Honestly the experience ever in the drive-through I was ordering and everything I ordered they basically never had. They didn't have Diet Coke. They are all out of Frosty's. They didn't have the chicken sandwich I wanted they didn't have spicy nuggets. I don't know what was happening and someone came up to me in the drive-through and said don't order here. there food is gross, but I had to test it out so I ordered and indeed the food does not taste good I will not be coming back. This Wendy's is the absolute worst. We ordered food at the drive thru. It was a simple order and yet we had to ask for the 4th item before driving away. I could have vomited at the look of the Caesar salad. It was rotten lettuce, all brown and slimy with many pieces of the core thrown in there. When I took it back the next day to ask for a refund I spoke to 2 managers and they both had nothing to say. Just stood there listening to me. It's so unfortunate that Wendy's is pushing so much marketing when locations like this exist. I've seen nearly 100 ads for their Frostys lately, and against my better judgement, decided I just had to have one. So I popped up my lil mobile app, ordered a large chocolate frosty, and headed to my local Wendy's. I've tried to give them so many chances, but this location has finally broken me. No amount of brilliant marketing can overcome the incompetency of the management here. Their drive thru is consistently behind. Orders are often wrong. Items are always out of stock. I've seen so many "HIRING" signs, I imagine the turnover is god awful. I'm empathetic: a drive thru burger is cheap and you get what you pay for. But this location is by far the worst Wendy's, and easily the worst drive thru in the entire area of Rochester. I was surprised when I pulled up to the drive thru and was told in possibly the rudest tone that "all mobile orders are indoors, thanks" when I clearly selected drive thru, being in my literal pajamas. But oh well. I later learned the woman with the hostile tone was the manager, Coralina. I was shocked when my single large chocolate frosty wasn't handed to me within a few minutes. I was absolutely flabbergasted when a gentleman (who had his order wrong, TWICE) came up to order 4 small chocolate frostys and received his before mine. I had been patiently and kindly waiting for 20 minutes, and employees had confirmed my order no less than 3 times before this man had the time to get his order corrected (TWICE), eat his dinner with his family, and order 4 small frostys and get it before I, a customer who had already ordered and paid. I tried to cancel my order after waiting 15 minutes, but was told in the app it was already processed. Wish I had a receipt so I could give corporate a call about all the health violations I witnessed while waiting almost a half hour for a simple single large chocolate frosty. Inexcusable, finally the last straw, and it's unfortunate because I've been a big Wendy's fan and enjoyed their marketing and options. read more

Went here for breakfast and when I pulled up for my order I handed the young lady at the window my card to pay, she came back in a short time saying that the card reader was down and asked if I had cash to pay. Normally not a problem but today I didn't have cash on me - so without hesitation she handed me my card back and gave me the food anyway! This Wendy's is solid, old-school Americana chain fast-food. As a heads up, they don't accept Apple Pay ; and, I strongly advise patrons to pull-in slowly when turning off of Walton Blvd. I've witnessed a handful of trucks get stuck on the steep incline. It creates a whole situation. I ordered the Dave's double meal with a large fries and a soda. They serve Coke products here, for those that care. The fries were good. Worthy of a new ad campaign ( Winter '22 ) ? Debatable. The burger is what you've come to expect if you've enjoyed Wendy's enough in the past. It's tasty, better than their competition, but a little dry. The ingredients ( toppings & condiments ) are fresh. There's an audible crunch to Wendy's lettuce. The service at the window was good, no complaints. I'm still familiarizing myself with all the fast food offerings out there. I'm certainly a novice when it comes to Wendy's menu as well. The Pub Fries look intriguing; I'll have to try them next time. The burger is what it is. Pretty damn good. I still put their Spicy Chicken Sandwich up top. Stop in! read more

It's time for this location to close. I went to the drive thru speaker and the guy told me to come inside. So I did. I ordered a childs meal to go, it took at least 15 minutes. The place is dirty and when standing there waiting for my "food", I could see the kitchen and there was a thick fog of grease in the air back there. It was seeping into the dining room. The 3 employees back there were totally clueless and trust me when I say the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing. Will never patronize this location again. Probably the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Waited over a half hour from arrival to getting my food. When I paid, I was handed my frosties and drinks and asked to pull off to wait for my food, so the frosties were soup by the time I got them home. The food was cold and disgusting. The amount of bacon on my chicken sandwich was laughable, maybe a half a strip of bacon broken into tiny pieces. Honestly, this store must be poorly managed, because that is the only excuse considering how few people were in the drive thru. I just wasted $30 and 30 minutes I'll never get back. everybodys short staffed so i try to cut them some slack, but maaaaaan did they screw this up today. i ordered a 4 for 4, but only got 3 of those things. they forgot the chicken nuggets but made a special trip out to my car to make sure i had dipping sauce. that should've included a hamburger, but they put cheese in it. they were out of light lemonade but i don't fault them for that. it was jus the icing on an already jacked up order. they only got the fries right. smh read more

