I saw two tables where people sat and left and no clean up crew. No ones wiping down door handles or tables or surface areas including the many transaction in between. In fact it made me wonder where I sat down if they were wiped down. Because of this I will no longer eat at this facility. I felt they were Not taking Covid seriously enough for me. The women's bathroom was clean but the soap dispenser was disgusting. Tim Hortons at least places a mat on their tables and when the patron leaves they flip that mat to say needs sanitation. Pretty simple to me. More wiping on all services areas especially where people are coming in and out and the transaction machine. Pet Smart is really smart about they're pads. Disappointed by far.

They all just seem to enjoy their jobs and really give wonderful customer service. They are super courteous, and friendly. (But not creepy friendly... if you know what I mean!) They are smiling and helpful and quick to get your food for you. The restaurant is always neat and tidy. Lots of seating to eat in and the drive through is quick if you decide to go that way. All in all, I really enjoy going to this restaurant when I have the urge for a burger. I know I will be served quickly and efficiently. And I know there will be a smile behind the counter also! While this is cheap compared to a restaurant, it's twice as much as your typical burger joint. Are the burgers better than what you would get at McDonalds, Wendy's, or A&W? Oh, definitely. Are they *twice* as good in order to justify twice the cost? I'm not entirely sure of that. They have a number of unique offerings (including the Hawaiian burger or the chipotle burger) and they have a unique bun that reminds me of a hot-cross bun. The spicy chicken burger was decent and so were the milkshakes (including the bizarre peanut butter milkshake). The fires were a little expensive, but they had quite a number of options to spice them up - including poutine. I had the regular fries and they were unsalted and bland - kind of like KFC fries. I recommend going a few times to explore the menu. I'm sure you'll find that they rank on the higher end of burger spectrum.

The past experiences have all been fantastic and with a standard wait time for a large group. This evening was a completely different story. I am not sure the young woman's name, but I was with the group at the back of the restaurant. I got my ice tea with no ice in a timely manner; however another customer had to ask twice for his root beer, which in the end after an hour, I went up to the Bar and grabbed. As well, another customer had to ask twice for his beer that he ordered and when it didn't come out, he too had to go up to the bar to receive his beer. During this time, several other customers have arrived and been helped with drink orders and food orders being taken. My food order was taken shortly after 6pm, and at 720pm the waitress was told to come deal with our table as we were still waiting...... that was when we were informed, she hadn't put our orders in as the "page" was missed. I told her to cancel my order and that I wasn't paying for my drink at this point, and to bring the manager over. The manager was highly unprofessional and arrogant. I was pointing out that we had people order drinks twice and still not received them until we went up ourselves to get them. That is when the manager came back and said it's due to the fact that the large group was allowed here tonight, as the policy is to not allow large groups on Wing night. Which I find funny as I have been to three other event nights with this group on wing nights, one earlier this year. He then proceeded to laugh at myself when I said I was a server and was informed by him that he feels sorry for anyone who deals with my energy in person. Your server never once came to check on my table, we had to grab her each time. This brings us to the finale, where a "Happy Birthday" dessert was brought to our table with sparklers, and we thought, "Wow! That is so nice!" However, Browns charged us full price for this dessert we never ordered. I'd actually made a special dessert to have later, so this was not necessary, especially since we didn't order it. I think if you're going to surprise your patron(s), they shouldn't be charged for said surprise.
