I stopped by Wendy's on my travels last weekend. I first noticed the sticky floor throughout the restaurant. Every step I took my shoes were making that gross noise:( I first stopped by the restroom. It was in decent condition. I ordered my food, a chicken Caesar wrap. It took roughly seven minutes for my order to come up. That was the highlight of my visit. I went to the car to prepare the wrap for eating while I got back on the road. I first noticed how dry it was. The chicken had flavor but I couldn't taste any dressing. After two bites the wrap fell apart. I had to eat it by ripping off pieces of the wrap with my fingers. When I got to the end of the wrap it was then I realized that's where all the dressing had been placed. Do better please Wendy's. read more

This is not the first or second time going to a Wendy's in drive thru where they are the most horrible people working there, they are beyond rude. Placed order go to window and they say nothing giving you a look of go to hell. Pay for it still nothing said to us. She pretty much hands the food to us and leaves, not saying anything to us? WTH, oh the food was made with the same love too, horrible plus now it's very small portions. I can not wait till Wendy's goes out of business, never again. read more

This location is weird in that it's completely freestanding but is located on property with a trick stop, and is run like its inside the latter, ie limited menu, higher prices, etc. Anyways I'll be quick - I ordered two items. The register price was over $4 higher than the (all digital!) menu price. I thought maybe another item had been added by mistake but when I asked the (perfectly nice) clerk said "oh yeah, we need to update our sign." It seems weird to have to caution people to make sure they're not being overcharged at a ubiquitous national chain, but definitely a shady experience here. read more

Devon was amazing with his attitude and knowing how to problem solve under the pressure of a restaurant filled with people and a line in the drive thru. Went to Wendy's, left with none. A female and older male working at 10:56 PM 03/02/25. Both did not come to the speaker, we waited for about 4-5 minutes and no one even responded after saying hello 3 times. We proceeded to goto the window assuming the speak was out of order and seen both look over at us and carry on a conversation laughing and looking back not even acknowledging the fact we were waiting. When the female came to the window, she said "oh I didn't hear you" as she had her AirPod in and no headset on... maybe turn the music down? Terrible service, Terrible work ethic. Horrible staff. Would recommend getting a new team, I am second hand embarrassed for how these workers acted. After seeing their work ethic.. probably wouldn't eat there as it probably wouldn't be cooked/handled properly either lol. read more

The restrooms and table area, while free of debris; looks like someone threw water on the area, especially the restroom and did not bother to wipe down anything. Ordered a large, full-size Baconator meal and spicy nuggets with ranch. Got a half-empty thing of fries, a SPICY CHICKEN, zero ranch. Literally the only thing correct from my order was the 4 spicy nuggets and the drunk. Receipt was correct but not food. The cashier was good but whoever prepared the food and handed her the bag was not. Went back through for my correct order, received cold, hard fries and a single patty burger with one slice of cheese and one piece of bacon with some ketchup. Whoever is working your line at the time of this review needs to be fired. Straight up. They're garbage. I don't want anything free out of this; just do better. read more

We are staying at a RV Resort close to this Wendy's. Every time we have ordered it has been wrong or unacceptable. One was a salad it had Chicken and Lettuce nothing else. I called and complained and the manager said keep the receipt and she would replace it on our next trip. (Which she did) Last week our baked potato was so overcooked it was brown and gross I had to throw it away. ($3.80 in the trash) All our orders have been cold, nasty or incomplete. This is, without a doubt, the WORST fast food joint I have ever been to. And that is saying a lot. The line was extremely slow because the person operating the register was slow and took an excessive amount of time with each customer. We then waited over 15 minutes for our food to come out. And when that finally happened, our order was completely incorrect. Lastly, we had to eat our frosty with a fork because they ran out of spoons and the staff made no effort to rectify the situation. I pass by this area all the time, and the location is convenient to stop, but I won't be visiting this Wendy's ever again. I don't know how it's even getting 2 stars. very disappointed the whole family of 5 went thru the drive thru for our food I myself ordered the BARNYARD burger which is simply a burger, spicy chic, ham, bacon, cheese and I wanted to add jalapenos. They said they do not do it there! Even told them how to make it... Nope!!! Staff was all extremely rude and had attitudes. Soda machine was down, they don't take the Wendy's app rewards, they were getting everyone's orders wrong in line. I haven't been to many Wendy's restaurants, but I have been to a lot of fast food joints. This is the worst I've been to. The bathroom were very dirty. Toilet paper with feces on it were laying on the floor, and there were urine all over the seat. The food smelled bad, the taste was mediocre and I had to leave as soon as I could after that because I got sick of sitting there. There were also flies all over the restaurants, the soda was not good and the service was slower than you'd expect, but the staff was nice. read more

Long line. Cashier wrung the order up wrong, had to split it into multiple orders to get it out into the register correctly. Food still came out wrong (if I wanted a burger, I wouldn't have ordered the spicy chicken) but when you're in the car ready to go, it's not worth the 30 cents to go back in and argue. I'm giving this four stars (now 5, read on) to try to offset what are either old or apparently unfairly negative reviews. The place is clean. The service is fast and friendly. I watched a cashier bring out the apple slices to help a little girl make up her mind. Two TVs to choose from and a modern set of drink choices. The salad was fine as was the sandwich. Absolutely worst service ever. Drive thru sensor doesn't work properly and we sat for 15 minutes until I walked inside to see what was going on. I was told we weren't on sensor properly and they didn't have time to look outside to notice the drive thru line was backed up to the highway. The order taker repeated our order incorrectly and we tried again. We were given things we didn't order and told things we had ordered were not available. The drive thru girl told us we did order what she was giving us and started laughing. I walked inside to find the staff laughing and complaining about us. This is a free standing Wendy's in the parking lot of a truck stop. First the good news. The restaurant was spotlessly clean. The hamburger and chicken sandwiches were cooked just as you'd expect in a Wendy's. We both substituted baked potatoes for fries. The potatoes looked like they had been cooked 2 days earlier and spent the last 48 hours in a holding drawer. I didn't know a baked potato could be over-cooked. Why didn't I take them back to the counter and complain? Because the person taking orders was really unhappy about something, and dealing with her was down right unpleasant, and neither of our sandwiches had been prepared with the "fixin's the way i had ordered them because she was not mentally in the game.
