Take these reviews seriously and don't go to this Wendy's. I used the drive-thru at night as a Dasher for Doordash. I'm a patient individual and I've been a Dasher for many months now but I haven't come across RUDE and DISGUSTING staff anywhere besides this Wendy's. My instructions are clearly written on the Dasher app and I followed the directions. I pull up to the window directly after seeing that there is no line. As usual, I would say "Hello, I have an order for --" and wait till the order is prepared/given to me. The woman at the window looks at me in irritation and starts arguing with me that I should have used the speaker first. However, my instructions weren't written as "Use the speaker at drive-thru first to allow them to have order ready." Doordash is usually clear on merchant instructions, but if this Wendy's functioned like that for deliveries, then the problem isn't mine, it's the Dasher app. Anyways, the woman doesn't let me speak even though I was constantly trying to tell her that I'm only following the instructions that were given to me and that I have no control over this simple misunderstanding. Then, she closes the window on me while I was responding back. After she gives me the food, I still gave her a "thank you", but she quickly turned her back on me and closed the window again. I don't even get why she was so stuck up when they had absolutely no customers and the staff were just chatting around the kitchen. This Wendy's has never been good. It used to be acceptable 10+ years ago. The reason for going there used to be decent food and good prices. Several years ago they decided to forego this. They raised prices on certain 99¢ items, made them smaller, and started using inferior products. It is rare to get hot and fresh food here. Aside from the chicken and beef patties, the condiments and sides seem to have been sitting out for quite some time. The food is often times greasy. This ties in to the main problem: the indifferent staff. I have rarely encountered anyone with a negative attitude, but one would get the impression that whoever works here is a drone. The staff is not very attentive nor are they welcoming. Overall, since the food quality and price change, I would not recommend this Wendy's. read more

The quality has definitely decreased over the last 15 years, but that's pretty true anywhere. Some specific things about this location: it's open late-ish on Fridays and Saturdays (1 am). The fries here are never as good as I'm expecting for some reason (cold, too salty), but the sandwiches always hit the spot. Additionally, this location has messed up my order more than once, but has always worked to fix it. There is a chance that they could forget you and leave you sitting in the parking lot while your food cooks and delivering you cold food. But only a small chance.
