There are still a few TVs around so that gives parents a space to still catch up on a game even with kids in tow. We went with our kids and the kids menu was actually decent. A selection of pasta, traditional pub fare like chicken fingers and fish and chips to hot dog and hamburgers. It comes with a juice box, a side (fries or salad etc that can also be upgrade to poutine or sweet potato fries. We ended up ordering the fish bites (mini fish and chips) and chicken fingers. They were both done very well. There was sufficient breading but not overwhelming. Kids loved it. Fries were done just right. The ice cream was on point. Juice boxes were nothing special. I had the southwest linguine. It was a pleasant surprise. A decent amount of protein and veggies (chicken and shrimp) and it had a bit of kick which I wasn't expecting. It comes with garlic toast which was also quite good. We finished the meal with a slice of pumpkin cheesecake. That was heavenly. It was a bit more of the sweet side for us but nonetheless it really hit the spot. Service was ok. They didn't check in very much and it wasn't busy. Would have liked our water refilled. Otherwise decent meal. Would be back!

Both breaded and non-breaded were crispy and delicious. Service was quick. Wet napkins were provided. Also available, a large offering of $13 lunch options. The rest of the menu looks reasonably priced. Will be back to try. Only thing, is seating seems like mostly groups of 4 - not sure if they can accommodate for larger groups.

This was another new find for 2024 which left me craving more and wanting to go back. It didn't take much convincing for hubby to get takeout for the fam. We kept it simple and all ordered cheeseburgers with just bacon, sides of fries and onion rings. This burger really hit the spot! Nice size patty, seasoned so well. The bacon was crispy and they do not hold back on the pieces in your burger. The Yukon gold fries are fresh made and not frozen. I LOVE the onion rings, it's a generous portion of crispy rings! Burger sizes are single 1/4 lb, double 1/2 lb, triple 3/4 lb, pounder 1lb. Choose from Swiss, Cheddar, Bleu, Feta & Smoked Cheddar cheese. You can also add on sautéed onions, sautéed mushrooms and more. There is the "Z"Fam menu selections and the Chef's Selections if you prefer to not build your own burger. Top off your meal with Oreo Stuffed Churros or a classic milkshake. Zeal Burger, please open a Markham location!

We got the single burger ($6.00 toppings are extra) double burger ($9.25 toppings are extra), mushroom melt ($9.25) the Classic Z ($13.25) and O.Z. (for $11.50 the burger that started everything). We came on a Saturday around 530pm to the Stouffville location and they were busy. Friday and Saturday nights are their busiest. We waited about 40min for our food. Overall, the burgers tasted okay. The food wasn't hot enough. They were just a little more than warm. It was quite disappointing because these are fresh burgers and unfortunately it didn't taste that way. The fries and onion rings were decent. Good customer service.

