Here's a revised review: 5/5 Stars - A Mind-Bending Experience in Santa Fe! I stopped by the Wendy's near Meow Wolf with my crew, and let's just say we were already immersed in a surreal experience. After navigating the psychedelic wonders of Meow Wolf, we craved something satisfyingly real - and this Wendy's delivered. The Baconator was a flavor bomb that blew our minds (what was left of them, anyway). The staff was friendly and accommodating, even when we got a little...distracted. I'm pretty sure I convinced myself that the soda fountain streams were teleportation portals, and the electric fireplace was a wormhole. My friends just laughed and handed me another fry. The restaurant's cleanliness and organization were a welcome respite from the wonderfully weird world we'd just explored. Kudos to the team for keeping it together! If you're in the area, grab a bite here - especially if you're, ahem, "expanding your mind" at Meow Wolf. Terra, supposed store manager, terrible customer service, argued for 5 minutes over the lack of price labeled on a menu item instead of looking up the price and doing her job. Somebody needs to fire her and blacklist her from customer facing jobs. I cannot believe she in charge on anything. God bless her employees. May an actual store manager read this and fix this awful situation. I will not go to Wendy's in Santa Fe again. Both locations need extreme help. Utter garbage all around. read more

This is the worst Wendys for customer service ever! Standing around, talking while I'm standing there completely ignoring me. Socializing with the mechanics next door. The cashier is the worst, no sense that I'm standing there. I waited 15 before she took my order. Moving slow and taking care of things that she shouldn't have. Drive through is busy, I can see why. We are presently on a Southwest RV tour and decided to check out Santa Fe. Stopped at this Wendy's to grab a quick meal before continuing on. All of our food was made perfectly (unlike a couple locations in California where we are from). The Manager R.C. was super nice, professional and really knows how to treat customers! Whatever bad reviews that may have happened years ago CLEARLY are not happening under the present leadership. Excellent experience. read more

This is a new location and they nailed it for me right out of the gate with the food. Awesome burger and fresh fries. The only thing worth noting is the sun pours through the dining room windows when it goes down. Leaving half the tables hard to wanna sit at. Their seating arrangement is interesting as well with a Chipotle feel to it. read more

This is a new location. The staff is attentive and friendly. We ordered our meals around lunch hour and were served right away. The burgers were also good--not dry or board-like like some of the ones you get at other burger joints. Fries were not limp or soggy--crispy and fresh! Try to stop by this location, they've got the new Coca Cola Freestyle machines! read more

this is a really frustrating place....the green Chile hamburger ( if your in a hurry) can, in my opinion, beat the socks off of Lotaburger ( which used to have no completion) .....seriously.....BUT the staff can really be trying. Particularly at the order station...They can be real helpful one time and really, really bad and just flat rude the next....I have watched the manager, and he is trying with everything he has to make that place work. And a nicer man you won't meet. My take? driving through is not a good idea...rather, park and go in and watch your order carefully...the green Chile hamburger ( and the fries) are right in there...the dining area is nice and generally well kept and clean. read more

The burgers and fries are good. Reasonable price. My last visit I was in the mood for a salad. I tried the new Cobb salad. The salad was good, good ingredients and large portions . One complaint, the ranch dressing is so bland. I added three packets of salt and pepper. It finally had flavor. I think if they switch the dressing to blue cheese it would deserve 5 stars. read more

I've been to this location twice, and both times have been bad experiences. The staff are just so rude, it's like they want you to know they don't care about you. As an employee at a Wendy's in Albuquerque,im seriously disappointed with the customer service here. Amongst that,the quality of food is awful, it feels like everything's being served is way past hold time. The store is always dirty as well, just a really bad experience overall. read more

This location is the wost one i have ever been to. I was in line for a long time before ordering, was ask to wait when i was getting ready to order witch took forever and then when i got to the window to it took for ever and all i order was a frostie. The guy looked like he was high. Then come to see there was 2 employees and an other guy standing out side getting high right next to the door where you get your order. And times i have been there before my order is always wrong and when telling them they are rude about it. I finally decided to go to the one across town from where i live. Holy crap. This place is wrong from the gtound up.As i pulled into the drive through i was "gifted" with the theatrical perfomance of a Wendy's employee completing what could only be a drug deal( I dont know if he was buying or selling). I just said to myself screw it, not my business, get your burger and go.wrong. I ordered a specialty burger, fries and drink.I came here for that burger and the always hot and fresh fries.wrong. Trying to order and the lady taking my order, who is clearly busy doing something else, is exceptionaly rude and or stupid and mangles my order.Several minutes later I leave with my "food", and i havent been rude or impatient at all at this point, and Im almost home.I grab a few fries and they're cold and hard and greasy.Why?! I get inside and my speciality burger is cold as well.I unwrap it and there's no special sauce or cheese and its clearly very old. I call the manager and she is instantly hostile and accuses me of lying.I hang up and contact Wendy's corporate offices.4 emails later they issue me an online "reward" of six dollars( not even enough to cover the burger) and when i mention this they retract my reward and tell me to contact local franchise owners.No thanks, I'll just never spend my money in a Wendys ever again.I suggest everyone take a look around if you go to the location on Cerrillos rd.Its really not where you want to eat or be safe. read more
