Got turned onto Chubzies by Yelp. After eating here for an…read moreevent. Thanks Yelp :) We just can't stop coming by to grub. This is our 3rd time coming here. Lol Hubby and I both agree this is our new spot for burgers. Love the employees and their vibe. Super welcoming and friendly. Inside and out are very well maintained. You can tell they take pride in their establishment! Our favorite is the wubzienator the 3 smash patties with cheese bacon and we like raw onions on ours but the grilled ones are good too. ( just our preference) and don't forget that delicious sauce! Everything here is yummy and made with lots of love! So much better than any other fast food burger joint. Also the burgers are reasonably priced. We're definitely going to be regulars here. So if you haven't been you should most definitely try them out. Thanks everyone at Chubzies yall are awesome and be banging out some delicious grub! We wish yall much success!

First off, this joint survives because it's convenient for the neighborhood. That's really what…read morekeeps it alive. The place is filthy and looks like no one ever cleans it. The dining area appears to be a patio that was converted into an enclosed seating area. You can still see the original pillars and brickwork, which don't match the rest of the decor. There was also a car show flyer taped to the front door for an event in Riverside that happened last October. That's just lazy. How hard is it to clean up and remove outdated signs? To me, that's an indicator of a lazy staff, and I don't want a lazy staff preparing my food. The guy at the order window is short with customers and rushes you while ordering. He won't make substitutions, either. The problem is that he's also the gatekeeper for all the condiments and napkins. The dining area is basically just a box with a trash can, you don't have access to anything yourself. Whatever he decides to give you is what you get. There's no room for discussion. Now for the FOOD I ordered three chicken-fried burgers, and there was absolutely no consistency between them. I added pickles to all three, but one burger had only a single pickle. One burger was as dry as the Dead Sea, with no mayonnaise at all. Another had the right amount of mayonnaise, but the lettuce was mostly white stems. Goldilocks wouldn't be able to find a burger that was "just right" at this place. The fries were a mix of undercooked and burnt, which is impressive in all the wrong ways. The portion was also ridiculously small. For the price of the combo, you'd think they could provide a reasonable amount of fries. As for the chicken-fried patty itself, it was paper-thin, about as thick as two quarters stacked together. I like my chicken thick, like my wife's Mexican booty. Overall, don't go out of your way to stop here. If you don't live nearby, there's nothing worth writing home about. They're incredibly stingy with their portions, condiments, and napkins. I've eaten in some real dumps before. Hell, I've eaten kangaroo, raw beef, and even camel while sitting on the floor and eating with my hands, and those experiences beat this place. Save your money and go to Red Robin, or even walk across the street to Pizza Loca.

P&G's Burgers -- A Family Favorite for Over 15 Years!…read more P&G's Burgers is definitely at the top of our list of favorite family-owned American burger restaurants! We've been loyal customers for over 15 years, and they continue to deliver delicious food and great service every time. One of the things I really appreciate is that most of their menu items are prepared after you order, so your food is fresh and made to order. And you can definitely taste the difference! I absolutely LOVE their salads! They're hearty, loaded with great-tasting ingredients, and the dressings are delicious. Their burger combos are yummy, especially those flame-grilled burgers! And you can't go wrong with their French fries. They're not those skinny, thin fries--they're more like steak fries, and they're delicious! We've tried just about everything on the menu over the years, and honestly, you really can't go wrong with anything you order. If you're going through the drive-thru, just remember to be patient. Sometimes the line takes a little while to move, but it's worth the wait because they're preparing your food after you order it. Fresh food takes a little time! The restaurant itself is clean and welcoming, with nostalgic posters and décor that give it a fun, old-school feel. They also have outdoor seating if you prefer to eat outside. And I have to give a special shout-out to Christian, who always provides such great customer service! He greets you with a smile and always has so much positive energy. His friendly personality makes every visit even better--and he's bilingual too! If you're craving a delicious, fresh, made-to-order burger, salad, fries, or just some good American comfort food, I highly recommend P&G's Burgers! 15+ years of loyal customers says it all. Thank you, P&G's, for continuing to be one of our family favorites!

P&G Burgers has decent food, but when it comes to customer service, saying it's decent would be a…read morelie. We ordered chicken tenders and substituted the fries for a SIDE salad. When we say SIDE salad, we expected the salad to actually be on the SIDE. Instead, they put the HOT chicken tenders directly on top of the salad, which melted the cheese and completely ruined it. They did offer to replace the salad, but after the attitude I received on the phone, I didn't feel comfortable trusting them to remake my food. What made the situation worse was being told what I should do differently next time when the mistake was on their end. Mistakes happen, but how you handle those mistakes matters. Telling a customer how they should order next time instead of simply taking responsibility is not good customer service. The food may be decent, but the way this situation was handled left a really bad impression.

It's either Riverside or Los Angeles. The Los Angeles location is nice because it has standard restaurant seating and the vibe is full on Monty's! It's so cool! I hope they grow and open more locations. My husband and I just drove an hour to get to the Riverside location. We're only able to come once a month because it's so far away. We would hit it once a month if it were closer, maybe more than once a month. Service is always great at this location. They have stickers and buttons available. The seating is bar stools at a counter inside the food lab. The food is amazing! It's always perfectly made and it hits the spot when we miss the Monty's plant-based chicken. The burgers are good. Love the fries and tots! Definitely do the "maxed out" tots or fries. Those are the best! I love the kale salad and add chicken on top. My husband loves the chicken burgers. We always bring friends here to try Monty's plant-based grub! This place rocks.

It's a sports bar set up. I'll break our visit down... Service: Our waitress was nice and helpful, the place wasn't crowded when we got there (arrived at 4:30ish). They seemed pretty short staffed since there was only one waitress/hostess taking orders for the whole place. There was another girl, but she basically just delivered food and misc items to the table. There's also one other guy I saw that was bringing out food, but other than that...it was just the one girl taking orders and tending to the customers (seems like a management issue). This made our wait a little long (not a big deal). Food: Chips and salsa - were they rationing on the chips? Had a lot of salsa for like a sprinkle of tortilla chips - Burgers - see the pics posted - no complaints were made about the burgers and fries, in fact, we loved the food that we ordered. Drinks: Strawberry lemonade - according to my girls, it's one of the best they've had Watermelon Refresher - very refreshing, nothing to complain about Black Walnut Old Fashioned - really smooth and ol'skool Cafe con Agave - Not a fan! I've had a few from other places and this one was NOT it for me! Expresso Martini - It was just "alright"...I've definitely had better! Shots: Mexican candy, Cactus Cooler, White Gummy, & Green tea...it's a hit or miss with shots when they're flavored but these came out good Shakes- we ordered chocolate, cookies and creme, & fruity pebbles, let me tell you, the guy gets down in making milkshakes cus these were really good! Overall - I would recommend the place to anyone looking for a cool spot to grab something to eat, have a few drinks, and just enjoy the vibe of the place. I would recommend you check your receipts, I didn't realize that we were charged for a milkshake that we didn't get. They also gave us the wrong milkshakes to begin with. Lastly, if you're a big party, be sure to remember there's a gratuity, I spaced out and didn't think nothing of it so I tipped on top of the gratuity. I will say $72.71 in tip was NOT what I would've tipped for the overall service and experience, but it is what it is. Happy eating

The mac & cheese was also really good. I usually like a little spice, but their regular mac & cheese was so creamy and flavorful that I didn't even miss the heat. The baked beans were another favorite, especially with the brisket cooked right into them. So much flavor! I highly recommend Spirit of Texas Craft Barbecue if you're in the Redlands area.
