I visited this Wendy's on Saturday, November 8, for breakfast after having a problem with lunch yesterday. Both times, my food was hard and clearly not fresh. When I politely brought this to the attention of the assistant store manager, she was extremely rude, yelling at me and speaking down to me instead of offering a solution. Customer service is key, and this experience was completely unacceptable. I am a polite customer, simply expecting fresh food and respectful treatment. on 6/21/25 I went to Wendy's in Rutland Vermont drive through for a large chili. when I got home and took the container out of the bag, I noticed the container was not full. I did not consume any on the way home, and I suspect the container shows sauce up to the top due to the placement of the bag being jiggled around on the way home. read more

Food is generally good. Service is generally terrible. Today I went to get their special Son of Baconator. Went inside to place my order. I stood there, no one behind the counter, and I stood there and and stood there and absolutely was ignored. No one came to ever take my order. Other people saw me and ignored me. I was in a rush this morning to work after dropping off two sick kiddos to their babysitter, and I didn't have time to eat myself, so I stopped at Wendy's to grab a quick sandwich, and realized that I had forgotten my wallet, and they don't have the tap pay from your phone. So I was scrounging for a change in my car so that I could pay for my sandwich and the woman there said she would just let me have the sandwich for free and pay it forward next time which was completely appreciated and I felt so bad for forgetting my wallet, but felt so good that someone could do something nice for me on a day where everything was going, so horribly wrong that morning so thank you to the woman working the window for your kindness today and turning my day around and I plan on paying it forward. Spent $30 today, what a waste. They forgot the Asiago Chicken in the order. When I drove back the sandwich was dry, no sauce, tiny shred of limp lettuce. Two large chili were watery, little meat or beans, tasted worse than dishwater. Never patronizing this place again. read more

This place is joke. Employees are rude and impatient. Seems they'd rather the place be closed than work there. I understand they are understaffed and over worked, but if you can't provide quality service, then don't! We overheard the employees complaining about another Wendy's location and one employee said "Bagley is a$$". We shared our experience with some friends and they also shared how rude and terrible the service was and that it has been that for awhile. Seems it's time for management change or close the restaurant. Also, the dining room seems to always be closed "due to staffing shortages." If people don't want to work there, they probably won't want to eat their either! Definitely won't be back! read more

When ordering I asked how many patties were on a Banconator. I was told 2. When I was presented with my food I was told there was only one patty but it was the "large" patty. I'm not sure what that meant, because it looked like a regular patty. On the menu board in the store and on their website, the Baconator is shown with 2 patty's. The description on the website states "1/2 pound of beef". No mention of the photos or description being for a "double" Baconator. This is false advertising. When i spoke to the Manager, he told me the Baconator only comes with one patty and you need to order a "Double Baconator" to get two patty's. I called the Brunswick store and the Manager there assured me that the Baconator comes with two patty's. Avoid the Strongsville location if you want the correctly made item and your money's worth. read more

This location was absolutely HORRIBLE! The girl at the window hands me my food and said I was all set, I looked in the bag and noticed the chili was missing so I ask the girl for that, she rolls her eyes at me and goes to get it. My oldest son looks in the bag and noticed the cookies I ordered him and his brother were missing so I had to ask for those too when she gave me my chili.... again, she rolls her eyes. I get home and my other son asks "where are my nuggets?" SURPRISE..... they forgot that too!!!! I call the restaurant and the manager was a complete a*hole saying they have been very busy with cars wrapped around the building since 8pm ~ I said "no you haven't because I just left there and had NO WAIT, I wouldn't have waited in a long line because I have 2 hungry boys who just finished football practice!" I sat through drive thru for 5 mins in pouring rain with no one to take my order. The lady in the drive thru comes on with an attitude, I tell her my order and she goes on with her nasty attitude, she then tells me to slow down that she can't type it in fast. I get to the window she doesn't greet me, I wait another 2 mins before she opens the window and her practically shoving my drinks in my hand when I'm trying to hand her payment. I finally get my card back and ask for a receipt she slammed with window and talks to someone than goes we don't have receipt paper.. I said okay she slams the window again. I wait for my food and it's all one bag. My kids meal in it. I get home and I'm missing all my kids food. I will never go back to this Wendy's. Not sure what is happening but this location is going downhill at a fast clip lately. It's been our go-to for takeout for years - even during COVID. For the last several weeks, though, we can count on them to NEVER have any salads. And now tonight, no salads, no chili, no baked potatoes and no Coke Zero. I also went to the Strongsville Wendy's on Saturday February 1, 2020. My two friends and I got there about five minutes after eleven in the morning. There was one order in front of us. It took the order in front of us 20 minutes before they got part of their order. Then part of that was wrong. My friend ordered a salad it also took 20 minutes and the cashier forgot to give her the toppings and dressing . Ever since this location was remodeled the service has been bad. But this last time it was the worst. My friends and I are not planning on coming back for a long time. By the way we weren't teenagers we are older adults. There was about six more people who had came in after that and they waited twenty minutes for their order also. Wendy's is NOT a fast food place . read more

