I love Taco Bell. I could eat it everyday but in Sedalia Missouri that both Taco bells will always come up with a reason of why they can't serve you. They always have some sort of problem going on. Basically 1 hour 10 times. They'll say that they can't serve you or they'll tell you. It's just not a good time right now. Or they'll tell you we don't have enough employees to serve you. Friday night we were coming through Sedalia to go to Kansas at 8:00PM. We decided to stop by Taco Bell to nourish our hunger. I went inside to order while my wife was in the car breastfeeding our baby. And I was inside waiting for 40 minutes for a quesadilla and two gorditas now I can't bring myself to call this fast food if I can watch 2 episodes of South Park while waiting for it. This is absurd, inconvenient and a waste of our time. And they didn't even cut up a quesadilla, how the hell was I supposed to eat that it burnt my hands. read more

Too bad there aren't negative stars! There were 3 in our party. One ordered a meal which comes in a box at all other Taco Bell locations but no box and missing 2 items. Other two ordered soft tacos and the flour tortillas were NOT soft. They were hard and crunchy with maybe 1/3 of the normal meat, cheese, lettuce, etc. The sauces were not spread evenly but rather at one end. We had to ask for our drink cups which seemed to really irritate the gal working. We noticed that another customer went to the counter 2 times to get her order corrected. The food as always is great and my order is always right but they always forget my drink for some reason and don't say they couldn't see because after I ask they'll look at the screen and see I had the combo. Why not just add the drink when making the order? Dear traveler's, If you are passing through Sedalia and see this Taco Bell please be patient and just drive to the next one over. Unless you want your order made by a bunch of stoned teens who are probably drooling all over your burrito. Also I saw one of the workers doing heroin in the parking lot before getting back to getting your order wrong. I don't know if the current manager is even aware of the current situation but I do remember last time I was here the last manager quit very abruptly and not very quietly. Moberly, MO the memes aren't wrong. Only eat here if you are headed home or a bathroom is close. Pretty good going in , but always a fast exit. Husband misses the beef meximelts. read more

So we went to Taco bell tonight, and once again very disappointed... Me n my fiance both got the Nacho fries box, (now keep in mind there was NOBODY in line when we pulled up and we were getting our order handed to us when the next car pulled in to order) so they weren't busy at all. I think we sat in line a total of prob 20 min. The girl at the window didnt seem like she gave a damn about anything all.. We didn't want to wait until we got him to eat due to wanted to eat it while it was ALL hot l, but much to our surprise when we were pulling out of the parking lot I opened my box to eat some of the fries and they were ICE COLD.... NOW IF they had been super busy I probably wouldn't have said anything. But instead of the girl working the window putting the sauces in the top box she puts our food next too the window that opens and closes alot. I miss how goo Taco Bell used to be....... read more

Sadly I had to pick a star to write my review. Sadly with covid19 your store was drive thru only. We ordered 4 chicken taco supremes and were up charged accordingly just shy of $17. Second time this week I've waited almost an hour in the drive through. I understand some fast food places are understaffed right now, but I can't see what takes so long. They never ever get your order right. You're always missing at least one thing you ordered. Especially when you have a big order.. make sure u check everything twice. Either they never put it on or they don't bother making how much food you order cuz you always pay for all of it but they give you 3/4. Happens every time i go here or friends and family. This place sucks ass. I've lived in Sedalia and 5 years ago this place was fine. This past year Taco Bell fucked my order multiple times. The workers seem to be high on potent marijuana, extremely slow. As I'm writing this review I've been waiting in the lobby for an 45 minutes and the whole place is filled with waiting costumers. My husband went to get us a late night snack. He picked up our food and got it home to find out that half of the meal was missing. It took multiple tries of calling to finally reach someone on the phone to discuss the matter. He went back to get the missing items. When he arrived, he called to see if someone could bring out the missing food since the line is always super long. The people said they were not allowed to, so again he had to wait in line for food he should have already had. Once he got the food, there was no apology for the mistake which was their fault. This seems to be a regular problem, especially at night. Mistakes happen, but these people should take a little more pride in how they do their job, especially with the raises fast food workers continue to get. read more

Taco Bell always gets my oder wrong. They never listen when I ask for no lettuce, never give the right sauce, missing food, I ask and PAY for extra sour cream and I get a dime size dollop. Want normal tacos? They give you Dorito tacos. Want Dorito tacos? They give you normal. Im absolutely convinced they have a kitchen full of potato brained frogs filling the orders. Like others have said, it's typical Taco Bell food. I like the chalupa, wish the quesalupa hadn't been a limited time thing and hope they bring it back, preferably as a permanent add to the menu. It's the service that rocks, at least what I've experienced through the drive thru as I've not been inside this one yet (new to Sedalia). I'm always greeted with a cheerful "how are you" which is refreshing when most places just want to take your order and be done. Literally the worst service I've ever seen in my entire life. They're always out of everything and get everything wrong or just give you half your order. They'll also argue with you when they get your food wrong (every time) and act like they didn't fuck up your order. A girl took my burrito back through the window and fingered through it after she didn't believe that the burrito was wrong, and said she couldn't do anything more for me because they were out of the main ingredient. She also accused me of lying about ranch being in the taco because they were "out of ranch" but it was all over my taco and I had to give them my food for them to inspect it. Absolutely ridiculous. Every person in this location needs to be fired. Completely mean workers. Makes you not even want to eat the food from worrying about them spitting in your food or doing something to it. It always seems to take a normal amount of time to get my order from them (I order quesadillas, which I understand takes longer to cook, and I am patient). Horrible drive thru service. The guy sounded like he was high and could not get the order right. After repeating it several times he gave us a total. After arriving home we realized the order was completely wrong. Called back to be told some orders were mixed up and if I wanted to return they would make me the correct thing.