I have frequented this Harvey's a couple of times within the last eight months. It's time to update…read moremy review and bump up my rating. To make an exceptionally long story a lot shorter, I had a horrible experience at a Harvey's in Etobicoke a few days before this visit. I was trying to redeem a free birthday pie and the barcode didn't work. The woman stated that it was used already, but also insinuated that I had lost it and had already claimed it myself. Nope. She made me feel like I was at fault. After speaking with Harvey's guest experience on the phone, I got a new code and expiration date for a free birthday pie. It did not have a barcode, so I'd have to show these details to a staff member at Harvey's. Last Wednesday, I was doing my regular errands in Whitchurch-Stoufville. I decided to get my apple pie at this Harvey's. The last time I was here was in December 2020. I parked in front of this Harvey's-Swiss Chalet combo store. The main entrance was closed. The door closest to the drive-thru is the only entrance-exit here. A couple enjoying their meal on the patio also mentioned this detail to me as I was reading the signs. It was like I got the message in stereo. I like how helpful folks are here and I thanked them. I walked up to the order area and waited as I saw roughly seven staff members preparing orders. It was quite the sight seeing orchestrated, organized chaos! Eventually, a nice man came over to help me out. I indicated that I was redeeming for a birthday pie. He took my word, which was the exact opposite experience from that in Etobicoke. "You have the code, right?" he asked me. "Yes," I said and showed him. He didn't bother entering it into his system. He got a special card to swipe and grant me a free apple pie in the system. It was so seamless that I was relieved and happy. He asked me if I wanted anything else. I asked about the chicken fingers. The maximum number that you can get in a combo is four, but you can always add more if you want. As a result, I maxed my order out at four. I typically get either onion rings or upgrade to poutine as my side. I felt like a salad and got one with Chalet dressing. I was so happy that I was at a combo store. I love Chalet salad dressing so much! I got a cup, paper straw, and a lid. I paid using my debit card. I tapped and was done. He said that it wouldn't take took long. I went over to the fountain machine to get a Diet Pepsi. You don't get any napkins there, but you can throw the paper straw wrapper over there. This area was impeccably clean. The male staffer wasn't wrong with how quickly my order was processed. I had barely stood there and he called my name. I felt bad for the older gentleman who was waiting there when I walked into the eatery. I thanked the male staffer for all his help. I walked out with my meal and headed home. The chicken fingers are amazing. I got sweet and sour dipping sauce. For every two chicken fingers, you get a dipping sauce. It was generous. The chicken is white meat and a decent size. Each chicken finger was tender inside and crispy outside. It was my first time having chicken fingers at Harvey's. It won't be my last. The sweet and sour sauce was awesome. It was perfect. Not too sweet. Full of flavour. All good! I loved my side salad. It's essentially a salad from Swiss Chalet with Chalet dressing. Although it does have iceberg lettuce that it's my favourite, I still enjoyed it with cucumbers, tomatoes, shredded cabbage, and a few mixed greens. It's all about the Chalet dressing! My Diet Pepsi was exactly what I had expected. It was fizzy and wasn't watered down. It hit the spot on a hot summer day. My apple pie was so good. It was crispy with a lot of apple filling. It was satisfying to have and consume it at long last. Yay! I was overjoyed with how yummy my food was and how great my experience was here. Back in December 2020, I went through the drive-thru, and ordered a couple of burgers and pies. I also had a positive experience then. I dig this location. The Etobicoke location could learn a lot about customer service from this one. (284)

First stepping…read moreinto the restaurant the first thing I noticed were all the flies flying around the restaurant. And I mean, a lot! They were everywhere! The floors were also very sticky and overall just felt very dirty inside. The cashier was good but they are definitely understaffed which lead to long wait times for our food. Once our food was ready, we decided to sit outside rather than inside since there were so many flies flying around that just kept landing on everything. The food itself is good and what I remember A&W to be. Teen burger and pickle burger with onion rings and poutine. The onion rings are great and super crispy, just the way I liked it. Teen burger was good and a fresh tasting burger. I'd say overall I think they need to be a lot cleaner for their restaurant and do something about their fly infestation. Probably need to hire more people so that wait times aren't so long as well.

The quality is there, and they don't skimp on fillings/toppings. I ordered takeout through the app so I could get a deal - there are lots of coupons within the app. My order was ready for pick up at the requested time. They have a hot sauce bar in the shop - about 20 different hot sauces to try, I ordered 3 subs - they each come with a tasty pickle spear. Here they are in order of preference: - New York steamer was the winner. It was piled high with corned beef brisket and pastrami and worked well with the mustard and mayonnaise (maybe a touch less mayo next time for me). Note that if you're used to eating low sodium meals, you'll find this on the high end of acceptable saltiness. - Pepperoni pizza meatball. The meatballs were decent quality as well, not mushy, though hard to eat for a little kid as a whole meatball would come out with each bite. The pepperoni is a bit spicy so some people might be sensitive to that. I would have liked more marinara sauce but that is a personal preference. - Italian. It was overwhelmingly sweet, mostly from the honey ham. Once I took out the majority of the ham, the flavours were much better balanced, though then I could taste that the bread itself was a little sweet. This one isn't good as a leftover due to the wet toppings in it (tomato and lettuce). Overall, I'm happy with this experience and would definitely add come back.
