My daughter went here tonight 15 minutes away to get dinner. She ordered a 4 piece tender meal and when she got home there was 1 tender and 3 nuggets in it . Not only that the drive thru clerk was very rude. I have called multiple times to try and make this right and no answer . We have to do better than this in costumer service .... Update my child went back up there and come to find out the manager gave her this meal smh. A bald guy . When she went inside he got nasty and even came around the counter after trying to avoid her and put her off her the other workers . Management is totally unacceptable..... read more

I normally come through the drive thru but the line was so long this time and I was in a hurry. I thought that going inside would be faster however after going inside I don't think I will ever eat here again. As I was approached the door to enter the establishment I was greeted by the smell of a black and mild. The smell was coming from the worker smoking in the corner. I thought the black and mild smell was bad but the odor just got worse the deeper I went in. I was absolutely appalled between the smell of the dining room and just the state of the establishment in general. The place was absolutely filthy. I waited at the counter for about 10 minutes before I asked the other person sitting in the lobby if I was invisible. He stated that he was having the same trouble with ordering as well. That's when I used my big girl voice and said excuse me. Before I could get my question out I was cut off by the gentleman in the drive-thru. He stated that it would be better if I went back outside and ordered through the drive thru without even looking in my direction. I asked him did they not take orders at the counter? He looked bother and didn't respond however a gentleman dressed in his pajamas, came running from around back. He was eager and willing to take my order, but his lack of uniform and the fact that he struggled greatly while trying to take my order made me question did he actually worked there. While I waited for my order I went went to look around and the further I looked the worse it got. The ceiling was leaking in different areas and all the water everywhere seems to be causing mold. This is about the 2200 Laburnum Ave location. I was given the wrong order, so I drove back. I explained the situation to the young man that had taken my order. He spoke to another man, maybe the manager on duty. I explained again: I ordered a double, I was given a single with bacon. He turns and says "just make him a double" and walks away. Meanwhile a young woman is crossing herself in mock prayer. She later put my sandwich in bag, lips sticking out, and slams the bag on the counter in front of me and walks away. They still got it wrong: no letter/tomato/pickle, and I didn't ask for bacon. Sometimes I just gotta have a kids meal from Wendy's. Those hot fresh cut fries, crispy nuggets and just the right portion for a pick me up! I upgrade my drink to a natural lemonade for an extra dollar. You can't beat the prices. The salads are good too! The kids toy was awesome! Cool, creative dinosaurs to put together! The woman with the hand tattoos is fabulous, but this Wendy's ALWAYS has issues. It's like they don't want you to come to the restaurant. For example they say they need to "swap cash drawers" and that they'll be down for a while. Like what? Other times they say they can only take cash..... Slow as molasses, many mistakes. Plan on at least 20 mins to get through the drive through, maybe 30. Btw, it's always like this, not just during covid. Just now it took me 23 minutes to get to the pick up window, and they were out of one of the two things I just ordered (I asked if they had it when I ordered it). And they gave me the wrong salad and didn't give me any dressing, but did give me extra croutons. I asked for a free frostie jr ( I have a charity key fob) and they gave me 3. Not the best dining experience. Fries were horrible. Tasted and looked like they were cooked in old oil. Even after I asked for fresh fries they came out the same way. Not changing the oil in the fryer brings out the worst taste The lobby needed cleaning, every table was dirty. She had on a headset and she was the only one with a name tag on. *There was a lady a drive thru being serviced. There was a man who came for a job interview. It is raining. I saw him walking. He was soggy and unpresentable for the interview. The man interviewing him did not have on a badge. He was large, black and dresses very sloppily. He is a POOR REPRESENTATION OF YOU! There was an older lady who took my order. She was so rude and unpleasant. She was very irritated and cursing with another female employee with gray hair. The gray haired lady gave me my burger and fries. I continue to wait 10 minutes for two half salads and ice tea. So I get the cup, give it to the lady that took my order to fill because the tea was not in the lobby. The tea melted all the ice. It was still super super sweet and hot. I realize this while the initial lady is getting my hot fries. omg...she returns with raw fries dipped in hot oil. I discover this when I am waiting on tea... I asked another worker, younger, large female. She brings it back with small cup of ice. ummm...There is no room to add ice.
