Almost every time I come here, my drink is made incorrectly, even when I order something simple. It's frustrating to pay for a drink and have it taste different nearly every visit. The wait times are also much longer than they should be. I don't understand why the lines are always so backed up, especially considering there are Dutch Bros locations on practically every corner in the area. Even when the line doesn't look that long, it seems to take forever to get through. On top of that, the customer service hasn't been great. Most of the employees I've interacted with come across as rushed or unfriendly, and I've rarely felt welcomed. I understand everyone has busy days, but being polite and making customers feel appreciated goes a long way. I really enjoy Dutch Bros as a company, which is why I kept coming back hoping things would improve. Sadly, this location has been consistently disappointing with inaccurate drinks, long waits, and poor customer service.
