Oh god where to start. It took about 20 minutes for us to order and get our food, considering this is "fast" food, that's not very fast. One of the food counters had a drink spill and the server attempted to use a disgusting old rag to clean it up, when that didn't work he just piles some napkins on top of it, then after touching this gross mess and WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS he scoops our fries. We asked that he please wash his hands and give us new fries. When we finally got our food my fiancé bit into his burger to find it was luke-warm, and bright pink everywhere except the very teeny tiny edges (couldn't have even been called "rare" that's just flat out "raw"), it was NOT cooked. It pulled my burger apart to find the same bright pink throughout my entire burger. Also the restaurant completely filthy with PILES of old, half-eaten hamburgers under the tables (seriously why!?) and NONE of the tables were wiped down and had greasy remnants of other people's food. To top it off it appears the restaurant allows toddlers to jump on, run across and play on top of the tables with muddy shoes with no concern for wiping them down after or asking parents to not let their children place their feet on the tables. We refused to eat the food for fear of getting some god-awful disease. read more

Are you looking to get your order wrong? Maybe deal with terrible customer service and staff? Well you've found the right place! A couple of months ago I came here for the 4 for $4 jr. bacon cheeseburger meal. I have an allergy to egg related foods, so I simply asked for no mayonnaise on my burger. Of course, being a fast food place run by incompetent teenagers, my burger was smothered in mayo and I had to throw it away. I gave them another chance the following week. Guess what? SAME ISSUE. I guess I shouldn't have expected anything more. Today, I made the third and final mistake of giving them another chance. This time it wasn't even slightly busy. There was one car in front of me at the drive-thru and myself. I ordered the usual, burger with no mayo. Yet again received it smothered in mayo. I've now wasted approximately $15 on food I couldn't eat. I've tried contacting customer service via telephone (which of course you get a recording) and via email (which I've gotten no response). It'd be nice to get some compensation for the shitty staff here and for potentially almost killing me due to an allergy. Bottom line, avoid this dump. read more

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Went thru drive-thru at night, the girl at the window didn't know which order was mine, and mine wasn't ready. Took about 20 minutes to get the order, which was then missing a few items. I had to walk into the building to get it fixed. Another girl behind the counter gave me attitude that they only had five people working there. 5 minutes later, I got the fries they'd left out. We had just finished shopping when I heard my child say "Daddy, I'm hungry, I want chicken nuggets". Being the closest fast food restaurant, this is where we headed. This location is always clean, and usually not too busy. This trip we used the drive thru which is always quick and efficient. As usual the staff was friendly and the order was correct. Went here with the family, and while we were waiting in line to receive our food, 3 people came up to complain that their orders were wrong. Should have been a sign. As we sit down with our food we find not only a hair in the salad, but a plastic piece in a sandwich. While they offered us new food and also offered a refund on the sandwich, it still didn't leave a good impression. Still like the frosties though. read more

This has to be the WORST Wendy's location. The first hamburger we got was cold and completely uncooked in the center. I returned it (which I don't think I've ever done before) and was given another burger that was cold. When asking for a refund after going 0 for 2 I didn't even get an apology. One of the workers came around from the back at that moment and almost wiped out carrying a heavy crate. The manager looked at the floor where there were several puddles of water and said absolutely nothing. This is only the 3rd review I've ever posted on Yelp. this is a HORRIBLE wendy's. we ordered $25 of food & they messed up the nuggets. they were cold and they ran out of spicy i'm assuming, so they only did a few spicy and the rest of the 20 count regular. as far as the frosty's go, they were melted and warm and filled 3/4 of the way. the workers are rude and didn't say a word to us, we didn't even know if our order was all handed to us so we waited to be sure and the lady opened the window and was like so can i help you? thats the most she said the whole time. read more

The outside trash barrels were overflowing, inside the barrels were overflowing with food spills and the bathrooms were without toilet paper and filthy. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. There is no excuse for filth. Flies ate more than I did. Place was sticky, dirty and infested with flies. 2 in the afternoon and not one table wiped down. This restaurant is so bad, it's almost comical. After waiting nearly 5 minutes for someone to appear at the register, I finally ordered a salad there for almost $7.50. I ordered a soft drink with the salad. The store has two of the Coke Freestyle dispensers where you can add and mix other flavors with the base selection. The one machine was completely out of everything, just water. The other machine dispensed flat soda, not a bit of carbonation. I took my empty cup to the counter hoping they would fill it from the mobile order dispenser. The girl looks at me and says, ".....Yeah... the entire soda system is like that. We have been waiting for someone to show up." I replied, "So you sold me a soda knowing it was flat?" Yeah, sorry about that. "I want my money back..." And I got it. These people were selling flat sodas for full price rather than just hold up on their sale. Otherwise, the chicken in the salad smells and tastes like cat food. While this Wendy's is with the time, the food and staff are NOT. This is the third time I have been to this establishment and have gotten COLD food that was made to order at a time when they should of already had to make a new batch! The fries were soggy at best, the chicken nuggets were the worst, Ii would rather have McDonalds food than theirs. But hey! At least this time around they got my order right even if the woman dealing with it was rude to me about a simple question! So, that's something. The hamburger that was ordered for my party had an incredibly soggy bun as well and was ice cold. the only saving grace of this place is that their soft drink machines SOMETIMES work right. I would only ever go to this particular Wendy's if it was the LAST Wendy's in my area, I've been through their drive thru in 06 and not only did they get the order completely wrong but it was also incredibly cold. It's now 2016, I've only gone to this place to use the bathrooms and I've eaten here twice with the SAME RESULTS.
