I would just like to say that this is the first time that this has happened in this location but I am very disappointed. I am a woman with autism and I order very plain meals due to this. When I returned my sandwich that was made incorrectly the woman at the window made me feel as if I did something wrong when in fact I did not. Please teach your workers to have some feelings and to read the instructions on how to make the food before making it. Thank you. We stopped by for a quick bite to eat. We didn't have a lot of time so a fast food place was the "go to" stop. Wendy's was the unanimous pick, because you can never go wrong with Wendy's. WRONG! The ONLY good thing about this stop was the cashier. He was kind and patient. Even though he wasn't confident in what he was doing he took his time, did not get flustered and figured his way through our order. He was great! But it tanked from there. The rest of the staff were unorganized, the manager included. For instance, she didn't know how to read an order slip on the monitor. She kept yelling "I dont know what this is!" Over and over. They had no clue where inventory was. Nothing. They lack basic food service knowledge and leadership skills to run this place. It showed in their employees. In my wait for our food I noticed how FILTHY it was inside. This place has code violations out the wazoo!!! We took our food and didn't even bother to eat it. Yeah, we could have asked for a refund but at this point we left. I'm not complaining about this, I could have asked the manager for that. But she didn't show a lot of competence. This place needs an over haul, new staff, new manager, and a MASSIVE deep clean! read more

Ordered 20 dollars worth of food on the app, went through the drive through and told me they ran out of a certain item so they couldn't complete my order, and asked me if I wanted to replace it with something else, to which i didn't. and when I went inside to get a refund, and the managers were completely disgusting, and rude, mean, and not helpful at all. They didn't even have nametags on, so people can't report them. they kept repeating to me they weren't affiliated with the Wendy's app, and they don't have any association with it, and how it's a third party app. Which does not make any sense. I shouldn't have been able to order the food if they didn't even have it in stock, and I asked for a refund and I was told the store can not give out refunds, and the app only gives refunds to DoorDash, and the managers were rude and not helpful through this entire thing, like they didn't have the time to be bothered. I was not able to get my full order, and I was not even able to "refund" what I thought I purchased. Because the restaurant "can't refund people." I love this Wendys! They have very nice staff, they're speedy, and always get my order right. I swing in every once in awhile, and they're consistent. Today I ordered their new bbq sandwich with coleslaw. I was too excited because this is one of my favorite meals to make at home, and I thought I was the only one who liked cole slaw on my sandwiches. At first glance I thought this sandwich would be too sweet and not enough cole slaw. To my surprise, the meat tastes homemade (but I know better) and I got to choose the bbq sauce I wanted! Sweet, Smokey, or Spicy. They didnt drown it in sauce but put just the right amount. My only conplaint is that I would have liked more than a tablespoon of coleslaw. But for fast food, it was darn good!! This location also serves breakfast. Try their Asiago Ham egg and cheese in the morning...amazing! read more

The problem is that everyone that ate the burgers (the unfortunate three of us), have gotten food poisoning less than a few hours after eating here. I complained one time after getting grand kids lunch from there to eat at school and the mayonnaise and ketchup just squeezed out all over from the sandwich the lettuce was soft the service was terrible I complained many times so I finally went in side and ordered one time and the floor was nasty the attitudes were nasty the drink machine was all sticky and wet all over people were waiting in line and complaining inside and outside. 1:30 in the afternoon on a Thursday. There were eight people in line and the lady decided she's going to close the lobby and kick everybody out. I don't know what she was frustrated over but she has a problem. I'm driving a big RV cannot fit in the line and another gentleman was driving a truck and also cannot fit through the line we left. Came here tonight in hopes for the good & hot Wendy's food I've come to know. Unfortunately when I pulled to the drive thru, there was a car at the speaker, a car behind that one, then me. It took me 15 minutes just to reach the speaker, and it wasn't because the people were taking too long to order, but because the person taking orders kept asking us to "hold on one moment" over and over. We ordered an Avocado BLT with no tomato meal and a Son of a Baconator meal. The baconator was okay but the reason we ordered the BLT was FOR the avocado, unfortunately we got 0% avocado and 100% tomato. Of corse we didn't find this out until we got home and opened them up, and it's too late to bother going back at that point. The fries were not fresh, though the meat on both sandwiches were a good temperature. I