They were nice but slow, they did our order bad, and never understand what we want, but it taste like all McDonald

Will never come here again. We were on a road trip and needed to get in and out fast, so we used the mobile app. Ordered, paid, checked in with app. Food never came. When we got tired of waiting we went in to find out they hadn't even STARTED making our food!? Several employees were also lounging around, not doing much, so the restaurant was obviously not busy. Didn't get an apology for the mistake either. Oh! And they were trying to lock customers out of the lobby even though they don't close till 11 pm. If you're this miserable in your job, just stay unemployed and let those that care maybe a little bit do the work. Even if that means shorter operating hours. This McDonald's stinks! The lobby is still closed for COVID even though they have a big ole COME ON IN, on the door and every other restaurant has lobbies open. Drive thru was a mile long because they can't get orders out in a timely manner. Maybe curbside would be faster, since it usually is anyway....HA! Jokes on us. Took well over the promised 5 minutes in the app. All the while they have employees sitting in the closed (for no good reason) lobby doing nothing just hanging out. I am FRUSTRATED and extremely upset at the severe lack of friendly customer service at this place. I was staying in Rayville and my husband and I were craving a hot fudge sundae. I pulled thru the drive in and ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes, extra hot fudge. I noticed she did not put extra hot fudge so when I pulled up to the first window I told her again extra hot fudge. She pushed some buttons and gave me a total. I assumed that it was done correct this time. I pulled to the second window and got a sundae with very little hot fudge. I told her that I had ordered extra hot fudge. I was extremely nice!! She, on the other hand WAS NOT!!! She said, "well they didn't put on the order extra hot fudge". I told her that is what I ordered twice. She slammed the window closed. When she brought the sundaes back, I said thank you very much....got NOTHING back. She handed me the spoons, I again said thank you and STILL NOTHING!!!! So I, in a very nice loud voice, said ,"You are welcome, have a great night". Be courteous and thankful that people actually come to your place of business and help pay your salary and say THANK YOU!! How freaking hard is that!! Oh I forgot the kind of world we live in now. No one seems to know how to be nice anymore!! Ray Kroc would roll in his grave knowing how rude McDonalds employees were these days. So sad!!!! read more

Signs on the doors say open with limited capacity, but both doors are locked. There was a worker on a break inside who saw me trying to get in, but chose to ignore me instead of opening the door or simply telling me the inside was closed. read more

The morning staff deserve 10 stars but the night staff are no stars. Morning staff are fast and friendly. The evening staff take forever and are to busy talking and messing around to help you or get your food out before 30mins. By that point I should have went to a restaurant. Don't even think about complaining to the manager (on evening crew) because she acts like you are bothering her and I saw her roll her eyes when my husband asked what was taking so long for 4 Mc Doubles ( with ketchup and cheese only) and a Happy Meal!!! So moral of the story is " Get your breakfast from McDonald's but never go at night. read more

Same old McDonald's food made like you like it and the greatest tea and fries. But the service is so slow and not the friendliest bunch out front either. They've got 2 of the kiosk to order by yourself but it still takes awhile and you don't get a cup right away to start that process while waiting on your food. The kiosk are cumbersome. Only had a large fry and small drink and it took 40 minutes. (Did curbside pickup) I had to walk in the building and wait another 15 minutes to even get their attention. Other customers were also trying to speak to the employee and she rudely ignored him! Do not recommend this particular McDonald's. read more

McDonald's - the front of the restaurant - Fast Food Near Me - Rayville, Louisiana

I place my order on the kiosk and I order the 4/$4.00 McDouble meal. As mention/ advertised on the kiosk the McDouble come with mustard, ketchup, AMERICAN cheese, and chopped onions. After ordering I waited 20-30 minutes before receiving my food. I checked my nuggets and fries, they were pretty warm, (not hot and fresh, while paying for my food they were pulling fries out the grease). I didn't think to check my burger because I figured it was good. After leaving, made it back to work and I opened my burger and it was literally top bun, meat, SWISS cheese, meat, bottom bun. This place deserves negative stars. They tried to assault me over 3 large fries that were missing from my order. Cussing the entire time while I see staff laying around inside on the counters. Worst service ever. Staff was mad they had to work. No smiles no sorry we messed up. No thank you nothing. Ordered a meal thru the drive thru I knew I would have to wait because I ordered no onions. Burnt coffee and the fries were unsalted. I expected the service to be slow and it was.

We stopped here on our way to Florida and it was a good experience. I went inside to use the restroom and the inside was well maintained. We got our food throigh the drive through since we couldnt bring our dog inside. The line was not long and we ordered our food quickly. We could hear the person clearly on the speaker and they were friendly. We pulled up and paid then went to the next window. We were greeted and the guy let us know that he was just waiting on our coffees to finish being made. When the coffees were done he handed them to us and said have a great day. We waited there because we hadn't received our food yet and the guy politely asked what we were waiting for because he had given us the food. We let him know we didnt and he quickly grabbed it and apologized. We ordered breakfast and it was okay. The egg in my sandwich had a lot of yolk, which I am not a fan of. Slow and I always order same thing, 2 burgers one no mustard, one no Mayo. This location cannot seem to get this correct

This McDonalds was not too bad. The restrooms were clean and the service was good, but there were french fries on floor and they were out of ketchup on the condements stand. I watch as 2 employees noticed the fries covering the floor and they just ignored them instead of cleaning them up. It seems that McDonalds employees were the same at all the McDonalds we visited in and around Mississippi. Lazy!!!! read more

I ordered on the Kiosk and proceeded to the counter to get my cups. The man at the counter told me in a rude tone that he didn't know what the cup sizes were and told me to go look and come back. After I went and sat down I waited about 15 minutes then went to see what was taking so long. They told me they had to go get bacon bits because they were out. Then I went to go get some sauces from the counter, I also got an extra huff and an eye roll to go with them. Definitely redid the inside of the place but apparently not the employees! read more

No stars this is the worst McDonald's in the northeast Louisiana area for sure but since I travel alot I can also so this is the worst I've ever been too. In the daytime they mess your order up at night they love like they are out of food to keep from cooking it and the employees are ghetto and rude as hell. It needs to be either shutdown or revamped with new management and employees. I just got cursed out by an employee because they took my order and my money and I sat in a long line just to be told they were out of my order. Terrible customer service. Super unprofessional employees(including one of the supervisors) on their phones behind the counter.

I don't know what the other reviewers meant by clean bathrooms because they were nasty and the restaurant was not the cleanest either.
