didn't seem to be doing anything. He never acknowledged us for those 3 minutes so we drove away. I have the timeline, my husband received a call as I was ordering, and we looked at the time when we left and compared. Exactly 30 minutes and we drove away without food. I just don't understand how a place could take so long, and I used to work at a busy Dairy Queen, so it's not like I don't know about a busy fast food place. Terrible. read more

Don't go to this location. It's run down pretty much, food is not fresh. Half of the fries I have today is like over cooked bacon. They need to change the management here or just close it. If Dave knew he will be very mad. read more

Who the hell forgets to put fries in the bag?! God damn man this place is slipping hard! How hard is their job?!?!?

Unreliable, with nonexistent customer service. They can't even remember to put straws with Frosties, which results in spoon-eating nasty melted icecream instead of enjoying a shake. Then they won't even answer their phone to take feedback. The phone rang at least a dozen times per call, for multiple calls. On one call, they even just hung up after 3 rings. They absolutely refused to even pick up. Abysmal. read more

So I just joined Yelp because of this specific Wendy's location. I am a burger lover. I absolutely love a nice big fat greasy burger with good fries to go with it. Also, I do not usually go out of my way to write reviews for stuff like this. However, this experience with the new pretzel bacon burger absolutely sucked. I was super excited to try this new type of bread to go with an awesome wendy burger, but no, it was terrible. I took 6 minutes to drive home and by the time I opened my box it was soggy. I look inside and there is a puddle of grease at the bottom, which made the whole lower half of my burger pretty muched ruined. there was a horrible look to it as if every ingredient was just thrown on top. I was disgusted and will not be enjoying this fad of pretzel bun because it was ruined. I heard chilis restaurant has them now. maybe they will steer me back to try out the new craze. However I am furious at how shitty my meal was this afternoon at wendys. I am so angry that I am doing this right now. even if no one reads it, I will make sure I did my part to protest the horror that was my pretzel bacon burger. read more