I've been using this location for close to 10 years and unfortunately the management of this location specifically is at best poor. The last 4 visits have been problematic. Twice the orders were wrong and all four times to get through the drive through with a mobile order it has taken more than 20 minutes. I feel when your dining room isn't open and the only way you're servicing people is the drive through it should be more efficient. Also FYI counter pick up says it's available in the app but it's not. read more

Awful waited 40 mins for 4 cars when I finally received my food which was 2 burgers and some fries. I received a missing burger, Cold uncooked soggy fries, I just stopped at a gas station and threw them away what waste. When i got Home my 1 Burger was also cold I had to micro wave it. just to get something out of this Waste of time and money. Took them forever to order our food and then they couldn't remember which order was ours and they were very rude about everything

Very disappointed with the product that I received from this location. I ordered a Dave's Classic burger, 2 Baconators, 2 large, and 1 medium fry. The medium fry was filled properly, 1 of the large fries was filled half way, and the other large fry was filled about of the quarter of the way, and that's being generous. All of the burgers were dry, and tasted as the though patties had been cooked long before they were ordered. The top bun on one of the Baconators looked and felt like it had been placed top down in grease prior to the burger being assembled, and the lettuce on the Dave's Classic was brown on the edges, and obviously not fresh. I will never give this place my business again. There are many, MANY other options in Strongsville to spend my money. read more

We went through the drive thru this evening. I heard them telling the car ahead of us they had no baked potatoes at the moment. So when we got to the speaker I asked what they didn't have before we ordered. They said, they were out of potatoes and salads. So my wife ordered a baconator fries and a coke. I ordered a jalapeño chicken sandwich meal and a chili. The cashier double checked our order in front of us. When we got home I had the wrong chicken sandwich, a burger, and a baked potato that they claimed they were out of at the time. read more

I normally like Wendy's. I haven't eaten there much because it's drive through only and the drive through is always very long. Today was an exception as nobody was in line when I arrived. Now I understand it's hard for these places to get workers as of late but when it is not busy why is their service so horrible. Arrived at Wendy's on Pearl RD in Strongsville Ohio store #00004495 Manager/Host: Samantha at 5:50 pm on 11-26-2021 I am ticket number #3256. I ordered through the drive through since the lobby not open. Ordered 1 Dave's Double, 1 Dave's single with cheese & pickles only, 1 Dave's single with Cheese pickles and mustard only, 3 medium fries, 1 10 piece chicken nuggets with honey mustard. After receiving order looked in bag to see all items were present. I checked the 2 singles since they were not mine and had special requests on them, they looked OK. Drove home, dropped off the food that was not mine, got back in car and left for the night with my food in bag. Pull out my Dave's double and find it's not a double but a single. Crap, of course I should have checked it but didn't. Looked at receipt, yes ordered and paid for a double. Oh well you learn right? That was not my only issue with this double turned single (I wish I took a picture of it, didn't know you can post pix on Yelp). First it was a single, already established that. 2nd it was fricken cold. There is nobody else there...you claim you make this crap fresh, how is it cold...it's only been 10 minutes and the bag was kept in a warm bag I had in car. It had cheese but 1 slice of lettuce, 1 onion (a sliver), 1 tomato (small and the end piece..not juicy), very little mayo or ketchup making it cold crappy and dry. $5.99 for nothing..couldn't even finish it. First time eating the new fries. McDonalds still has you. Just once I would like to order a burger from a place that looks like the fricken ad..just once. It never does, it's made by people that apparently were not trained how to make burgers and the manager is not managing obviously, just struggling to make it through the day. Went to the drive-through. It was Busy but that's to be expected at lunchtime. I asked for no ice in my drinks and received ice. No big deal and easy fix. Then we overheard the girl that took our order say "they didn't order no ice ". I asked four times the window for napkins because the frosty I got was all down the side of the cup.
