At least the person working there was nice, because that was the only positive of the entire ordering experience. The food we eventually got was fine, but the usual service plaza pricing, the lines since there's no other way to get food, and the frustrating, terrible ordering experience sucked. I realize they have no real incentive to do better, since there isn't really much competition for this location on a toll road, but it doesn't have to be this bad.
