I ordered on the app and the food was ready when I arrived, however, I had requested a drink carrier and the server argued with me about whether or not I had requested it. After he returned with the food and drinks, I realized that the fries were not in the bag. Finally, back at my hotel (I am in town taking care of my sick father), the food was great, but my $8.50 blizzard was 30% blizzard, 70% soft serve. I'm just going to say that this was the worst experience ever!!! The whole time I was there there was an obvious addict sitting there, scratching himself to pieces till he was bleeding, lighting up his dope with his paraphernalia on the table tin foil syringe lighter and a big bottle of tequila and when I requested the management do something about it for the safety of the girls who bring the food to the car, nothing was done. What a disappointment and what a horrible way to welcome people to Santa Fe if they're visiting for the first time. When I complained to their 32year old manager who looked and acted like he was 12 he shut down my order and then threatened to fight me. He obviously didn't see my handicap placard. If I could give this zero stars I would. The employees are rude and unprofessional. The lady taking my order treated me like I was a criminal when my card was declined. (I accidentally gave them my old card instead of my new one, I realized this after I left). She then proceeded to get the manager and have him tell me I cannot get my credit card back. He refused to give me back my card and he said he will call the police. The whole situation was a misunderstanding and could have been avoided if they gave me the opportunity to see my own debit card, instead they refused to hand it back to me. If they didn't hold my card hostage I would have realized the expiration date and gave them my new one. Yes it's a mistake on my part too but I don't think it's right to be threatened and treated like that. The worst part was he didn't even mention the card would be cut up. Like I can't imagine what he would have done with my card if he kept it. Thankfully he gave me my card back with proof of ID. I will not be going back. The customer service is horrible. I had 2 separate orders with coupons. I clearly told the rude person taking the order that I have 2 orders. Her attitude was that of being bothered. I'm ordering and her tone is "what else". At the end of the 1st order I asked do I pay for this one and then give you the next. No response she just had turned off the intercom. So I pushed the button again it was ignored until I paid for the 1st order with a Credit card which I didn't want to do. I was going to pay with cash. I had to push the button again and her attitude was just as bad. I'd ask a question and get no response just "what else". At the end of the order she gave me a total and was gone. Where is the customer service a thank you says a lot about the person taking the order. On the plus side the car hop was friendly but I couldn't tip her because I didnt have change since I paid for both orders with my card. I doubt I'll be back to this sonic and it's a shame it's closer to my home, but I'll go out of my way for better customer service. read more
