The training was good but dont let the people fool you they will talk mess about the workers an the customers. The managers need alot of improvement when new hires come in they will tell you its not there job to train you. Most of the crew workers are good an will help you. They will leave you hanging walk off go check there phones, get on there bank accounts lolly gag around act like they dont know there head from there butt. They have customers backed up in the lobby an driver thru an food back up, all because everyone walked off not working. They get mad cause there time is going up an I wonder why Not only that I have watch cross contamination to many times in there Breakfast sausage patties get Cooked on the grill if they dont want to wait for the time to cook they throw them in the fryer which is a big no no only breaded stuff goes in the fryer I have watched a supervisor wipe his sweat off his forehead no gloves on an touch fries before dropping them In the fryer. Horrible employees were not attending the customers. The drive-through told me I had to get off and go up to the counter. Also, I stood at the counter for five minutes and they couldn't not have the decency to tell me that I needed to order on the screen and not on the counter there was flies around the restaurant. read more

As a trucker I've been to a lot of Wendy's attached to a gas station and most of the time it's passable. This location on the other hand is horrific, stopped in this morning (2/21/24) for breakfast, the eggs were moldy and had a plastic like film coating them. Not good. Passing thru and wanted a hot coffee & biscuit at 9:00 am on a Saturday. As we pulled up to order at the drive drive thru, there was a Wendy's employee sitting outside on a curb next to us with her face in her phone. As we pulled up to the window, there was another Wendy's employee standing outside the pick up window smoking and looking at her phone - Her cigarette smoke drifting into our faces as we waited. No one was inside the window - we could see employees working in the kitchen. We sat for 5 minutes with no sign of pick up window help and no one acknowledging us. This is a busy breakfast time. The smoker finally showed up and was turning in circles inside the window - she kept picking up bags and cups and seemed confused. We ended up with one cup of hot coffee, one cold cup of coffee and a completely cold and hard biscuit sandwich. I can only assume my cold coffee was left over from the previous night or had been sitting on the counter for an hour or two. I called to speak to the manager, no one answered the phone. Don't bother wasting your money or time. We threw our cold order in the trash. read more

Just left this Wendy's and it was absolutely disgusting!!!! I already feel sick after a weird taste I opened my burger to find shredded cheese, like did they run out of slices? I couldn't even figure out what else was on my burger. and let me just tell you it was HORRIBLE!!! Also the lady who takes your order harassed you to fill out a survey and leave her name... it's "Shavante" because I heard her yell it at every customer. And when a customer didn't want to do it she said "did I not give you food service" no one wants to pay for food and then be harassed, also after it tasting disgusting. If I could give this disgusting place a zero I would because this Wendy's definitely deserves a triple zero! I just left this place and will never return, I just witnessed a manager preparing food and writing on a note pad at the same time. She placed the pen down to go prepare a burger and I'm watching her, she puts her Ink pen down and with the same gloves on open the bin where the meat is and picks up a piece of burger meat and proceeds to prepare the hamburger! This is a BIGGGGG no no how disgusting is this! This place needs to shut down this is pure unsanitary and her being a manager is even worse! She had on manager clothing so I definitely knew she was the manager.