Horrible service. Drive in took 20 minutes. They gave my order to the wrong person. I had to get out of my car and go inside because I thought they forgot about me. When I got to the front register and indicated I had been waiting a long time, she said "I don't work the drive through." I then proceeded to ask for the manager, and she was no more helpful and non apologetic. This location needs a new manager. The bad attitude and poor service has permeated the whole crew. read more

The service was good! We ordered to 4 for 4's and they were hot and fresh! We got the purple Powerade, and all the other ones, but they all taste like they are fresh from the bottle! (Of Powerade from a store) the syrup in the drinks here is spot on, unlike some other restaurants, and we had a good experience, with fast, excellent service. The workers here are lonely though, I saw one worker taking out trash while working the drive through, but she got the mans order spot on and he drove off happy. This restaurant is good if you want to grab a quick bite with friends, or by yourself if you really want to. read more

We experienced completely unacceptable customer service tonight at this Wendy's. We waited at the counter 10-15 minutes and many members of the staff saw us, but completely ignored us to work the drive thru line. A simple, "we will be with you shortly", would have gone a long way. They just looked at us and chose not to serve our family. The manager at this location, Tracy, she will not train her new employees. In fact, she refuses to give them orientation and immediately puts them on duties that include the fry station, grill, mopping floors, closing, restocking, making all drinks, the register, wiping windows, washing big pots and pans without any training. And then she complains when you ask a question. She hates to answer questions, she's very short tempered, ill-mannered, and always talks about making people work at minimum wage. Tracy is into nepotism as the only people she treats well are the friends and family members that she hire directly. Her sister/friend Stacy works there and they both are very rude and tag team. So if you are related to her, you are safe to go. They'll hire you the very next day, let's see how long you'll last. If you believe I'm lying, drive down the street and you'll see "Now Hiring". She will do anything to try and pay you minimum wage. So whatever you do, do not settle for minimum wage because she acts like the pay is coming out of her pocket. By the way, she throws other managers under the bus. Not to mention, she used to be district manager and they demoted her to store manager because of how she treats employees, especially employees of color. Here it is 2022 and she brags about paying people of color less than the other employees. Not even the teenagers across the street that attend Rochester High School want to work with this crazy manager. read more

Recently updated and nice people at this location. They do get some of the high school crowd from across the road, but that's not a deal breaker. Good service and efficient staff too. Food is always great at this busy location. Drink machine is amazing and my little daughter has options to choose from on the menu. Also, I'd take Wendy's over the other two burger joints any day. This is the absolute worst Wendy's I have ever been to in my life. I love Wendy's and prefer it to any other fast food joint. In fact, for the last 2 years I have eaten at a different Wendy's for lunch multiple times a week. So I say this only because I care so much. Do not eat at this Wendy's. Ever. Out of nearly 50 visits over the last two years, only because it is 1 minute away and the next nearest is 15 minutes, I have never had a satisfactory experience. Only ONCE have the fries ever been hot, fresh, and had salt. Generally they are cold, old, and without salt. The service takes forever, especially in the dining room, and they frequently get your order wrong. I've at least generally had good experiences with the people, at least once they've decided to stop ignoring you waiting at the counter to place an order. Whoever runs this place does not deserve to represent the Wendy's name. read more

This was the worst experience at any restaurant, fast foot or other, by far I've ever had in my life!! I came in to the store because the drive-thru was wrapped around the building. I waited in a line inside for 20 mins before my order was taken. When it finally was taken, there was 40 mins before I go my food, same with the gentleman in front of me. Meanwhile, there were 5 people who ordered after us who got their food before us!! The fries were legitimately cold. This time doesn't include the fax they made a simple spicy chicken sandwich wrong!! The ineptitude, seemingly carelessness attitude of the employees was remarkable!! The manager was no where to be seen until we started voicing our displeasure with a little more volume. I understand patience and I believe it was practiced more than most people would probably would have allowed, but after watching people order after me and get their food and watching the drive-thru churn like clockwork, I will not ever go back to this location. Such a disappointment. Good luck in your $15/hr wage fight. 90yo grandparents and 15yo adolescents can do, and do, a much more efficient job!!!
