A 4* Wendy's? I couldn't believe it either, especially at a truck stop, but here it is, proof that their 'new' fries don't suck, and the same goes for the burgers. After many disappointments at the Riverside Wendy's on Central Ave, I only bought Frosty's, thinking the day they screwed those up I'd never ever return. So there I was, heading home from a long day and realizing that at 10pm my options for dinner were dwindling. I missed the exit off the 60 fwy for the 24hr Arby's, so that's when I remembered the 24hr locations for Wendy's and Farmer Boys on Etiwanda. Farmer Boys of course is decent but considerably more expensive, so Wendy's.... why not? For one thing, they're always busy and that's often good when it comes to restaurants, they don't slack off. A quick order through the kiosk and I was quite surprised when the guy announced my Frosty was ready. I mean, I had barely grabbed napkins and ketchup from the dispenser. Then I grabbed a table and wasn't able to sit because my food was ready. Wow! Where else can you say that happens? Definitely not McDonald's, and Burger King? Anyhow, the fries were so good I ate them first. I couldn't believe they have good texture and taste after the experiences in Riverside. Even the k8d behind the counter agreed after I complimented them. The burger, a double, was the best I can remember since childhood. Seriously. Customer service is terrible here. I was not charged correctly for the deal going on and employee said I could refund the whole meal and give it back but store policy didn't let her change it--the Wendy's website does not match the employee's claims of the policy for the deal. Also, no one behind me in the drive thru but I was told to pull into a parking spot (all were full) for no reason but to not have me sitting in the window. This is not the first time I have had poor customer service at this location. Side note: they charge more at this location for menu items than it is at other Wendy's down the freeway--go elsewhere and save yourself some money and irritation!! read more

I have pretty low expectations of fast food joints in general but I've gone here 3 different occasions and they have made a mistake on my order EVERY time. If you come here, double check your order. They will mess it up. It's ridiculous. read more

Man wtf is dis crust bun and over drenched in sauce + old meat . Management is trash. ALWAYS forget the sauce and straws , forget food items commonly . We were pulling up to the front but there was a car at the window. We had our windows rolled down behind that car & we overheard the cashier literally talking crap about us saying how we ordered the whole damn menu. Burgers always ice cold as if they prepped them earlier then pulled them out of fridge. Employees are always rude as hell and rush you to order. Sauce is always wrong. Only thing that comes out right is the drink and fries. The effort given here is not even the bare minimum I believe this place achieves far below that. read more

I have never had such horrible service ever. They were out of ketchup, out of drink holders, out of a lot of things and made no attempt to apologize for it. Actually the girl at the window rolled her eyes when I asked for extra napkins because the drink she gave me was so messy and she didn't even bother to wipe it down. I work in this area, and I come to this Wendy's often. I do not recommend coming to this location between 9am-11am. I don't know the name of this particular worker but she's young and has orange or light brown hair. This chick has a serious attitude problem. Don't be so mad that you have to take someone's order! you chose to work at Wendy's not me. Twice in a week you gave me the wrong order and when I asked for substitutes, I still got what I asked to be removed even after you made me pull up and wait almost 10 minutes for a biggie bag. Then I went once at 10am and when I asked the guy at the intercom for a salad (which I've had before even at 9:30am) she interrupts him and I, and said "We don't have salads only breakfast" which was fine by me, but your attitude needs to improve if you are going to be working with customers. Everyone else who works here is so nice but every time I pull up and it's HER, I get attitude and the wrong order, so I stopped coming.
