They also gave my cousin a sausage breakfast burrito when she ordered bacon. And everything on the receipt was correct exactly how we wanted it. We hit the button, a girl comes out and says it will take 30 mins just for chicken strips and offers me ice cream, I said I already have icecream and ordered a burger, it takes 20 minutes for the burger and while waiting for it we try to eat our "Oreo" and "Reese's" blasts turns out they were to lazy to mix our blasts so they gave us both a cup of vanilla ice cream and sprinkled Reese's crumbs and Oreo crumbs on top thinking we wouldn't notice they didn't even mix in any Reese's or Oreos. It was literally plain vanilla ice cream. I hit the button again all while still waiting for my burger and they refuse to answer. They bring out my burger I tell them about the ice cream and he said " oh I'm so sorry I'll be right back with new ones! " then we proceed to sit there for another 20 minutes. They never brought us new ice cream. And also I asked for ranch for my mozzarella sticks 4 times to 4 different workers, and never got it. We didn't even receive marinara sauce with them. So while we're waiting thinking their bringing out new ice cream we don't touch ours so by the time we realize that they definitely are not coming back our is disgusting and we throw it away. I would have been happy if I would have just got the ranch I asked for 4 times or even if they just brought out cups of the Reese's and Oreo chunks so we could mix it in ourselves with our spoon. I am a waitress so I understand things happen but this was just plain laziness. They didn't want to clean the mixer again and they didn't want to have to cook food again so they lied about it taking 30 minutes for chicken tenders. If they would have just been honest it would have been no problem but we spent and hour waiting on food all together and waited an extra 20 minutes thinking they were bringing out new ice cream while turns out the whole time they were just ignoring us. While we're are still waiting workers are getting picked up and heading home. Overall 0/10 thank god I do not live here and do not have to come here again.