really would appreciate better customer service as well, when they opened the window to take my money, they didn't even tell me the total and there were two separate orders so we kind of just hoped that we were paying for the right one. All in all, I'm used to a Wendy's in Daytona that was always outstanding, but I've recently moved and this one is closest.. You guys should step up your game to keep everyone coming back! They served me the nastiest box of Baconator fries of ever been served. I got home and open that container up and was just disgusted by what I saw Sumrall white fries with a spot of cheese and bacon that was nuked to the top of the fries it was really really bad. I took it back through the drive-thru the girl in the Drive-Thru who is more concerned with looking at herself in the reflection and having all attitude said I'm sorry but that's not what I do here meaning I guess where she just takes money at the first window she doesn't give it back when I ask for a refund on the fries she said you need to go to the next window and talk to a manager I think she's up there! Okay Miss Attitude so I went to the next window and the manager was in fact there. I told her what I felt about the fries that I've been served. This Wendy's used to be great and quick. But this is my second time in a row recently that I sit at the box waiting 5+ minutes for someone to acknowledge I'm sitting there. Finally they talk and they're confused by everything I say (super simple order: 6 piece nugget, medium fry & a small chocolate frosty). Once I repeated myself enough to where she got it, I pulled up to the window and waited another long amount of time to be acknowledged, then (who I assume is the manager) starts yelling at the girl at the window over numerous things and I could notice how uncomfortable the poor girl was. Oh and the entire back staff were talking very loudly and cursing. Probably why it now takes so long. They don't care to make you wait. I'm just shocked my order was right lol. Sad. I'm changing my previous, negative review since this location has replaced their drive through loop with one that recognizes motorcycles and they're much, much more friendly to riders now. The food is significantly better than the warmed up cardboard served at the McDonald's two restaurants over but it's still the familiar fast food fare. It's OK but nothing special. The restaurant itself has always been clean when I went inside and the bathrooms were well maintained. ProTip: At any fast food place, to make sure you always get fresh fries, ask for your fries without salt. Wendy's is definitely my favorite fast food restaurant, even thought I don't actually eat fast food. However, since I did not eat much dinner, Husby made us go through the drive-thru to get some Jr. bacon cheeseburgers and a small frosty. I really like that they have a good dollar menu and they were open late! I only took a few bites of the sandwich because I was not feeling the mayonnaise on it - and I LOVE that condiment. This is the dirtiest, most outdated, most against health safety, restraunt/ fast food I've ever even heard of. 10/10 don't recommend! The tables are disgusting, you're going to have to wipe your own to take a seat. The employees don't wear gloves at all (through the whole process of assembling everyone's food), some didn't wear hats, that's unsafe and unsanitary. I saw from the front a kitchen worker pulling my hot food from the oven out with his long sleeve shirt that already had previous food product on it. So unsanitary and they don't care. I just really needed everyone to know that I stopped at this wendy's on my way home from school and realized I forgot my debit card, when I pulled the the second window to let the woman who took my order know that I would be back in about 10 minutes. She told me she would pay for my order as long as I promised to come back and get wendy's again. This woman (who's name I didn't get) was probably one of the nicest women i've ever met, and not just because she paid for my order. I don't even know how much she makes, but she needs a raise. Her voice sounded so nice over the speaker, she repeated my order multiple times to make sure everything was perfect. I only wanted lettuce and chicken. while making mine they complained the whole time in the back about it and I heard them continuously. the people in the back are seriously nasty and so is the manager. Well after the experience with the older lady at drive freaking out on me, then trying to talk to Roger the manager, that just happen to used to work at my place of employment and i did not know, I did not pull close enough to window for getting my bank to card to employee so i reached out further and she freaked out and said i shoved the card at her?????? What????? So Roger the manager came out and was just as rude because, I explained to him what happen the old lady employee said i was full of shit. I showed my business that I was a manager for a restaurant he saw that was his former employer . I was in the process of calling corporate Wendys, he threatened that can both ways. I got a call from district manager she never apologized for incident and seemed to back up the behavior even worse the manager Roger and the distrect manager called my work told them lies and i got fired.
